641  Economy / Economics / Re: Your plans for 1st august? on: July 12, 2017, 04:29:40 PM
Im not doing much with the market down. I´m waiting for it to recover a little. After Aug 1st if the drop is hard i´ll buy a little more BTC. However i´m starting to doubt that. if everyone is holding...the market doesn´t crash
Are you looked the market in yesterday? The whales will create big crash and panic seller with helps them!

Maybe, you will ask why sell your coin although know this happens by whales? Because the some people use margin trading and if the price crash to liq price, they will loss all their money and need cutloss soon for prevents that
You risk what you want to risk. MArgin trading near such an event in hopes to become a trillionaire bears the very real risk of loosing everything. Caution is advisable I think. But anyway i´m pretty conservative so no Huge gains, but no big headaches when there are crashes.

The offer still up and will who is the escrow?
As it stated up the OP is not accepting escrow and is already painted in red. So some caution would be mandatory in this transaction. For 800 dollars transaction, although its not that much money is still a big transaction for this forum, so i would definitely consider an escrow...
644  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: ECN filled with self trading? on: July 12, 2017, 01:23:17 PM
It could be some kind of automated trader. I see that sometimes on cryptopia. A big wall that almost instantly responds to new positions above it. I assumed that would be some kind of bot. Or someone with a lot of patience and time to spend looking at the order books
645  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can u turn 25$ to 5000$ in 6 months trading cryptos? on: July 12, 2017, 12:37:10 PM
For me it has not beens possible. One year ago i started a separate account from zero, and im not even close to 10.000. maybe reaching halfway there but lots of it is due to BTC being pumped from 600 to over 2000 in a year. when i invest my own money i´ve been happy with 10 to 30% a year. and thst is because the market is bull
646  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Get out of ethereum while you still can! on: July 11, 2017, 10:46:26 PM
The problem with ETH is the smart contracts themselves. So I´m a developer and create a web browser. through "normal" funding i would get zero. But i decide to create a token and i get millions in eth.... i actually develop the browser. and then what are the tokens for? this is just one of the examples of hyped ICOS on top oh ETH. When this guys dump the eth, and the other guys panic. will see people hanging and jumping from windows...
647  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ZCash backdoor? on: July 11, 2017, 10:41:55 PM
Very interesting statement. So the DEvs claim they have an annon coin, but they get to decide who is not trustworthy and allow the authorities to move on them. So i see a coin dev team playing judge or police. Crypto is the wild west, this is what was missing in the picture....
648  Economy / Exchanges / Re: RED ALERT LIQUI.IO is SCAM !! on: July 11, 2017, 10:30:26 PM
They say bad advertisement is advertisement anyway. Look at UBER. Taxi drivers all over the world on protest. Each protest that goes on TV you get a pump in UBER users. Maybe the same will apply to Liqui.
I had two or three questions posted via telegram and the answer came timely. Not instant but timely. As for the posts asking for support i dont think this is the proper place.
649  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Goldmoney for BTC on: July 11, 2017, 10:04:52 PM
I´ve heard it can be reversed but i´m not sure. I bought goldmoney for BTC here 3 or 4 times. everything went fine with me. Another thing to be carefull, but not to sell goldmoney but for the buyer is the provinience of the goldmoney. there are some restrictions in selling goldmoney you got from gifts or referrels i think
650  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: $10 000 to invest, but at which price to buy? on: July 11, 2017, 07:54:29 PM
You have to be clear about the kind of investment. Short term or long term. For long term investment the entry point is not that relevant. If you go long on BTC is because you believe in it, and you probably believe the speculation about BTC several thousands above the current price, so if you target 5 or 6k per coin the entry ant 2k or 1500 k is not that relevant. For short term i would wait for post August first to see if there is a dump and try to calculate he DIP to enter there...
651  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: July 11, 2017, 07:36:11 PM
I´ve been following the thread for a while. The major caractheristic i see being appointed here for the success and mass adoption of Monero is the fact that it´s the most private coin. IMO if mass adoption would occur today the masses would rather have an easy to use coin than a very private coin. So you think in the future people will be increasingly concern with privacy or you see monero as an easier to use coin than the others?
652  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Siacoin Epic Monster Moon on: July 11, 2017, 07:09:50 PM
Just got in for a few more Sia. Develop develop until i can retire on this pocket change please. Sia is IMO one of the good undervalued cryptos out there, so let´s wait and see it recover and go up up up again.
653  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'm panicking, tell me it will be OK... on: July 11, 2017, 03:21:13 PM
SO.... Do not risk money you can´t afford to loose. This is the basic one. So considering you didn´t go over your head and you don´t need that money to buy water, food or pay the rent, just hold. Some say it will be 6 months to a year to come back, some are more cryptooptimistic and see a big recovery by the end of the year. anyway i´m holding both my BTC and my ALTS. And im ready for some of them to be gargage, but overall i think ill be kept in profit as i am until now.
654  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do I hold? on: July 11, 2017, 03:15:15 PM
The reason to hold if prices are down is simple. The crypto market is expanding, so it´s normal for the prices to come back. So if you sell when the prices are down, someone will buy them and sell them latter when prices are up. some people have to loose for others to win... you have to choose who you want to be. The only problem with this "simple" strategy is that some coins eventually fadeaway and die. So i hope you chose good projects to put your money into. If so, just wait for the market to recover.
655  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: I want to buy dogecoins on: July 11, 2017, 03:10:35 PM
Crypto world  is very funny. a few months ago i was trying to sell DOGE here for 21 sats when it was 19on exchange . I was seeing the price going up soon but just didnt want to wait, so for me 21 was ok. A lot of people spammed the thread and i ended up closing it because i didnt want a red tag. I sold the doge later above 100. its interesting to see people looking for doge at current prices now:)
656  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][KMD][dPoW] Komodo - Zcash Zero Knowledge Privacy Secured by Bitcoin on: July 11, 2017, 03:00:08 PM
About privacy coins... what do you guys think about the news about a possible backdoor on Zcash that led to the closing of Alphabay. any truth in it? or just trashtalk between different privacy coin holders?
657  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: 130$ BTC AVAILABLE 130$ PAYPAL NEEDED on: July 11, 2017, 02:37:03 PM
This guy is a newbie. So h either send first if he feels confortable or must use escrow. there are enough trusted escrows here to avoid the hassle of being scammed on such a matter.
This said , i see this particular post as someone asking for a service. So the one who´s asking should be responsible to make this smooth.
658  Economy / Exchanges / Re: $10 withdrawal fee? on: July 11, 2017, 02:33:14 PM
I´m just uessing here as i don´t really know the service. But that amount is probably the amount they think will get you a fast transation to avoid the hassle of lots of suport tickets about delays in withdrawals as it happened in other exchanges. Some time ago i had a transaction conforming for almost 48 hours for a very low fee. That would be time enough for some people to panic and flood support with a dozen tickets:)
659  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What will happen after SEGWIT? on: July 10, 2017, 06:45:08 PM
As the Bitcoin userbase expands, validating the entire blockchain naturally becomes more expensive.
Of course it does. But then two things can happen if BTC continues to thrive. either BTC solves this scalability problem and its possible for a mass adoption and usage as a real currency for comercial transactions or it doesnt and it come become more of a store of value asset where less transactions will be needed.
660  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What will happen after SEGWIT? on: July 10, 2017, 06:10:05 PM
Segwit is positive and NEEDED. So long term no problems only positives. Short term There could be a dump as there is lots of speculation about it and people might go to other assets during the process. If that happens a week hand dump might follow. Lots of "new" money in BTC this year that could panic.
