I just got a letter from Coinexchange and they said the reason their wallet is offline is because they need the Dev team to make a change to something, and they're waiting for them to do that.

Can someone please point me to a recent .conf file? Thanks.
I downloaded the bootstrap from https://bootstrap.chain.so/The instructions aren't exact. I renamed the file to bootstrap.dat and I've run over 15 staking wallets so have done many bootstraps. It still says it will be downloading five years of info. Usually boostraps speed things up. I know Doge is a sure thing but it would be nice to see the core team do a better job for people who want to install the main wallet.

OK, it looks like this coin officially doesn't have a Dev anymore. In fact, if you carefully read the thread over the last year, Tranz never stepped up to be the Dev chief, he just stepped in to do some emergency programming. Right or wrong?
We need to get a dev to get the deal on altilly, or do a takeover with a core group of people.
So much for tranz doing his many thousands of hours of work to increase the CPU efficiency in exchange for the millions of CAP he took. Personally I would have liked to see those CAPs go to the community so we could use them to fund a dev... anyway. I nominate you to be on the dev team. just because you might not code doesn't mean you can't market the coin and get in touch with that exchange. I'm happy to make small changes to the code, however I've never really dug too deep into the code to know about making any big changes. Worst case we can always just cut and paste bits from hobonickels OK, sounds like you're in, too. I do have some coding background but haven't done much in last ten years. I would like to get help in setting up the coding environment for QT wallets.

If anyone with a senior member level account and good reviews wants to sell some to keep the chain strong at the yobit sell price for DOGE, I'll do that. Message me.

I asked Darkstar and he said he contacted Altilly and also some news about an explorer.

I can't buy on Novaexchange bc they don't allow US citizens. I can't download on Yobit because they are often in maintenance. Where can I buy some INFL now?

Thanks. I'm trying it out. It's not synching after being online about 12 hours. Usually, there are several files in a bootstrap, so if you can, please try again. It's saying no connections. I have my .conf named both lambo.conf and lambo-qt.conf

Because I have no idea how market conditions will be in the future, such as the price of Doge, I can only afford this offer to last one more week.

My wallet just acted as if I never set a password and encrypted it. Does anyone know what that is from? It's the second wallet to ask me that in the last week. There were a lot of power outages.
usually (99.9%) that means you really forgot to set a password for this particular wallet.dat ) or you keep getting all sorts of failures because of power outages, if it cuts your PC by surprise you can end up with any sort of trouble with the wallet, if db files not properly written to disk. Yes, I might have taken it from a thumb drive that had the first copy.

Not sure if PART was there, but thought I'd post it.

How many does it take to get a stake a few times a week?

They haven't allowed BCH withdraws or deposits since the fork about 3 months ago. Whats up with that?

I don't want to spread FUD and sadness, but I was thinking... Think at the owner of an exchange that has been hacked, therefore has totally lost users' trust. He has (?) million of dollars on cold wallets and he perfectly knows that when will reopen, ppl will run to withdraw EVERYTHING and go trade elsewhere. He will face very hard months, in addition in a bear market that has already killed some exchanges. If you were him, what would you do? I still believe that there are people who will do the right thing no matter what the situation is. The idea of running away may have crossed their minds knowing that most users ( if not all) will leave the exchange anyway if they reopen. However, we are not sure if they'll go that way, well I hope not. I'll just wait and see If there was any chance of Not having a mass exodus from cryptopia then they should have taken action and communicated what they could .. they just clammed up and are hiding behind the police newly spawned exchanges are lining up to take all their customers and listed coins. Hacks can and Do happen If this was one or inside job I cant say for 100% but the thing a exchange can control is the Aftermath and they clearly shit the bed on this. i never thought that am going to scammed by this way i thought cryptopia was better than hitbtc and yobit at the end craptopia mask down Already a lot of new exchanges have stepped in and are trading the coins I like such as Coinex.com, freiexchange.com, probitex.com, tradsatoshi, Southexchange, Mercatox, and others. I hope they come back up but I didn't like the way they operated a lot of the time. Developers paid good money to be on there and would get delisted for what seemed like slim reasons, I think rudeness was one, like if you don't like how you are getting treated (maybe it was cryptopia who was being rude in the first place?). They have had STRONG support by a lot of big voices in the community. I think this led me to trust them with more coin than I should have.

How many million do you need to start staking 3 or 4 times a week at current difficulty?

Can you create a bootstrap by using Detach Databases at Shutdown? It seems easier for newbies to do that than the other methods on command line. You would then compress the directories to decompress into directory structures.
