Please note tho that most of the negatives are fake
Also i have added a 10cent fee per chip which would discourage me from stealing"

Nothing here makes any sense!  Huh

Also, why do you need 50% upfront? JohnK could hold the first 50% in escrow until the buy is full, make payment for us and then collect the remaining 50% when BFL requires it. They way you have it structured it would still be wildly profitable for you to scam people out of what would be 50% of a possible almost $400.000!

That is a good point. I didnt think of that i will change it now

Escrow is being offered with john, 50% escrow 50% just like butterfly labs

also I added your other question to the top and modified the pricing now

1265  Bitcoin / Group buys / BFL Group Buy[ANY GRADE] on: June 02, 2013, 12:57:24 AM
I will be doing a group buy for BFL chips. It will work as follows you PM me with the amount of chips and the grade you want. i will after I get a few orders put it all into a google doc. I will reply with a bitcoin address to send to and ask for your refund bitcoin address. You must send at mtgox usd 24hour avg to make it fair at the current price without the discount. If we get the discount you will get reimbursed. If you dont want to send directly to me you can work something out with john to have him hold half of the coins and the other half must be sent to me directly to pay for the BFL chips. Once we reach atleast 1k per grade or atleast 30days I will end the group buy and purchase the chips.
https://forums.butterflylabs.com/announcements/3014-butterfly-labs-announces-bulk-chip-sales.html

EDIT: As stated by TheSwede75 i will offer to allow you to fully escrow your bitcoins with john until the point when i have to buy it. He will then have to pay them the 50%.

Grade A: 16 Engines - $97.1/chip
Grade B: 15 Engines - $93.1/chip
Grade C: 14 Engines - $89.1/chip

Grade D: 13 Engines or less - $83.1/chip

FAQ BELOW:

when will there question in the FAQ?

1266  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] 30GH BFL ASIC - week 4 giveaway winner (sig contest - early shipping) on: June 01, 2013, 10:46:49 PM
so they havent even asked for your address yet?

seems kinda weird. I just mean it cant be that early if they simply said you win and they haven't asked for any of your info. My only assumption is that they plan to ship it to the same address they sent the single. Would you mind asking BFL when your order will be processed?
1267  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] 30GH BFL ASIC - week 4 giveaway winner (sig contest - early shipping) on: June 01, 2013, 11:18:50 AM
just verification of ownership, verification that you dont need to trade that old fpga unit in.

also I assume the order is being sent to your address and then reshipped
