761  Economy / Exchanges / Re: All cryptocurrency are security asset except bitcoin - SEC on: July 31, 2023, 04:27:03 PM
Let’s face the reality, Bitcoin is clearly not a security it doesn’t introduce through token sales. Also there’s no way SEC will sue Bitcoin since it’s creator is completely anonymous and the community is the one who rums the blockchain.

I think all cryptocurrencies that introduce using token sales despite claiming a utility token will really fall to security tokens since they promised return by having this token during their token sales to the investors. Crypto companies before are using utility token disguised to get money from investors without facing legal charges for having unregulated public token sales.
762  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What happens if all forum users exhaust their Smerits? on: July 31, 2023, 03:15:13 PM
I think you shouldn't need to worry about that because more and more I see there are many newbies ranked up to full member ranks, some users also have higher merits than the activities. So the sMerit distribution in this forum is still working, but we can't predict the future, maybe we will see evil sMerit or theymos start to decay someone sMerit from some period of time.

There’s still a lot of merit source that continuously get their merit regularly. I think the only way for  smerit exhaustion crisis to happened is when merit sources doesn’t receive their supply merit since the circulating smerit will surely stop circulating at some point since it decreases by 50% when it sent to differ user.

I'm looking forward that we didn't come to this point since it means that there's no constructive post being created for merit source stop sending merits to user.

I think you are getting it wrong here. Casinos do conduct KYC based on government policies governing their locations or place of registration. Most casinos demand for KYC irrespective of who you are. There are lots of casinos here which requires KYC for gamblers to register even if they claim to be a KYC free casino but upon winning, they change and tell you based on government policies that you do present your valid ID for verification purposes before withdrawal approval. So tell me is that KYC free? Is the KYC not as a result of government policies?

Correct. KYC is a requirement for Anti Money Laundering so that government make sure that all players in the casino doesn’t violate the law.

Regarding the casino that claim KYC free but later on ask user for it. I’m sure only shady casino do this and also those casino license to operate is the only casino allowed to require KYC legally and most of the licensed casino can ask KYC based on their ToS and doesn’t boast KYC free.

The initial intention of playing is for fun when you already feel frustrated in the game then it's better to stop for a moment because you have gone off the path of the desired pleasure. gambling can still be done at another time because if it continues to be forced then it will make you worse in losses.

100% agreed on this based on my own experience. I lose 100% of my game whenever I started to get tilted on lose streak that I can’t even break even with a single win. I knew that I need to stop because my only goal is to chase loss but it’s very hard to stop when you are on the intense situation while you have the bankroll to continue further.

So, keep it fun because gambling will only make you lose even more if you are frustrated Roll Eyes

This should be the goal so that players will not be play recklessly and focus on playing instead of chasing profit/loss.

I will consider my bet as loss already.  Cheesy

It’s so nice that I didn't waste my time watching the whole match and mocking on my bet for Team Liquid. I really thought that they have the momentum after their strong finsih against Talon and game 1 against Team Spirit. Micke is very passive the whole match and he is not playing as pos 1. He is always useless on all of the match while zai and nisha only carry him. This is always the pattern of Liquid during finals and they can't win any major tournament with this kind of behavior.

I knew that this will come and I didn't learned my lesson. Team Spirit is so strong now that Larl and Collaps is finally helping Yatoro get the space that he needs.
766  Economy / Gambling / Re: BC.Game-🔴🔴🔴BET RED IN CRASH!🔴🔴🔴 Find More Unique Games! on: July 30, 2023, 05:31:02 PM
My account details have been sent back to BC.Game representative. Looking forward to being able to finally withdraw my money this week. It has been 50 days since they locked my account, is this normal? Why would any gambler want to play in a casino that randomly suspends a bettors account FOR NO REASONS in the most disgraceful way possible?
I deserve a bonus too.

Investigation can take up to 6 months as standard procedure of casino but it’s still a case to case basis for the casino if they want to max it out or not. Experiencing unresolved issue for almost 2 months is really frustrating especially if there’s no support here in the forum handling your case specifically.

There’s a reason for your account being on hold but casino doesn’t want to disclose it publicly unless they are already sure to their findings.
767  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: July 30, 2023, 05:15:57 PM
Team Liquid become sloppy on game 2. I don’t know what happened to them and who’s calling their decision making but their buy back and roshan priority is so bad. What the heck they are doing on the last clash on roshan, They keep fighting despite they don’t have near building to TP when they buy back and they keep doing buy back 1 by 1.

They rely too much on Zai that didn’t deliver properly because he keeps engaging on clash instead focusing on enemy barracks.  The choker liquid might come again for whoever bullshit calling their move on game 2. I will consider my bet as loss already.  Cheesy

Picking team Liquid to win it all tonight at Riyadh Master 2023.

As a solid fan of team liquid, Your pick is 100% approved to me.  Cheesy I think Team Liquid can manage to take down Team Spirit since their last fight is very close and Liquid has a chance to close the game on game 2 that time if they didn't commit error on the portal.

Stake odds for Liquid is high because I only get 1.77 odds using Megapari sportsbook. Good luck on our pick. Feels so good that someone here might share pain or happiness after this finals.

769  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Really Burn helps Token in positive way? on: July 30, 2023, 03:04:39 PM
Hi,
Some How this Burn Buzz word stuck in my mind and i didn't see practical results so far in any successful token.

For example, Shiba Inu is burning tokens aggressively and is it really helping them?

May be i am noob here and happy to hear from experts!

I believe this topic will be useful for someone too!

Token burn on Meme coins is a complete a hokum to trick user that the token price will increase by decreasing supply while they set the initial total supply to abunch of tokens.

Token burn is good for tokens that has a real utility to gain profit that will be use to commit buy back on the circulating supply tokens but token burn on meme coin is useless since meme coin doesn’t have any real utility to gain profit aside from the investors money that being use as liquidity for the token.
770  Economy / Gambling / Re: CasinoX.World - online review guide on: July 30, 2023, 12:44:41 PM
Nice format for your casino review platform. Your review is very thorough and tackle almost all aspect of the casino feature. The design and theme is very good that makes browsing experience really comfortable fo the reader.

I just find the categories on the sidebar almost useless since most of the casino nowadays offers full casino(sportsbook, live games and slot) that makes this categories shows same set of casino. I think you can just include the games offers on the casino descriptions review to save space on the category section.

Also start adding popukar casino here in the forum like Duelbits since you are announcing here in the forum.
771  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling experience using loan money on: July 29, 2023, 06:09:23 PM
@OP, What about those people who even sell some of their assets to gamble? Is that not madness? But if they win huge, it will not really be called madness, but the person will now be seen as a risk undertaker (Maybe that's the experience). Other than that, there is no good experience about betting with loaned money;  instead, the person might even be more pressured to gamble at a loss.

This is already different level crazyness on gambling but I knew a lot of people selling their assets just to gamble and in fact one of my friend have this kind of business that lending money on IRL casino while they are asking for asset collateral such as car, luxury jewelry and even title of the house which gives him a lot of profit once the borrower defaulted to pay the loan.

Bit I doubt there’s someone here doing this staff since most of us here is well versed on gambling addiction implications.  Cheesy
772  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who else uses move to earn apps for the same reasons I do? on: July 29, 2023, 05:04:26 PM
Hey there, fellow adventurers! Who else is bouncing around with a spring in their step, thanks to a groovy move-to-earn app on their mobile? This is me! I jumped on the GazaGO platform, an M2E creation by Staika, to chase some serious moola knowing quite well that walking isn't my passion but hey, cash flow is king! This all started out with a simple  notification about $STIK coming to Bitget by the 31st, I got interested and ended up signing up for GazaGO. Now I'm pounding the pavement, running errands like a champ and having a blast. Come on, let's hear it! Am I the only one on this wacky and wonderful adventure? 😆

Good to hear you are using move 2 earn the way it was designed but move 2 earn is long gone hype which means that you might just earning useless token in future despite exchange listings.  Most move 2 earn app’s required user to hold a certain amoutn of their utility token before you can start earning and unlock features.

I’m happy to use my fitbit to try my burned calories instead of using this crappy m2e dapps for the sake of earning penny. I’d rather ga,ble to earn a bit of money during my free time than rely om shit tokens.
773  Economy / Speculation / Re: Hold coin on: July 29, 2023, 04:25:03 PM
I don't have the knowledge on altcoins since I see them as a project that wouldn't last long and when one is investing on altcoins he needs to know the right one which he can invest on.

It depends on altcoins, Not all altcoins is shitcoins if you have an open mind perspective on crypto. Project like Ethereum and Litecoin provides a good quality of Blockchain and running for many years same with Bitcoin. You are correct that the majority of altcoins is not for long term since it’s very easy to create tokens now with the use of smart contracts but there’s still gem altcoin that can be invested long term.

Asset manager like grayscale invest on altcoins too. They have a deeper knowledge on trading and assets background check. They will surely not buy altcoin if they are just garbage.
774  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: July 29, 2023, 04:10:52 PM
I think Team Liquid is on different level right now on this tournament. They drastically improved their team fight and they have better item choices on their match against Team Spirit. Yatoro Naga is really strong and annoying on the game 1 but Team Liquid stay cool to make them focus to their goal despite the pressure coming from Yatoro illusion all over their base while Liquid is doing team fight.

And now the game is even, Yatoro finally gave liquid a strong finish with his Slark. Liquid mistake on the portal just to get Rosh cause them to loss the game because they gave too much stacks attribute to Slark when they teleport 1 by 1 and still continue the team fight even they are out position.

They should just give up the rosh that time when techies got first killed yet they still continue the teleport for the clash. Liquid starting to crumble here against TS.
775  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino Slot Steamers on: July 29, 2023, 03:51:05 PM
Do you guys follow the casino streamers and are they fun to watch? Or do you think that playing casino slots yourself is more fun?

I follow xposed on the list you provided because he is crazy streamer that provides a lot of entertainment when casting. His emotion is legit and hilarious at the same time which makes his stream very lively.

I’m surprised that trainwrecked is not on the top list while he is one of the streamer I follow when online casino streaming became newly popular online.

While these streamers may earn a good amount of money through streaming, they sometimes may become inspirational to the gamblers which may lead the normal gamblers to gamble more or become addicted too in some cases.

Thoughts Huh

I didn’t feel this kind of motivation that makes me extend my budget for gambling just by watching them since I knew that they are using casino money and I can’t afford to lose money above my current bankroll.
776  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling experience using loan money on: July 28, 2023, 05:37:14 PM
When I was in the first condition, I felt that I had no pressure, played as usual, different from the second condition that even when I lost 5% of my borrowed money, I couldn't be sane anymore in determining my betting choices, which meant I was in pressure in the second condition.

This is exactly what I’m thinking when I create this thread. I was tempted before to ask loan here just to gamble while waiting for my campaign salary to come but the interest rate discourage and your situation is exactly what I’m thinking whenever the loan money starting to burn on bets while you are thinking on how you will repay again the loan plus interest rate.

Pressure is really high when you are on the brink of losing while you don’t have enough money to pay the loan on time once you lose the loan amount.

Trust me, don't do that, it would be better if you waited until you have allocated money to gamble instead of having to play the money you borrow. I don't have the capability to explain everything, but this is all related to the psychology, so not only in trading, even in gambling you also have to have a healthy mentality to be able to think rationally.

Thank you for the warning. I fully understand the risk that's why I never ask any loan here in the forum even though I have way to pay it even without my signature campaign which I typically use for my gambling activity here.

I'm already thrilled whenever I'm down with 50% of my bankroll and I can't imagine what will I feel incase I'm using money that I just borrow with additional interest. If ever I will do this in the future. I think only 100$ is my maxmimum borrowed money that I can afford to lose sonce borrowing more money means more interest that is a relized loss already even before gambling.
777  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling experience using loan money on: July 28, 2023, 03:18:11 PM
I want to know what's the experience on using loan money. Is there additional pressure on gameplay or just the same using regular money without an interest rate.

@Oshondy, I totally agree with you. This is why I created this thread to get an insight on how user that doing this feel during actual game. If they feel pressured on gambling or just normal because we have different take on how we handle pressure and gambling.
778  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling experience using loan money on: July 28, 2023, 02:46:41 PM
I saw many high rank users here that asking for loan and directly deposit the loan amount on gambling account. I want to know what's the experience on using loan money. Is there additional pressure on gameplay or just the same using regular money without an interest rate.
How did you know what they are using the borrowed money for? Guessing makes you not to be right.

I’m not trying to become judgemental here but that’s how I can interpret a loan that received using casino account. I saw users on Darkstar loan thread before that receive loan via tip on their casino account while that specific casino has withdrawal fee and wagering requirements. I doubt that the loan money will not be used on gambling purposes or else they should use regular wallet address.

I don’t want to mention names here but you can check it for yourself on Darkstar loan thread.
779  Economy / Gambling discussion / Gambling experience using loan money on: July 28, 2023, 02:28:23 PM
I knew that there's many topic like this in the past that asking advice about loaning for gambling. The intention of this thread is determined what's the actual feeling when you are using a loan money on gambling knowing that there's an interest rate on your borrowed money which means you already lose part of your money before you start gambling.

I saw many high rank users here that asking for loan and directly deposit the loan amount on gambling account. I want to know what's the experience on using loan money. Is there additional pressure on gameplay or just the same using regular money without an interest rate.

On their case, They leave the forum after having an issue here with one of the forum member.

It is true that no one can force a representative of a casino to keep posting here on the forum, but we have to ask ourselves the following question: what is the point of a person going to a forum to create an ann thread to publicize a casio and then that person to vanish? if the person knew that he wouldn't have time to answer people's questions in this forum then why did he create the thread? when we look at things that way, we can easily see that it makes no sense for someone to create a thread in a forum and then not enter that forum, in the real world people have options such as: getting in touch with companies through the company's website, through the phone numbers of the companies, through the social networks of the companies

Although my comment is not directly related to your statement. I agree on your logic about how we view casino representative leaving the discussion part of the forum. I think some casino use only the forum to create their ANN thread as promotion thread without taking in consideration the discussion.

Casino like Owl and Betfury are both decided to leave the forum ANN thread as place for communicating to the team instead they focus on their main website chat for the communication which leaves us a complete disadvantage when it comes to issue since there’s no public trial involve.
