haha rocks where used just to show how radar is currently working, i place rocks on map to simulate players and i give them (in code) random color to simulate player color  Ahhh! Got it. I'd like to see HUC on mcxNOW. If anyone has been using mcxNOW, it's simply brilliant. It's far, far, far better than anything else out there. Actual thought has gone into the UI, unlike many exchanges. AND THE UI IN MCXNOW WORKS!!! (Well, mostly... better than anything else out there - the depth charts are a bit screwy, but that's about the only issue.) It's far faster & more responsive than others, and its volume is larger than Cryptsy now. And... it doesn't have 100 shitcoins on it. HUC on mcxNOW would be a feather in HUC's cap. Also, Vircurex - that would be a great addition. Again, a picky exchange that doesn't have 100 shitcoins. Getting on there would be a statement.
Saw an order go up on Poloniex for 3000 HUC at 0.001 (3 BTC). Pretty big wall there if you look. Since then, no sells (over 2 hours). All holding or buying. Buy orders are slowly starting to stack... Dammit... someone just sold a tiny amount. Well, either way - looks like someone has taken notice with a 3 BTC order, and likely more will as well. I think we may be at the bottom and it may turn around back up soon. Let's hope that it creates work for snailbrain to change the player team fee from 1 HUC to 0.1 HUC soon!   |

Then all who are interested in developement can comment there? The other option is to create a specific forum for the developers. I like freeforums.org, and I created a free huntercoin forum there. In the case of Datacoin a forum with a domain name (datacointalk) was created. After a few months they could not afford the fees, and the forum folded. So I prefer the freeforums website - Freicoin uses it, and they are still going strong. I will give active posters who join huntercoin.freeforums.org Administrator rights, especially Snailbrain, thecoder, MithrilMan, tuto etc My impression is that Huntercoin will have a lot of developers, and that a developers forum (like with Bitcoin) will be warrented. Running a forum costs almost nothing. Free forums are a bad way to go because you lose control. If someone can't afford the $5 or $20 a month it takes to run a site, they probably should worry more about finding a new job than running a forum. But there already is Huntercointalk and the Dot-bit forums, so there's no reason to have another. Dot-bit is in the Namecoin forums, and is probably a better place for technical discussions. HCT is a fan forum. For a pure dev forum, it's better to use things that are designed for that, e.g. Gemini, Bugzilla, etc. |

daily update (sooo tired) i've uploaded a brief video to show some features i've done with HuntercoinNetGame (have to find a better name doh!) (link at the end) the crown that you see in the demo is taken real time from the deamon, next step will be load players and organize a better view (putting 2312363 player on the same tile is waste of resource and cpu time) so i think that i'll put something to let the user understands that more hunters are there and clicking on the tile a detailed windows came up, with action to take what do you think about? I dont think CPM ads are the way to go cause they are expensive and if our budget runs dry the traffic will stop, probably try it on torrent sites since they are the ones that most likely would want to make money and their cpm rate is super cheap also test adfly.
I'm not so sure that torrent sites are that good. I've run medium sized campaigns, and the results were dismal. What's needed is highly focused targeting. Gamers. Crypto people. Crypto gamers. (You're doing what with your graphics card?!? ) Also, getting the attention of people like " Jay is games" and other reviewers could be a huge deal for Huntercoin. Advertising on a site like that could work... However... cost. Could be a deal killer. I'm sure someone out there knows the gaming review circuit better than I do and can post some names of reviewers and gaming journalists. There are TV shows dedicated to gaming as well... Would make a very interesting segment on one of those shows. |

I like this Ad although, those sprites required me to link to the creator (i found them on the web) - the link is in the about section of the client and in the links section of the website.. not sure if it's possible to use them in an ad.. I will email them (although i think they are Japanese ) The heart / crown are free to use, so they are ok I just checked, and it seems fine: http://untamed.wild-refuge.net/rpgxp.phpFeel free to use my resources as you want, be it in free or commercial games, edited how you want, or as bases for your own sprites. Just be sure to credit me! It's already in the game credits, and I don't think there will be any confusion as everyone will know that the characters are in the game, and the game already credits him. It's pretty reasonable to assume that games are advertised, and that the characters might end up in an ad or screenshot, etc. (The site is all in English, so, not sure if he's Japanese or not.) Have anyone noticed delays on Poloniex HCO deposits? My firsts went very fast, but today one took about 30-40 minutes to show up, and the one after that is still in the limbo after more than 1 hour and an half.
Just had 2 deposits with both showing up very fast. Still not selling though... The media is going to shoot this sky high when the see it. |

i got this message now  my connection is ok,but i have 10 hours left,and chronon blocked at 41972 few hours its same,not crush,not freeze,just blocked I deleted nameindexfull.dat and game.dat but still blocked i have 10 mb/s real download speed,all downloads are closed also i restarted my pc I have the same problem. It`s on w7. My wallet won`t sync. I added nodes and the -rescan to the shortcut and still not syncing. Restarting the client seems to fix that. Also, try adding the nodes from the OP. If worse comes to worse, try deleting everything except your wallet.dat & conf file. |

... maybe you cancelled "first_update" select the name with no hunters, then click config, then choose colour, then press ok (wait a few blocks.. like 5 ) if doesn't work, restart client if doesn't work, restart client with -rescan if doesn't work, it's that Chronos guy we are looking into avoiding him After hitting "config" and picking a color, my hunters showed up under my new entity after some number of turns that I'm unsure of. I've tried this and it's not working for me. I have 1 player trapped for 15 hours or so (guessing), and another 2 trapped (not spawning) for about 3 hours. Tried multiple times. No luck so far.
