You need to find other hobbies. You also need to quite doing things you do and are related to gambling. Maybe change friends or at least avoid them for some time, ... Lets say when i stopped smoking. I always smoke when drink coffee. Coffee actually was tasteless to me without a cigarette. So when I decided to stop smoking I started to drink tea instead of coffee. This went on for few weeks or months. Latter i normally was able to drink coffee and enjoy it without a cigarette. For good is a very serious one. One way to quit where I find very effective is you need to spend all your money in gambling and if you have bigger loses you will realize that gambling is not good for you and you will never gamble alone. Sometimes bad experience will help us learn. Wow! That is really a bad move, spend all of your money in gambling! That is not really wise, honestly. You are not testing yourself and make it a parameter as to whether or not you are going to stop gambling afterwards, but you are actually messing your life and your finances! Imagine all the bills and basic needs for your family are being burn in gambling in order to realize that you must stop gambling - doesn't really make sense for  A very bad move indeed and you should not intend to do this thing because you would surely regret when you experience total wreckage on financial status. Theres no need to test and wait the worst things that would happen. Better to quit from the start because you wont risk nothing and that's the best way. Well its your choice to make yourself realize but I would tell you its not an ideal solution you would surely make things goes more worse. |

I have never lose some of my btc's in my online walet provider, it seems that they are trusted to I don't have problem with them. I think those incidents that wallet providers turned to be scams are just hoax and it is pertaining to those exchange sites that tells they were hacked. About Blockchain.info - I never heard anything bad about this wallet. There wasn't any known hack documented, ever.
Exactly, this is what I am using and I guess this is the most trusted online wallet. Your bitcoins would surely safe on webwallets if you do keep your password and make sure to put up 2fa in your account. It would surely protect from hackers and scammers out there who will stole your bitcoins but the risk on losing it when exchange have problems still remains. |

Yes, every service has its own problem like in paypal and bitcoin, but I guess it is not good if it will be called as "scam" since people are used and still
using their services, not because you encountered problem you can accused them as scam better check their background make some research.
There are some bad experiences with paypal and yes that can't be considered and called as scam because of the charging fees that becoming crazy as a bulldog. And they are already in the industry for a lot of years and they have built the trust of many for the services that they have been providing to all of us, but maybe the end for them is near. For every big company or business industry there will be always like a situation like this.. I believe that every company have their own ways to treat these issues with their customers. If Paypal is a scam well definitely all of us who uses it will agree with such claim. definitely right,if you offering such a service in a big scale you will can't pleased all of your customers,minority of them will always feel unpleased and feels like treated bad so it's really usual if you see people getting screwed by a company who offering services in big scale Sure there have been news of lost dollars without any reason to where it go with Paypal. But I dont think 100 percent of it are all correct. Some of those are just fake users who wants to bring down this big company for the sake of their own company to take place. I do believe this kind of possible instances that might happen that other people are just trying to make false accusations just to ruin the reputation of the company. I really didn't experience that my money have been stucked into paypal but there are some instances that scam situation where paypal is involve because of their cashback feature. |

moneypot allows such investments easy - im hooked there
Are you sure about this? Moneypot recently lose like 300btc in a month or so. The profit from 400+btc drop all the way to 100+btc now. I used to love the investment in mp but i stopped recently since month of losing. Correct, there are really times that most gambling investment sites do have negative profits and that's the commons risk involve when we invest on this sites. Banning bitcoin would somehow affect on bitcoins full adoption because the boundary would be lessen though but I don't think it would make such huge impact into it because as we all know bitcoins adoption is still growing and no matter how government would banned it , it would definitely used by people because they truly believe on the potential and the usefulness of bitcoin into their lives.

I agree. Trading is just about luck and It's like gambling whether the crypto value will go up or down. I think many of people lost their money at trading and some of them succeed But no easy job same as trading luck + strategy = Profit. Just Don't invest all your money in trading You would not really fully dependent on luck when you are on trading because it would really need some skills and proper knowledge in able to sustain with it and you are right trading is not an easy thing to do but we should not discourage everyone here. If we got enough skill to predict market movements accurately, then trading will not no more an unpredictable job. The hardest true within this must be just learning the skills to predict markets will not be enough, we must gain experience over time so that we will be able to predict market movements accurately. Experience really matters here to predict our trading calls preciously. Very true, if we could able to predict already the movement of prices then trading is not unpredictable job already and for sure most experienced traders would be rich already as of now. Moving prices is the main thing here thats why trading is a really hard job hence we cant really predict the future on what way does it move but if you are experienced or pro enough you could somehow increase the chance of making succesful trades . Nobody can predict the exact outcome of the price, we are just guessing here and since trading is an unpredictable job, our job here is to predict the right outcome and if we are right most of time we will surely make profits. The price of bitcoin is now rising, I do trade so I predict the price will rise again up to $1,000 this year and I should buy now. No one would really predict the price movement when we are doing trading because its the nature of it and moving prices are normal things. We are just humans and no one could able to predict the future. Trading is really an unpredictable job and we should not take easy on it. |

Even OP said there no connection or were not talking mass adoption for price increase but still it would still happen though. I would really prefer mass adoption so that we could able to use our bitcoin in its fullest potential and with this way we would not able to have problems on how we gonna use it. Yeah bitcoin is freedom. Event goverment can not know about your activity with bitcoin. I think bitcoin is not illegal, the users who made illegal transaction with bitcoin. So gverment do not have reason to make bitcoin illegal. You cant really take it away from the government to think of bitcoin is illegal hence its being used by hidden transactions that's why government would see it as a threat and that's why they don't like to legalize bitcoin but still it remains strong as long no once could able to manipulate it or being controlled by someone and that's the beauty of bitcoin and also considered as freedom from government. |

Zcash is just like another coins which would end up on a scam coin. They are just putting up some huge hype on this because of the price. And I observe with this they didn't launch an ICO supposing that the developer are the ones who buy on their own coin and putted a hype on incredible prices for the to lure more people. As you can see on the price drop of each zcash its really a disaster to those who bought on 2 btc and up because price of zcash if continuing to decrease. Its a huge lose.
