How exactly do I deposit bitcoin into coinimal? I've been through just about every page I can find on the site and I can't find a deposit address for my account.

Or can I only buy and sell?

You can only buy and sell coin directly. No deposits needed.

Regards

Oh, darn. Sadly I don't need to use the service then. I was hoping to have an alternative to coinbase for converting from btc into fiat. Are there any plans to allow for deposits?

Has anyone else had issues with the new 2-factor authentication for withdraws?

It seems to only accept my "trade password" once every few tries, even if I'm copying and pasting. It just suddenly "works" one time after failing several others.

Bumping.
545  Economy / Goods / Milq Glass Water Pipe with bowl, concentrate nail, and bag. 1.2BTC on: September 04, 2015, 05:47:32 PM
Greetings! I won this at a raffle at our LHS, and it has never been used (I don't smoke). It's a really cool piece with an ice cube style percolator. It measures approximately 7 inches high.

The original price tag was $299 and came with only the "nail" slide piece. You can see its sister piece with a zigzag stem instead of a curved stem here). I have added a bowl for non-concentrate use, and a vatra bag which stores the full piece, and both the "nail" and the bowl slides (one on the pipe itself, one in a little storage pocket inside the bag). Total cost came to about $50, for a total value of approximately $350.

I am looking to sell for 1.2BTC, which includes shipping. US only please. If you think the price is too high, I'm willing to entertain serious offers. Escrow will be used.

125k and it's not VSOP or XO? That seems... odd.

You may want to check our new Bitcoin investment platform https://pcminvest.me

For any enquires please write us at support@pcminvest.me

Just so we're all clear - this is in all likelihood a PONZI. I would highly advise against investing in anything like this - unless you want to lose money.

@OP: Some of the older dice sites could be considered viable investment options (there is a risk the owner will run away with your coins). Aside from that - there aren't many Bitcoin based investment options. I guess if you really wanted to you could convert it back to fiat and invest that way (i.e. in shares/bonds etc.) but it is kind of contradictory to owning Bitcoin.

Are there any decent dice sites still around that are safe? Justdice still exists, but there is next to no trade value for CLAMs so it seems like it could be a money sink.
548  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BTCjam - going crazy on: May 28, 2015, 03:05:05 PM
I gave up on btcjam after both paycoin and ltcgear happened in the same 1-week span. I have about 12 deadbeat loans on there now that I know will never get paid back. Too damn many scams.
549  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [OFFICIAL]Bitfinex.com first Bitcoin P2P lending platform for leverage trading on: May 14, 2015, 03:29:13 PM
So what is the overall concensus about this?
Am I better putting my btc here as a "safe" investment, or should I just convert the coins and invest at just-dice? Any other good "safe" option for earning off coins without automatically jumping into cloud mining? (That's what i'm trying to diversify away from)

Anyone else missing Umisoo payment from last night?

i thought umisoo was currently turned off? Maybe i missed it and they turned it back on but i know i had emails " well messages on hash nest " saying the fees to high on s2 / umisoo

Never turned off. Switch to PPS payouts and not PPLNS.

The payment came through in the last hour.

mmm will look into that i must admit i am not one to log on to the hashnest website on a daily basis, sometimes i can go almost 2 weeks without logging in to website .......... i know not the best thing to do but i get busy elsewhere lol

Nothing wrong with that. This is how it should be, passive cloud mining income. If you need to check it 5x a day, that it s really not worth it.

see i wish more people would be like you and say " hey its ok not to be checking the website like 5 times a day " one of my in laws actually has to check his hashnest account every 12 hours. Always tells me makes more bitcoin when you watch it closely than if you dont  Roll Eyes roll my eyes is what i do i just tell him hashnest will have same luck regardless

I used to feel that way, until I was scammed by 3 different crypto companies (bitcoin-trader, ltcgear, GAW). I am not diligent about grabbing balances at least once a day to avoid losing anything extra if they go kaput. A lot of folks do the same thing who have been burnt before.

So a few days ago we were informed about troubles in one of the datacenters, and as of that day our luck has been shit-tastic. When it was posted, it was stated that impacted users would be compensated.

What is the update on this? Is the data center restored? When can we expect compensation?

Another day, another withdraw in auditing status.
553  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: April 05, 2015, 02:02:01 PM
So, is zencloud now permanently down? It's shown as maintenance mode for me for several days now.
554  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: April 05, 2015, 04:20:24 AM
Well lets see. They are double charging on fees, and have been for awhile (look at the numbers reported on the graph and then look at what you get at the end of the day - they have been double charging). Then pacmic which reeks of ponzi (money locked up for x days with automatic reinvestment heavily encouraged). Then bitmain employees saying that they want people not to withdraw.

Now no one can withdraw.

I've been burnt enough times that this is starting to make me concerned. I hope im wrong.
555  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: April 04, 2015, 07:05:46 PM
I got auditing for a .029 btc withdrawal. On bitmain talk there are a bunch of people who seem to have the same issue.
556  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 31, 2015, 08:54:13 PM
On Paybase:

GAWSOME! Cheesy

GAW employees are such FUDders!
557  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: March 24, 2015, 03:29:29 AM
Anyone keen on seeing automatic withdrawals??

It would be beneficial in my eyes.

It makes the system more vulnerable to a hack.

Hash owners being responsible for their own account is better in my eyes.

How, exactly?

As I see it, the only response seen from Bitmain about this is "it's in our interest to keep your money here" which really leads me to believe there could be a fractional reserve kinda thing going on.
558  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: March 23, 2015, 06:03:59 AM
These guys arent another hashie right? :p

I signed up in bitmain because of their outstanding credibility

Hashnest is probably the most honest cloud mining operation out there. They even avoid false advertising by providing you with accurate stats right away. You shouldn't hesitate to trust them, just be cautius with how much money you put on hashing power. There are factors like the difficulty and the price that could make you lose some money.

Actually, as I have tried to state several times both here and on bitmain talk, the reported stats are incorrect. Download the report from midnight to midnight for any particular day, and then look at the earnings minus maintenance. You'll notice that they're either misreporting over-inflated earnings, or they are charging maintenance fees twice.

With all those UI changes I can't find how to change my pin... Any advice?

It's in settings. There's an option called "change old pin"

Um, not sure if anyone has seen this:
https://forum.bitmain.com/bbs/topics/1435

A little context - a user asked about automating withdraws.

Quote
From @Bitmain_Rob:
from my perspective, i don't want you withdrawal. haha~ Tongue

Now, this may be innocuous, but why? When I see things like this I get concerned because it screams fractional reserve.
