Looks like the situation is even worse than I thought.
I bet over 181.5 on a Volleyball wager.
I found a source for the volleyball match showing that it was won 3 sets to 2, best out of 5.
The chances of a volleyball match not going over 181.5 when it goes to 5 sets are slim to none.
And yet the bet gets graded as a cancel because supposedly they can't find a source that shows it went over 181.5, only that it went to 5 sets.
What a fucking scam. This bet won almost undoubtedly and they're grading it as a push.
Fucking scammers.

It looks like a 1 man operation then? Or at least a very small team, not capable of handling this? A delay in settlements / withdrawals is annoying, but as long as they solve it, it is a point to work on.
If they refuse to answer you, or ignore you, that is very bad for their status. i hope they will solve your case, but the facts are not in your favor, based on what I read on the internet about this sportsbook.

The price of bitcoin can fluctuate 20-30% in a single day. Not grading wagers for 16+ hours now and then also taking more time to payout is a huge problem. It's not a minor inconvenience. |

15+ hours now waiting for a cancel of a bet that was listed erroneously on their website.
15 fucking hours and still not resolved. They listed a game that wasn't on any official schedules and they have waited 15 fucking hours and counting and not canceled the wager and returned the funds.
These people are incompetent pieces of shit.

More humiliating efforts from Nitrogensports.EU today.
Zero first half MLB lines. No explanation given for this. I informed them of this error 2 hours before the opening pitch for the games and no fix ever came in.
Also, games that have been over for hours have not been graded. I informed them of this and even provided them with multiple links confirming the game was over, and still no grade.
This is such a god awful shitty sportsbook.
Play elsewhere.

No offense to Nitrogen and the employee who monitors this thread... but your website is an epic piece of shit, especially on mobile.
75% of the time you load a page and the page doesn't load correctly.
You get logged out every 5 minutes for some reason. I don't know what world Nitrogensports.EU lives in where people are stealing your phone and gambling on your account every 5 minutes if you don't automatically log them out, but this is not a world most people who use the site live in.
If you refresh the page too much because of the fact 75% of the time the page loads incorrectly, you get IP blocked, and then have to log out each time and log back in, and then if you refresh the page one single time you get IP blocked again, and then have to log back out and log back in.
If you're clicking menu items to the left, often times the site is broken and will actually select menu items to the right of the page by mistake even though you're clicking exactly in the right place.
Yeah, in conclusion, you guys have been around a long time, and your website is still an epic piece of shit.
Do better, for fucks sake.

Just so everyone is aware, I showed proof that their contest leaderboard said 1 hour was remaining in their blackjack contest and they still refused to offer me anything in exchange for their glitchy system and robbing me of a chance to go higher on the leaderboard.
Embarrassing site. Please be careful when you use them. They see verifiable proof that they fucked over a customer and they do jack shit. So what do you think will happen when they mess something up for you?

Everyone be careful when you use Nitrogen, especially for their new Blackjack Tournaments.
There was an hour left on the timer for the tournament countdown and yet it ended the contest early, screwing me and not allowing me to properly compete in the contest.
I asked support about this and they said oh yeah that’s a glitch, no refunds though sorry!
Just a poorly run operation. Their own glitch hurts a player and they do nothing and show no contrition.
Embarrassing.

I’ve also bet some esports the last month that I couldn’t find the source with the result and had to trust Nitrogen that they graded it correctly. Did they? I hope so, but maybe they didn’t.
Maybe you shouldn't bet on anything you can find just because there is nothing else to bet on  . Who bets on random (or even simulated) esports anyway. People now bet on basketball leagues in Tajikistan, random table tennis events in Russia with players nobody ever heard of and so on and so on. This is crazy. This lockdown brings down the degen in all the players I think. Thats why I stopped betting now. THis is pure gambling with no statistics before the game, no reliable sources and so on. Look at the toher guy complaining. He bet on table tennis saying he bet on the 2nd game (that was cancelled). I am 100% sure there was NEVER a 2nd game, they never play the same guy back to back within 30 minutes. Its the misinformation that made him lose. About your baseball game thats another story, obviously its been graded wrong (if the result I found is right). No arguments here. We are all degenerates who are betting now. There’s no statistical edge in table tennis when it’s almost for sure guys are throwing matches for side money. |

As I suspected, nitrogen did their due diligence and they have decided that the player is entitled for their funds and reinstated it, not like they are expecting them to continue playing here, they know that the moment they give the player their money back, the player will withdraw it and go somewhere else, yet they have done it anyway because they did checked back and forth and they even shared with a third party and when the result cleared the player they give it back.
This is basically another huge proof that nitrogen never really does anything shady, this is a company that makes 10x this amount in profits per day (well not anymore I assume with games being cancelled but usually) so I doubt it would have been a problem anyway. Kudos to them for doing it the right way.
I think the reality is we all bet lots of small events with limited information and I’ve only ever had bets graded incorrectly in ways that benefit Nitrogen. They need to do better on this. Some people might not even triple check sources to make sure the games were graded correctly. Why don’t any of my losses magically get graded as wins? It’s just something they need to do a lot better at. 4 wins I’ve had in the last few months graded as losses or cancels when they shouldn’t have. That’s way too high an error rate and it’s only one direction. I look forward to them actually improving on this. Not just complaining here. |

I have a question and hope I can get some help from Nitrogensports.eu on this. I have this wager https://nitrogensports.eu/betslip/68821ceLzdmSkEraHVpUGVJdExFd2lhdzlYQT09/r/230915/This wager is an Under 9.5 wager between 2 Nicaraguan baseball teams. The final score of this game played on this date was 5-3, yet 8 hours after the game was completed, the wager was 'canceled' as a push rather than graded correctly as a win. Can you explain why this error happened? This is the 4th time in the last few months that I've had a game graded incorrectly, incorrect in a way that hurt me and cost me bitcoins. Never have I had a game graded incorrectly that benefited me... Why do all of these games get graded incorrectly only when it hurts the customer? I really don't understand.
