261  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Business ideas with 60 Bitcoin? What would you do? on: December 31, 2019, 04:17:35 PM
If you have 60 bitcoin why don’t you just hold on?  60 bitcoin means you have (7000$ x 60 = 0.42 Million $). If I have 60 Bitcoin then I will prefer not to invest them in risky things like casinos or betting. More important is at what price you got these coins. If you have bought them at around 5k$ then you may sell some of them and have a world tour. Enjoy
262  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Poll: Who is the 2019 Bitcoin Drama Queen on: December 31, 2019, 03:57:26 PM
The award for best drama queen without any doubt belongs to Craig Wright. He is not only a drama creator but also a big liar who can’t prove any of his fake claims. He can’t be satoshi of 2009 but is Drama Queen of 2019.
263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will 2020 be bearish as well? on: December 30, 2019, 05:52:28 PM
Right now there is so much speculating around the coin halving that is coming in mid of next year. If you are looking for bitcoin ATH next next year then chances are it may be another bearish year. There will be many more opportunities in coming year that will give you good opportunities to book profit.
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin could reach $100,000 in 2020: Ross Ulbricht on: December 30, 2019, 05:32:02 PM
2020 is just few hours away and we are thinking that bitcoin can reach $10,000 from here or go down to $5000. 5000 seems more achievable. $100,000 in my view is just a bullsh*t prediction,  lets not believe in predictions made by a criminal Ross Ulbricht.
265  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Worsening Lebanese Crisis May Spark Bitcoin Adoption on: December 30, 2019, 05:11:03 PM
Lebanese crisis is not a financial crisis it a political one between two religious groups. I don’t see bitcoin is solution for this crisis. Even if that’s a financial crisis how a volatile currency can solve that problem. I guess bitcoin can further worsen the financial crisis.
266  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: YouTube admits error over Bitcoin video purge on: December 30, 2019, 04:49:02 PM
There is nothing to worry about this deletion. YouTube has not deleted all videos related to crypto rather they were around 250 videos. Site https://d.tube is no way a match to YouTube. Just go and search for videos and you will have idea of what that is.
267  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if Bitcoin never reaches a new ATH? on: December 30, 2019, 04:10:51 PM
The beauty of bitcoin is that it never settles at one stable price, it’s always moving in up or down position. Always buy when it is at its All Time Low of current month or year. Even if bitcoin never reaches its ATH, we still have opportunities to buy bitcoin when it is low and sell when it is high. Bitcoin never reaches ATH in 2019, but we still have some good opportunities to buy and sell in profit.
268  Economy / Speculation / Re: Who is fooling around with btc Price? on: December 27, 2019, 04:19:36 PM
I think it happened because, on the one hand, many people want to buy bitcoin cheaply and on the other hand, people sell the bitcoin they have for the new year. that price makes the price fluctuate at $ 7100 - $ 7500.
people talk about the bull run only limited to speculation, but it all has a basis, namely halving and other crypto developments. manipulation or not, if you believe the price goes up and down in that price range, you should take advantage of that moment.

Dont pay much attention to who is manipulating the price of bitcoin. Just go with the winds, get your profit and quit. This variation of 700-800$ is normal of bitcoin. If you have missed this opportunity just make a conclusion about this bull run and next time play smart.
269  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Week (Dec 22-28) on: December 27, 2019, 01:59:30 PM
I think OP got it right with some alterations.
Price of bitcoin was 6590$ on 18 dec 2019 while on 23 Dec 2019 it went up to touch 7600$. I just calculated this from coinmarketcap. Those who have bought bitcoin on 18 dec have surely enjoyed the Christmas.

271  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Merry Christmas to All Bitcoin Users! on: December 25, 2019, 09:27:43 AM
Merry Christmas and new year greetings to all of you. Enjoy the day and have blast.
Life is short and time is passing, enjoy every second of your life and remember the needy people.
272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: xrp to 28$ on: December 25, 2019, 08:54:40 AM
The only price that seem possible for xrp to reach is 1$. If it went up and reach 1$, it will be a great relief for its starved investors. Anything can happen but price of a coin that is trading at 0.19$ will not be going to 28$ in near future. since its centralized one, may be banks can pump it.
273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 10 Best performing cryptos of 2019,what have you played? on: December 25, 2019, 08:11:40 AM
Based on various factors there might be different classification on the best cryptocurrency for the year 2019. For me bitcoin is always the best and that mentioned in the list provided with a gradual growth without much large scale dip in the price. From my experience my portfolio is entirely different from these assets holding and 2019 is that good as I expected.

Price of all these coins are tightly coupled with bitcoin. Its now getting clear with each passing day that its very hard for altcoins to have there own upward run. Thats why people are restricting them to bitcoin only or may be few strong altcoins like Eth, LTC. I have also shifted major portion of my portfolio to bitcoin.
274  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Trade Your Privacy to ₿itcoin? on: December 24, 2019, 04:49:34 PM
Would you be willing to trade your location, name, and any other private and personal details over BTCitcoin? Yes? No? Why?
I know many of us have already submitted countless documents to various cryptocurrency exchanges just to pass their KYC process and comply with AML but how far would someone be willing to give up just to get a part of that precious BTCitcoin?

My obvious reasons for not sharing my name, location and other credentials is that bitcoin usage is not allowed in my country.
Secondly, anonymity is one of the key feature of cryptocurrency. A compromise on that means we are willing to go back to centralized payment systems.
275  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is the bitcoin price prediction for 2020? on: December 24, 2019, 04:25:17 PM
My guess is it will stay somewhere around 10k (it’s just my own calculation, do your own calculations if you are planning to buy).
Truth is we have seen so many predictions about bitcoin, all going false. Although I have made my own predictions, I don’t think there will be any correct prediction. Just hope for the best and prepare for the worst.
276  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin price be $20000 next year? on: December 24, 2019, 03:58:55 PM
It may be 3500$ or 20,000$. Bitcoin can swing in any direction and no one can stop that not even whales. We have seen current rise in price of bitcoin and there is no reason for this rise. Likewise bitcoin may fall or rise next year without any reason. Don’t expect any price of bitcoin. Just buy when it is low and HODL.
277  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Scalability on: December 24, 2019, 03:32:11 PM
Last night I received a payment from one of my client in the form of bitcoin and it took quite a while to confirm the transaction. I was thinking if bitcoin remain like this, only people like me who are a fan of bitcoin will use it. No one will prefer to use bitcoin if settlement time for bitcoin remains like this.
Some experts say that blockchain trilemma can never be solved and it will remain like this forever.
278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH - Going to 70$? on: December 23, 2019, 05:28:51 PM
There's still a chance that ETH back to 70$, but i hope that will not happen. If ETH price actually back to 70$ then crypto market will become no hope for investors. I think 70$ in few months ago was ETH bottom and its hard to come back there. Grin

If I am not wrong, eth already has gone to 90$ this year before waking up and crossing 200$. I dont think if eth fall to 70$ there will be any harm to crypto market. Crypto market has full tendency of falling to ground and then touching the sky. I will buy as many eth as possible if it fall to 70$
279  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Whales keep getting richer and richer while everybody else is losing... on: December 17, 2019, 03:21:19 PM
Whales are whales because they bought bitcoin when everyone was laughing over it. Even today rather then buying bitcoin we are saying that time to buy bitcoin is over. We are losing because of our own mistake. We can secure our investment or cover losses if we buy bitcoin whenever its down.
280  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin, Dark Web, Drugs and Government. on: December 17, 2019, 03:00:17 PM
Drug dealing and other bad stuff are there for centuries. Even with fiat currency, it's very hard to detect them because of there ties with government officials. Bitcoin price is volatile yesterday it was 7100 and now it's 6800. I don't think its a good idea to trade drugs for such volatile currency.
