Things are going well for me  Grin

And if someone is interested, someone on the IRC of bitcoin-otc ask me after seeing my post in this forum, if i could win some bitcoin for him. I said yes, he gave me 0.25 btc and I get to 2btc for him. We did 40% for me et 60% for him. If someone want to do the same don't hesitate ( you can find me on the bitcoin-otc EU irc or by PM)

Gotta say after using your site im quite disappointed for many reasons

  • It takes nearly forever for a bet to happen
  • You have a maximum bid that doesn't work*
  • You cant go back and view older bets
  • You promise, Instant Deposits/Instant Withdrawals one of them is not instant. I dont care which you change but its quite clear having to wait for 4 confirmations to withdraw isnt instant. Yes I do understand this point because of people doublespending and all but dont claim its instant.
  • No API

Hey,

Thanks for your remarks, we're working on an overhaul of our back-end to fix most of these issues.

1. Rolls take about 2 seconds at this moment on my end, we're working on fixing the delay and making it consistent and 1 second or less.
2. It is a maximum payout not a maximum bet. At the moment the max pot/bet return is 10 BTC so you can bet 5 BTC on 2X odds at most currently. We're looking to raise this limit soon.
3. You can view older bets by clicking on your name on our inner page table and click "view all previous bets". Our developer was working on some fixes and messed this up temporarily this will be back very soon.
4. Withdrawals are instant on smaller transactions if you bet long enough for your deposit to reach 1 confirmation which happens most of the time, larger withdrawals take longer to prevent potential double-spends. We could potentially lower the # of confs though as I don't think 4 is necessary.
5. We have an API we just haven't made the page you can access all the information public yet, I'll get our dev on that as well.

Our developer is pretty back-logged on a lot of changes we need him to make which resulted in some of the things you mentioned. We're working on everything you mentioned and I'd like to thank you for your suggestions/comments.

My sincerest apologies if your experience was sub par, I'd like to hear more suggestions after we've finished the requested changes.

Best Regards,

Stunna

1. my avg roll time is anywhere from instant - 15 seconds. I find it funny how every long one or instant one I usually loose. So the most ive seen of the loading circles is about 7 or 8 in a row

2.A maximum pot return is just a clever way to make a maximum bet amount. I know that just as well as you do.

3.Okay didnt notice it I will check

4. Agreed im sure most people play for 1 confirmation but it still is not instant and you are falsely saying so.  If I go and bid 1 coin in the 50/50 and make lets just say im lucky the whole the time and make 2btc i cant withdraw it instantly thereforei disagree.

5.well its good to know its in the works.
1105  Economy / Gambling / Re: PrimeDice.com | The New Way to Roll | Lowest House Edge (1%) | Instant Betting on: June 22, 2013, 08:19:43 PM

You didn't answer this however :

"*I was playing a 50/50 and simply doubling my bid everytime I won. Eventually I got to betting 8coins. So I pressed the button not thinking. I got a nice error saying its past the maximum bid and then it betting 4btc my previous bet anyways."

Is this a bug or do you simply have no limit for it?

Don't quite understand this question, our max individual bet payout is 10BTC. We do indeed have a limit.

This has actually happened to me on multiple occasions 3 or 4 times. I believe its something with the button itself. Basically I will change my bet and press the bet button. After doing so it will just bet the old amount even tho my bet changed. This seems to mainly happen if I put my maxium bid over the max
1106  Economy / Auctions / Re: 3 Block Erupter USB Starting Bid 1.85 BTC! per miner 35 hour auction on: June 22, 2013, 04:24:38 PM

1107  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Garr255/Werner - Auction shilling on: June 22, 2013, 04:23:55 PM
I was recently contacted by Garr to remove my negative trust rating for him.  I declined, based on the "could have lost" clause.  I would recommend the original two highest bidders to consider this action.

I agree that trust takes a lifetime to build, and only a few posts to obliterate.

I agree thats a very good and true quote

Thanks - true,

bidding a lot (but not winning a lot).  I figured to do a remote desktop for a minute or two and check out the unit first to help my comfort level.

I did a deal recently with sahkan for 10/13GH Block Eruptor, he had low # of posts and seemed a bit short in his communication at first.  I asked for a video call using FaceTime/Tango/Skpe to see the units and that really helped comfort level for doing a non escrow deal (talk about nail biting).  He was great to deal with and had my unit the next day.

kk cool, well best of luck just be safe.

5 BTC for victims (that weren't victims of theft) isn't punishment?

It was not forced. They want theymos to be totalitarian and will stop at nothing less.

They hate his libertairian freemarket idealz.

The people who think theymos needs to enforce the rules of ebay and the us govt on this private forum.

Who's 'they'?

Don't the local Randist-Anarchists default to lex mercatoria (yeah, i had to highlight & hit "search with google" too, it's medieval market law Roll Eyes ) in cases where Atlas Shrugged is open to interpretation?
Or am i getting my factions mixed up Huh

The main issue is that what a scammer here means is differnt than what most think. After lurking for a year and then trolling for two i fully understand the local law.

I also understand why it is what it is.

There was no chance garr was going to get any sort of tag or other past actions would then have to be relooked at.

Yeah i do biz with garr but if you have been active in the last two years iv done biz with you.

I bet im the most scammed person here on the forum there is even a thread about the millions i have lost.

Oh well...

You guys just need to lurk moar.

Ive been here for over a year, so im expecting by my second year to have done business with you  Grin

Those are just my views on your site. I recommend anyone looking to gamble to coinroll.it instead.

Edit: I figured I got a bit angry after loosing the 4btc and retried the site and find myself getting screwed just the same. When something has 4096:1 odds of happening and happens to me 2 times in a row it just doesn't make sense. For comparision, you have a 8.33:1 shot of getting a 1 lottery number right if the lottery is 50 balls and your ticket is 6 numbers

HE SAID HE'S SORRY, WTF dood!!!
Looks like everyone misses the part where he also gave 5 BTC to the victims.

Just fyi I am a victim, and can say I have gotten 0 coins and no pm telling me im able to get 5coins.

I will publicly state that if he wants to send me 5btc they can be sent to 1EcysP9UmvyW1zdD75noVdb8BVaRA7ZC8h

The above address is also linked to my otc ratings

5btc sent. Again, I sincerely apologize for my mistake and I am glad that I am financially able to overcompensate for the mistake.

Regards

1119  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Garr255/Werner - Auction shilling on: June 22, 2013, 01:05:04 AM
Why does one student decide who gets the scammer tag or not? Should there not be a group of people with legal background judging scammer accusations?
I mentioned a court of imparital people should decide.
