4881  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH or BCC who whil be best? on: August 24, 2017, 02:38:44 PM
Ethereum is winner anyway. It gives birth to many of altcoins nowadays and is in great demand. Bitcoincash is just an altcoin and can be compared only with Ethereum classic.
It is only like that ,it doesn't have any use other than as a back-up of bth and eth since ot came only crom split and doesnt have specific use unlike some alts that are from ICO,once the projects done their tokens have possibility to  be in demand.
4882  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think billionaires invest in BTC? on: August 24, 2017, 03:55:57 AM
I think yes, for the price is rising and you knowm billionaires loves to invest in new things, that's why for me i think they are invisting in bitcoin, buying a lot more of it and holding it until the price met their expectations and that's it, I think Billionaires see bitcoin as a form of investment, a long term or maybe short time investment with a big profit.
Billionaires will not missed this opportunity btc can offer, the opportunity to make their money bigger and to have more assets in their records. Billionaires didn't stop working to grow their money, I just hope their also using it to help needy people.

4884  Local / Altcoin Announcements (Pilipinas) / Re: [ICO] WIRELINE | The Business Application Exchange | ICO September 1 on: August 16, 2017, 12:45:37 PM
Sobrang haba ng paICO . Ilan ba cap nito at sobrang tagal.

Possible tlga yn. Yung Bancor at MGO project nga nagawa un e within 30days, so ibig sabihin kaya dn ng ibang project un. Sumali ako dto sa bounty campaign nito dahil malaki allocated budget para sa bounty at maganda roadmap ng project. Sana tama ang pinili ko na bounty campaign. Smiley

4885  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Bitcoin has power nowadays ? on: August 16, 2017, 12:39:51 PM
Bitcoin has become a new power in the world of money as we all know that all sides deal with it so it has to survive until it become the powerful source of life . So what it is difference between bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies? and why Bitcoin has become powerful among other currencies and cryptocurrencies  ?

Firstly ,let us define bitcoin by defining cryptocurrency briefly then pass to make a contrasts between Bitcoin ,Dogecoin and litecoin .
We hear always that bitcoin is the money of the future .this expectation can be taken seriousely when we see bitcoin nowadays and how much transactions executed per day which is surprising . we can say that bitcoin is a cryptocurrency and cryptocurrency is a money which is not traditional rather it is digital or numerical which works electronically ; the most common cryptocurrencies are Bitcoin , Dogecoin and litecoin and bitcoin has something special in contrast to others and this specialty is represented by the number of transcations made per day and its volume, so bitcoin and litecoin and dogecoin differ in their volumes which will interpret to us that bitcoin has power nowadays.

In fact bitcoin is increasing exponentially in volume and numbers of transactions which will get us to the hell of thinking that bitcoin may take the lead of other cryptocurrencies if we don't say that it will take the lead of traditional currencies.because it has power which can fortify its presence in today world.

Bitcoin is the currency that people wants because is fully decentralized, fast, secure and low fees and acceptable worldwide. Apart from that Bitcoin value is growing every single day despite the market volatility, it's still growing and that makes it the most valuable asset on the planet. Cool

Agree. Those things really makes us hooked on having btc. Plus the fact that it survives the split and still making it on top. Newbies were trusting it buy more of it since it already proves its abilityto sustain even in speculations of crashes.
4886  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why 1 BTC is becoming hard to owned??? on: August 16, 2017, 12:00:01 PM
If the price of bitcoin keeps increasing at this rate it's likely that in a couple years 1 bitcoin will  be quite inaccessible for the average person.

From a global perspective, at more than $4000 a pop, one bitcoin is already quite inaccessible for the average person. The average American doesn't even have $1000 in savings, let alone $4000 to buy a bitcoin with.

And if most Americans can't easily buy one bitcoin, just imagine the reality for the Global South...
It's expensive now that will be hard to avail if a newbie wants to have one. Lucky those who have hold some even before their patience is now paid off , we can see now that btc can pump a lot and it amazes us in a ways we imagine.
4887  Economy / Economics / Re: Are cryptocurrencies better than regular currency on: August 16, 2017, 11:28:13 AM
On the ideal part of using the cryptocurrency, yes it is. As well know fiat money is controlled by a centralized agency which is the Federal Reserve System.

Being a centralized and decentralized has it's own advantage and disadvantage depends on the preference of the trader. But I agree with you that currency that doesn't control by government is good because the innovation of the currency and price inflate is limitless compared to centralized currency.
Knowing that government can't put tax in a world that even candies have tax. It's really effective that crypto ecist it can be a good source of income and more efficient in doing transactions.
4888  Economy / Economics / Re: Wasn't that good to use bitcoin as your lifetime asset? on: August 16, 2017, 11:24:41 AM
Indeed, the one who invests in Bitcoin today will look back in 20 years and know it was the best asset they ever bought. Smiley

Sure it is.
Having bitcoin and for the future is the best asset but if you wanna be sure you can also invest in real estate or putting up a venture. In this way we can assure our future as well as our family. Better to have back up plan than ends in nothing.

There are real estates ICo that are worth investing since they offer a ownership when developed. Though their still risk since we dont if it will be successful or not. Having your own apartment pr commercial establishments in real life is good too if already have enough btc to fund the construction.
4889  Economy / Economics / Re: Most people dont even know what this is yet. on: August 16, 2017, 11:19:13 AM
I called around some stores to see if they accept BTC, no one has even heard of it except like 0.1% of people.  Wait till people actually find out this exists...

People who make money on the internet are more likely to know about bitcoin, this is also for stores, if you now go to a store to buy something using your bitcoin debit card (if you have one) the owner of that store or the manager Will be curious and will want to know more about bitcoin

People are only interested in something that benefits them, if bitcoin offers some benefit to people, then people will seek to have bitcoin.

You should bring more people to the bitcoin world, to increase the bitcoin community, this is an advantage both for you both for all.
When we share for some ways to earn online, it's still hard to find btc on it. Unless we trued to read some discussion on some websites. My friend who taught me found it on a wbsite whuch discusses about technologies.  I tried before clicking sites and paid in paypal and affliate, still it's not a good way to earn. I'm thankful i have driend who shares his knowledge.
4890  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Bitcoin Cash overpower Bitcoin by 2020? on: August 16, 2017, 10:49:22 AM
I see Bitcoin Cash as gift to BTC holders. I received my share and dumped it hard. However, it didn't crash much. I was expecting it to hit rock bottom. But it seems being solid around 0.07. Later, I don't think it will outrank BTC.

It's so boring if we discuss a lot more about that numbers associated with bitcoin selling amount. But the real story about bitcoin cash was just none compared to btc's progressive development for now. That bitcoin cash will not surpass the value of bitcoin, and that will always remain as altcoins which is really a good trading asset compared from other alts.

I have the same opinion about the prospect of BCC, I don't think i will be able to outperform the bitcoin either from its popularity or its price, so far BCC does have good price movement for trading with other altcoins in the crytpo market

BCH dump right after it's launch , no one cares about BCH and it's vividly shown now that BTC gain almost x2 of it's value before split. Bch can't never be compared in btc. No matter how ling it takes.
4891  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Bitcoin Cash on: August 15, 2017, 08:25:07 PM
I dont see any chance that bitcoin cash could take out the real bitcoin.

maybe in another lifetime or dimension ?  Grin
Bitcoin cash is a kid as compared to original Bitcoin. No matter how hard Bitcoin cash works, it can never ever surpass genuine Bitcoin. Many people are already dumping their Bitcoin cash which is ultimately leading to huge decrease in the value of Bitcoin cash. I also don't believe in Bitcoin cash much.
I didn't even mind claiming my btc, first I don't want to transfer my btc and 2nd it will be few since I only have few btc left wgen that August 1 splits happen. Plus knowing that bch will really be nothing n time.

4894  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Looks like another crash is coming!! on: August 15, 2017, 07:40:47 PM
By the looks of things with bitcoin sky rocketing, this looks familiar!! Another crash is imenent, taking the alt-coins down with it hard!!  Anybody seeing the same pattern here we seen in June of this year!!?

I think it happens all the time, bitcoin and altcoin price going down drastically. The funny thing is a lot of people panics a lot when it crashes. Bitcoin started at less than a dollar, it even costs $500 before, why bother if it goes down to $2000 or $1500, it will just increase, time is only needed.

When we panic we lose the chances we can multiply our savings when time comes. We just need to be patience some alts that were in demand now were not even noticed before. Like btc they can pump depending on the purpose of that token.
4895  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cryptocurrencies Will Never Be Safe Havens on: August 15, 2017, 07:33:38 PM
In the digital-age that we are living, Crypto-currencies are the most practical store of value as long as the internet exists. If we are at the point where the internet is no longer and the world is in total chaos, then what good is gold and silver anyway? People will be more worried about food and survival each day. Carrying gold and silver around will do you no good. You can argue that Food is a better store of value than Gold when SHTF.

Well apocalyptic situations aside, the main point of concern is that bitcoin might end up being worthless in the near to mid future.  What do you have to say to that?
I don't think it will happen, when can be technology or internet will be worthless. Crypto were depending on it. Its is the most convenient ways for transactions. It is the currency in online world where in most businesses use as their medium on developing their business. So crypto can get better in time never worthless.
4896  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin? on: August 15, 2017, 07:29:44 PM
I believe that bitcoin can still be bought, because it has the prospect of growth and expansion. It has not yet been adopted in many countries and there is no global opportunity to pay for it in real life.
Better late than never, but never late is better. It is a little late rather you can say a little more costly now to buy bitcoins. However, if you consider the future worth of digital gold, then still this is a golden time to invest in it.
I think only people of those countries who have no internet facility are still not aware of this technology. If you mean its legalization, then yes most of the countries haven't legalized it yet but soon they will.
Too expensive if will bought now, maybe needs to wait for  it to little lower . But we can't never predict when will it going to happen since it keeps on increasing.
4897  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How does Bitcoin affect othet Crypto? on: August 15, 2017, 07:23:48 PM
I have recently been into altcoin trading. I just want to know, does the price of bitcoin affect the price of other cryptocurrencies as well? How? I really want to know. I have noticed that ever since the bitcoin price pumped up and reached 4,000 USD, the price of the altcoins had gone really really low. I almost lost my invesment due to this sudden drop. Does bitcoin price have something to do with this?

If you look at the last 3-4 months, the price of alts shot up due to all the uncertainty about scaling in Bitcoin. Now with that resolved, a lot of the money in alts is coming back to Bitcoin. That is why altcoins have been dumped real hard.
Yes with segwit activated more of the investors are investing their money in bitcoin rather than in altcoins. There have been people who had predicted this already before August 1 and it's mostly the result of investors regaining their confidence in bitcoin and making huge investment which has also affected altcoins and as a result the drop in altcoins prices.

As we see the hype now in btc there's no doubt that btc users were back on trusting btc again. Though alts have still potential on their increase depending on what projext they came from , it's just btc have proven it's ability despite splits and segwits.
4898  Local / Altcoin Announcements (Pilipinas) / Re: [ANN]-HIVE PROJECT - World’s first crypto currency invoice financing platform-PH on: August 13, 2017, 02:11:34 AM

4899  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: August 05, 2017, 02:26:45 PM
Most of their bitcoins need to be kept in order to save and increase their money, but sometimes you need to allocate some part for making the necessary purchases.
The OP here who post 2015,two year ago if didn't do any selling before might already twice or thrice richer now. That's why as much as possible if not needed if there's a regular job that salary can be used to spend why not only save all the earnings came from btc works unless really needed.
