621  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A matter of family conflict regarding Bitcoin. on: September 22, 2023, 12:16:32 PM
What causes conflict is mixed understanding, mostly when it comes for family where husband and wife query over something else that's happened that most lead to fight 95% most be money involved. In the matter like this be family conflict to resolved has to deal with better quality education for the both parties to understand how Bitcoin works in the financial sector.

It’s not a mixed understanding but I believe the husband took off the steam of his anger on Bitcoin loss to his wife. Probably the wife is blaming him or something that will make him annoyed.

I sometimes experience this annoyance but in different matter but I never think to harm her. Not all people has a long temperance on handling anger especially when they are having a hard time with losses. This news is very intense but not worst since some people commit suicide due to investment losses.

Plus those chosen as "whitelisted" players, have they already passed KYC/AML, or has BlackJack.fun chosen those users even if they didn't go through KYC yet?

I assume the number requirements here is to become KYC verified since this "whitelisted" feature is base on trust which the casino can only fully trust you if they know you aside from your good gambling history.

I'm active before but now only once a week due to the manual withdrawal which I feel inconvenience in case I want to stop playing anymore and use my profit already outside the casino. Right now, I'm on,y playing once or twice a month if have extra money that literally no use for me.
623  Economy / Gambling / Re: Hold'N'Spin trusted Crypto and Fiat Casino.50 Freespins on Register! on: September 22, 2023, 07:59:52 AM
So if you are from any above the country then you would need to use VPN to access the casino.
So let's say you are from one of those banned Countries, you register an account using VPN and even make a deposit and play and make some winnings. You try to withdraw, and they ask you for KYC. What do you do to be able to pass it and withdraw those funds?

Remember, you are from a banned Jurisdiction according to their ToS and you circumvented the restrictions using VPN.
This is how they get themselves into shit and they would cry foul against the casino forgetting that they did the wrong thing and they expect the casino to play cool to their demands. I wonder why people are just blind to see with their eyes fully open and ignorant of some certain sensitive situations.  After using VPN all through, when it's time to withdraw and casino finds out their real identity does not tally with the location of their IP they ban or  get them blocked then they come here and create a scam accusations against the casino when they did go against terms and conditions of service.

I believe most of this same cases was the player intentionally violating the ToS through bypassing the geo restriction then play victim once caught. Most of the restricted has clear law about gambling restrictions in general while the user from this country still using their victim card just to play online casino.

It’s their urge to play online gambling makes them still play despite the risk. Forum scam accusation is the number one hotspot which this so called victim use to create a sympathy thread hoping casino will let go their cases by using scam accusation.
624  Economy / Gambling / Re: WINZ.IO — WIN $5,000 IN WHEEL OF WINZ 🤑 JOIN $35,000 TREASURE ISLAND ADVENTURE on: September 21, 2023, 02:48:58 PM
Question about Wheel on Winz promotion.

I already claim once the bronze wheel. Can I still claim this spin on silver and gold wheel? I’m confused on the ToS since it states that a user can only claim once but there’s a multiple schedule for claiming the wheel which indicates that it resets. Can I claim multiple times?

Hi,

The Wheel of Winz is being run three times per week and you can claim one spin per each period. If you claimed the Bronze wheel, then you cannot claim the Silver or Gold wheel during the same time period; you have to wait for the new Wheel of Winz round to claim a new spin.

Thanks to this. Also I verify this too on the live support before I claim and deposit since I’m late to read this reply of yours.

Sharing my recent wonderful experience about Winz.io. I claim the gold wheel on wheel on winz and manage to get 400FS that result to 75USDT bonus that adds directly to my balance without any wagering requirements. I deposit 200USDT and cashout 424USDT as seen on screenshot.

Winz.io bonus is honest and very fair. It's legit no wagering requirements and you will need to wager x1 of your deposit to withdraw all your winnings. This is the best promotion so far that I use on a casino.

Did anyone watched Topson's debut game with Tundra against Talon? Although this series has ended in a draw, 1-1 standing.

So the rumor about Topson going to Tundra as replacement for Saksa absence is true.  Nine really adjust to pos 4 as giving way for Topson. This line-up of Tundra is very interesting since they are just keep losing games because of frequent absence of Saksa. Now that Nine adjust which is a very good midlane before, he knew pretty well how to support a midlane since that is his previous position.
Yup, it's not a rumor actually but it's a real thing about Topson going to play with them on TI but before that, they are participating this Dream League S21.

The Tundra social media pages made even a video of him joining them as a stand-in. But who knows what happens next this TI if saksa won't be back and needs to focus on his health.

Then the possibility of him being a permanent stay to Tundra is possible.

Just watch Tundra match against SR, Topson is playing during early to mid game but Abed ES is unstoppable that makes them struggle to catch up on late game since SR has Alchemist fully online already with ES rampaging all over the map. I thought Tundra already got the match but the SR triple BKB pays really well since Topson Kunkka and 33 Sand King is useless on the clash with all those BKB active in clash.

But overall, The match is very good to watch. Cool itemization is what makes SR get Game 1.
626  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Experience for new and old gambler? on: September 18, 2023, 03:00:50 PM
whose addiction will be harder to break?

I think it will be the same since old gamblers has no option of gambling online. They extra effort on personally playing gambling but it still the same experience when you are already addicted.

People think that online casino is much more harder to break since it’s accessible but a gambler with addiction problem will surely find a way to gamble regardless physically or online since their mind is too focus on gambling ignoring whether it’s convenient or not.

I check the match on Liquipedia and it shows 2-0 in favor of Tundra if you are pertaining to the Dreamleague S21 tournament.
628  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are You Tax Efficient With Your Gambling Habbits? on: September 18, 2023, 02:22:02 PM
In my understanding, we typically pay taxes on our income. I also understand that sometimes we win in gambling, but does this automatically count as income? Perhaps we can consider the net income, taking into account both winnings and losses. Most gamblers probably end up losing more than they win since many of us don't consistently account for our losses.

Income taxes is different to gambling taxes. All profit made from gambling should have a separate taxes since it’s not part of your income and it’s a different category. It’s same when you are purchasing food and other services which the government charge VAT.

I might be fortunate because in our country, taxes on gambling winnings aren't required. The government won't pursue you if you win in gambling, but if you voluntarily choose to file for income tax on such earnings, they will accept it.

If they accept tax when you pay voluntarily then it’s required by the law or else they decline your tax payment. Probably the enforcement of tax regulations is not strict to your country that’s why you manage to don’t pay gambling taxes. But you surely committing tax evasion by not paying tax once someone from government audit you.
629  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you lose on slots? on: September 18, 2023, 01:17:34 PM

I know that is hundred percent true yet I won last week near the max win in play slot machines and that is enough to deceive me as a normal human being into thinking that winning is easy.I kept playing the same slot for one consecutive win to learn the hard way that it was just a coincidence that I won such a high prize from that slot and that based on probabilities it takes a lot of time to happen again. In fact it happened to me after 2 years of playing in the same casino that the slot gave me the max win.

It is difficult to forget max wins for most people and there is where the casino targets everyone of us.

It’s very hard to determine winning probability of slot since it’s using an RNG on each result and there’s a lot of combinations and factors that can affect the winning percentage. Max win or anything near it will obviously hard to hit in normal luck and you will most likely break even if you continue playing just like what experienced since the RTP will always governed on long term play.

So if you win now huge amount, expect losing huge amount to balance due to the RTP of the game. No one knows how slot works but one thing is for sure that you will lose a fixed percentage due to house edge.
630  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blackjack.fun |20% RAKEBACK TO ALL|SLOTS|SPORTS|ESPORTS|70% RAKEBACK RUSH HOUR on: September 18, 2023, 12:59:46 PM

Is this manual withdrawal is a case to case base per account or this is in general. I really missed the instant withdrawal. You can just add x1 wagering requirements if your concern is about AML policy.

For instant withdrawals you need to be "whitelisted".    It cant be for everyone. We a have a lot of whitelisted players who earned the trust.

Can you send me the criteria for being whitelisted via PM? I’m interested to be part of this since I will invest some of crypto holdings that I’m currently holding on DeFi staking. This is significant amount for me so I want to make sure that I can withdraw instantly whenever I need the fund.

The testimonial of slaman makes me convinced to re-invest my funds on casino bankroll instead of DeFi since 15% APY is a sweat deal for a USDT currency.
631  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / What’s the current trend on altcoin right now? on: September 17, 2023, 05:18:30 PM
I’m browsing coinmarketcap to scout potential altcoins to ape on this dip. I’m not sure what’s the current trend since Move2Earn, Play2Earn and other DeFi is not that popular anymore. I really hate meme coin which I know that still hot today since this is a ponzi token that most crypto traders really like due to get quick rich nature.

Do you knew something new that has the potential to trend?

Cheesy

I believe you can use LoyceV guide https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5191802.0 for the correct use of trust system in the forum. It covers the explanation of trust list pretty well. You should check that out to easily answer your question here.

Simply Trustlist is the list of user that you trust in the forum. You simply trust their judgement by adding them to your list.
634  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are You Tax Efficient With Your Gambling Habbits? on: September 17, 2023, 01:09:11 PM
Now I'm quite curious how other gamblers are managing this part of the story, if they manage it at all.

So, question to you, did you ever consider paying taxes on your gambling winnings, or deduct the taxes with the losses you've created? If not, what is the reasoning behind it?

A very intriguing topic hich I ponder a lot whenever I’m on profit side. Our country doesn’t strictly regulate tax on online casino. They are leaving it to the citizens for voluntarily pay and file taxes since our government doesn’t have enough man power to strictly regulate us all.

I don’t pay taxes myself on my gambling activities since it’s too painful to document all my expenses and pay for it on the office located on the city which is very far away on my house. Online payment here is not working so I decided to just skip since our government doesn’t care. But if I will be given a chance to live near the BIR office here then I will pay taxes if I’m on profit.  Wink
635  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is there an exchange as similar as txbit.io? on: September 17, 2023, 01:04:18 PM
Guys, tell me if there is an exchange that is as similar as txbit.io visually and functionally. If anyone knows, please tell me!

You should move this on service discussion https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=85.0 since this is all about the feature of a service.

Txbet.io which is the exchange you are using as reference is already shutdown so most of us here doesn’t have any idea how this exchange looks like. It will be easier if you will describe what kind of feature you are looking for on an exchange so that we can suggest you the one that fit to your description.
636  Economy / Gambling / Re: No KYC Crypto Casinos & Sites | NoToKYC.com | Exclusive Bonuses on: September 16, 2023, 04:36:02 PM
I answered it many times now, the casinos have to include KYC TERMS if they have a license even if they will never do KYC! Not the government, the casinos is the one who has the decision of require KYC from a User. My KYC levels are dicussed with the casino teams!
Stop acting innocent. You know damn well that any of these sites can enforce KYC whenever they want to using the TOS as their shield, but you aren't willing to admit that for reasons that only you are aware of.

I think it’s obvious what’s his reason. His website profitability depends on the user that doesn’t prerred KYC when playing in a casino somhe will surely stick to even if he mislead someone that casino doesn’t apply KYC since this is what his service offered.

In reality, Casino with Curacao license will always require KYC at any point of the user game. I believe the should start listing on Decentralized casino and forget Centralized Casino since there’s always a threat for license for them.

We have compared the current Bitcoin 1-day chart with past data(NASDAQ) and found similar patterns. You can use this as a valuable reference for investment.
https://heartbitintro.oopy.io/

This is irrelevant way of using the pattern since it has different conditions when that chart form. The news on Bitcoin including its development is not the same during that time to the random stocks you are comparing from NASDAQ.

Maybe some pattern will be correct if it’s forming known trading patter since it’s TA but a random pattern similarity on Bitcoin price chart is sure will not gonna be the same on different stocks.
638  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: September 16, 2023, 01:03:02 PM
Perhaps it is interesting as why the Warriors wanted to get a big man, not just Dwight Howard though, it has been reported as well that there are several big man who had workouts with the Warriors and Dwight is scheduled for next week so let's see how it goes.

Maybe one reason is that how Dwight performed against Jokic during his stint with the Lakers, and then we have the current MVP in Joel Embiid, and then another big man in the West, AD. So for me, this is what pushes the Warrior to get a big man, to match up against this player specially in West and Dwight might be a perfect fit for the role.

They reflected on their loss last season, where they were heavily dominated in the paint by the Lakers. This put a lot of pressure on them, and it's one of the reasons why their 3-point shooting struggled. In terms of offense, there's no question that the Warriors have it, but since teams are now improving their 3-point shooting to keep up with the Warriors, the team also needs to address their weakness, which is inside defense.

Actually, Looney is a good center for Warriors because he is strong on both offensive and defensive rebounds. He is just lacking the skills on attacking the paint using his big body since he can’t position properly inside while his teammates is more on outside shooting.

The real reason why Warriors got defeated by Lakers is they have low accuracy on 3 points shot compared before while they lack defense. They have no defense before but their offense is their defense that’s why they are winning during their era. As you mention.  All teams is already catch up on their game and Lakers beat them badly even on their 3 points forte.

Any news on the winner of this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5466140.msg62815699#msg62815699 competition? How many join and when will the team announced the winner?

Also is there a plan to launch next promotion because the first one doesn't attract much participants via public entry. I just hope that everything is well. I'm hoping to see Dota2 on the next promo.
640  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Big capital, small risk or small capital big risk - which is best approach? on: September 15, 2023, 04:15:47 PM
To get profit from gambling you have to take a lot of risk because even then you may lose more. Gambling with small amount of money is more harmful because if you lose all money from gambling then it will be difficult to manage your life. So with more capital you can live life with some money as backup even after loss. Moreover gambling depends more on luck because there are many people who gamble millions of rupees and do not get any profit. Again there are some number of gamblers who become rich by gambling with little money.

Having more capital will give you much risk when you already exposed to gambling since you have the tendency to deposit ore in case you feel the urge to chase lose which is common for gambling player.

The advantage of having low capital despite the profitability is very slow is you have control risk. Remember that high roller tends to lose more since they are risking more. Having huge backup money doesn’t mean that people can accept lose easily and move on since they will not resort to gambling if they don’t like fast profit which is the commonly reason of chasing losses.
