• Berlalu satu tahun (Haul), kepemilikan harta tersebut telah mencapai satu tahun khusus untuk ternak, harta simpanan dan harta perniagaan. Hasil pertanian, buah-buahan dan rikaz (barang temuan) tidak memiliki syarat haul.
