All the coins NVC mined Balthazar (110,000 coins ) are in the guarantee fund exchange BTC-e.com

To sum it up...

Guy (who is a mod at btc-e) forks a broken coin and premines it.

Then releases it in Russian only (BTC-E). Even though he speaks English, he doesnt tell anyone in English.

Then sends 110,000 coins to btc-e

Instantly get a button on the front page of btc-e

Price sky-rockets!

None of this is denied.  It is all documented and admitted to. AND this is only the part they are telling us about.  Add this to the VERY Obvious price manipulation that is going on.... scam scam scam scam

If they do this "in your face" rip off with NVC, can you trust them not to play with the other currencies?  How many people lost money the week before when they did the old pump and dump with RUC.

You can argue that people bought NVC, RUC, etc... so its their own fault when they lose money.  But the people that use btc-e need to know that the game is rigged.  I think there is enough documented information in this fiasco to warrant a scammer tag.

This is a scam, and it just keeps getting worse.  BTC-E should be ashamed, and people should NOT trust them with ANY currency

This nvc situation is becoming worse. Most people see the scam, so why aren't people upset with btc-e?  I think its time for a new exchange that is more transparent.

reading "private messages" in order to make sure nothing illegal is going on is NOT a valid reason.  Greedi is the CIA now?

Assume that any sensitive info you may have sent through the forum has been compromised.

I dont like this one bit
508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BTC-E questionable practices on: February 12, 2013, 08:16:54 PM
Wait until the price of BTC is good and high first, for max profit...  take a broken coin and clone it, then release it only to people associated with the exchange. Then on a Monday morning, after everyone has a good stash of the coin, add it to the front of your exchange.  Play with the first few sales to get the price good and high, and then DUMP it all, once people jump on the "new coin bandwagon"
509  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / BTC-E questionable practices on: February 12, 2013, 05:51:08 PM
First off, I love BTC-E.  It is the only place that you can trade btc, and alt coins with any sort of real volume. The interface is excellent, especially with the newest update.

My problem with BTC-E, is that it seems like some insider trading is going on.  Adding NVC seems scammy at best.  BTC-E has a lot of influence, and it seems like favors are being used to pump up an alt coin.

This is not the first time I felt that something wasnt right with btc-e. (the recent RUC pump and dump influenced by support is another example)

I hope what is going on is legit, and caused by a Russian to English language barrier, but I think it is time to clear out my funds.

12.02.13 20:57:31 mrmattnc: what the crap; btc-e has seen 2 quick facelifts to add NVC and put prices on buttons, but we can't get LTC holdings in the top box?

12.02.13 20:57:39 dstruct2k: You're like a half hour late Balth.

12.02.13 20:58:06 usscfounder: Balthazar, glad you are here. Why did you make novacoin [nvc]

12.02.13 20:58:29 dstruct2k: usscfounder, he got bored of masturbating.

12.02.13 20:58:41 accelerus: how many NVC could I get per day mining on two 7970s?

12.02.13 20:58:51 fedaykinwolf: dstruct2k, is that possible? Tongue

12.02.13 20:58:57 system: dstruct2k was banned for 60m by Balthazar

12.02.13 20:59:19 bushsolo: accelerus, that's changing all the time as the difficulty climbs.

12.02.13 20:59:21 usscfounder: Balthazar, Is it true you premined nvc? this was posted earlier: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=143360.0

I think you need to do more research. LTC does have some great developers, and a lot of advancements/services coming soon.
511  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What exactly is wrong with LTC? on: February 11, 2013, 10:50:39 PM
you got me
512  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What exactly is wrong with LTC? on: February 11, 2013, 10:45:31 PM
The biggest problem is the lack of useful things you can do with a litecoin.
Outside of trading it against other currencies it has no real ecosystem.

as someone said before me...

Silver, Fast food, pizza, anything on amazon, computer hardware, sexy panties, clothing, dildos, flowers, anything at walmart, coffee, visa gift cards, hell you can even buy sex legally... and this is just at MY website.  There are others that offer more. Lots of places to buy hosting.

Can you name me one thing that you can buy with BTC, that you cant buy with LTC?

I think the main problem is that a lot of people are unaware how much ltc has grown, and how strong the community behind it is.

I think that BTC "needs" at least one alt coin.  having all your eggs in one basket is dangerous.
513  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SEX for LTC, legally!! cryptocurrency world first! on: February 11, 2013, 03:32:31 PM
There are already some cam-girls and escorts using BTC as currency but LTC is equally interesting. Will get a gift certificate for my dirty uncle next x-mas...  Grin

As far as I know, this is the first "legal" exchange
514  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / SEX for LTC, legally!! cryptocurrency world first! on: February 11, 2013, 07:27:52 AM
You asked for it, I am giving it to you. (not personally)

SEX for cryptocurrency.

You can't buy it with Bitcoins, only LITECOINS... and it is LEGAL!

Who will be the first person to have sex, paid with cryptocurrency?HuhHuh?

it took 3-4 days just to get it the way i wanted it. I had to have help installing the litecoind, I think what you are trying to set up will make it a lot easier. Good luck
