361  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will Bitcoin rise? on: December 31, 2017, 12:11:48 PM
As you know bitcoin had dropped about 30% some days ago which caused alot of people to panic and withdraw their bitcoins which caused bitcoin's price to fall even more. It started to rise again but alot of such people would have thought that the price may fall again and withdrew it. I think if you have money you should keep holding as bitcoin would take some time to recover and then after it recovers it's value it would go even further, so you should have some patience.
362  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What was your worst mistake in Gambling? on: December 31, 2017, 12:07:56 PM
Well, I actually was chasing my losses on a gambling site. It was actually a csgo skins gambling site. I kept of depositing skins until I lost almost everything, which i regretted alot then. I agree with you that you should never try to make up for your loss by gambling as it will make you lose even more, but it is pretty hard to control. So I just quitted gambling after that. I decided if I cant control, just quit it.
363  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel shameful for being a gambler? on: December 30, 2017, 04:26:32 PM
Well, I personally don't think there is anything to feel shameful about by being a gambler as it might be fun for alot of people. But, becoming a gamblinh addict would definitely be shameful. So, like gambling addicts you should not bet too high and get depressed if you lose all your money. Keeping a limoted amount of money for gambling should work out. Also you should just gamble for fun, if it becomes even a little bit stressful you should just stop for the time being.
364  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to know if a gambling site is a scam or not? on: December 30, 2017, 04:23:12 PM
I think you should first of all reasearch about the specific site you want to gamble in before depositing any money, you should also ask people who you know about those sites if they have ever used it or not. You can also ask about that particular site on the forum and take thr decision, whether or not to deposit based on what the majority says. One more thing that would be simple is just google and find some information about that site. If you do all of these things the chancd for you to get scammed by scam sites would significantly reduce.
365  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Trading vs Gambling on: December 30, 2017, 04:19:04 PM
I think you can earn pretty well by trading if you have good knowledge about cryptocurrencies. Whereas gambling is mostly all about luck. Still if you want to gamble and earn money you should try sports betting as it could be very porfitable and requires knowledge more than luck. So i would say you should do both, i.e. trading on a regular basis and gamble only on sports betting as they have a better chance to give you profit.
366  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to Turn Gambling into a Profitable Activity on: December 29, 2017, 10:03:16 AM
"How to turn gambling into a profitable activity?", I don't think you can actually turn something like gamblinh which is based mostly on luck into a profitable activity. If you really want only profit in gambling and very less chances of loss I think you should go for sports betting as it uses some knowledge and you can actually predict which team is better, still you are not guaranteed profit. Other than that, I think there isn't any other method to earn only profit.
367  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Frustrations: Losing Streak on: December 29, 2017, 09:51:23 AM
Well, if you are getting so frustraded because of gambling, while playing poker or any other such game. Just stop. If you have not set a limit for the money you are going to use in gambling, just do it and dont exceed that limit. If you keep on losing and it makes your day from bad to worst, just don't gamble that day. There are other things to do too. Just dont try to win back your loss as it may bd even more frustrating. I would suggest you to actually quit gamblinh if you are having such issues.
368  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: December 28, 2017, 04:56:04 PM
Well, it is pretty simple. When you think about gambling you think about what you can do after winning, how happy you will be after winning a good amount of money. If you win you get attracted even more towards gambling and you keep on betting. Even if you lose, most of the times you'll think how will you be able to win back all that money and lose even more money. It is pretty normal as it is a normal human mentality. Also you are the only one who can stop yourself, just quit, play safely(by keeping limited amount of money for gambling) or keep on losing money.
369  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: losing 50 bitcoins gambling on: December 27, 2017, 06:25:57 PM
50 Bitcoins is too big amount to gamble! First of all I think you should only gamble with a little and limited amount(Which you can increase of course, based on your financial condition). But, 50 bitcoin is such a large amount. Betting 50 Bitcoins in gambling is crazy and foolish! Gambling should be done only for fun and when it starts to get stressful it should be stopped. Betting 50 bitcoins and losing them can literally lead to a heart attack! I don't think risking an amount this big would be worth at all.

371  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: One currency One world? on: December 26, 2017, 04:54:56 AM
Bitcoin becoming the one and only currency used for any kinds of transactions in the world? No, it is just not possible, even if it is possible the chance of this to happen would be easily equal to zero. There are more than 180 independent countries in existence in our world and for all of them to accept bitcoin as their currency would not be possible at all. There are some countries which actually banned bitcoins too, so bitcoin becoming the one and only currency is kind of an impossible task.
372  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can we explain that the bitcoins is not a scam on: December 26, 2017, 04:50:31 AM
I don't know why people show such false things in television. Bitcoins are not scam! Alot of people are investing in it and the number of people wanting to invest in it goes up day by day. You should just tell the person who you'd want to know about bitcoins to personally research somethings about bitcoin. Only after seeing the good sides of bitcoin they would know that it is a good investment. If they aren't willing to do so, and believe what is being shown on the television, there is not much you can actually do.
373  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Damn fees! on: December 26, 2017, 04:36:24 AM
Yeah, bitcoin's fees is pretty high compared to other coins. You told your friends only about bitcoin? There are pretty good altcoins in which they can invest their money in and they have pretty low fees as compared to bitcoin, for example ethereum. I think you should tell your friends to invest in ethereum as it's price is expected to go high and it is a pretty good altcoin with alot of potential. If they still want to invest in bitcoin, they'll have to pay the fees. I don't think you can do anything more.
374  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 1 ETH - should buy alt or hold on to it on: December 25, 2017, 06:02:11 PM
Well, I think Ethereum has alot of potential too, you can hold it for long term. If you really want to earn more profit quickly, I think you should listen to your instincts and try investing in other coins which you think might be profitable. But you should remember that doing so comes with some amount of risk. If you are willing to risk your money you can go for it. If you can't afford to lose your money, just keep holding your eth.
375  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does Social Media Influence bitcoin growth? on: December 25, 2017, 05:56:21 PM
Yes obviously it does. As you may know people who regularly use social media like Facebook, twitter, reddit get to know about alot of information regarding cryptocurrencies through posts on these sites. As you may know people advertise ICOs, altcoins, bitcoins, etc. through social media. For devlopment of any project, for it to gain more popularity, etc. social medias are pretty useful.
376  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you use analysis when play gambling? on: December 25, 2017, 03:11:10 PM
I don't think analyzing things can help you much when it comes to gambling except for the sports predictions(analyzing might help a little bit in them). As you would know that gambling is all about luck. Thinking much about what to choose  may or may not help depending on your luck on all other games except for the sports betting games.
377  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I want to invest on: December 25, 2017, 03:06:24 PM
Investing in bitcoin currently would be a pretty good option as currently the price of bitcoin is on the lower side as the price fell a bit recently. It's price is expected go higher in future, so it might get you alot of profit of you invest in it now. If you want to invest in any other altcoins I think a long term investment in Ethereum would be a pretty good choice as ethereum's price would slowly rise too. Also try to not panic and cash out when the price drops a little as it is pretty normal.
378  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Future on: December 25, 2017, 02:59:56 PM
Cryptocurrency is about to change the world.

With this change, how do you see cryptocurrency supporting the low-income individuals in the world who do not have access to technology in general, limiting their access to this "boom"?

It doesn't need to access to the technology to getting started with Bitcoins. Today, anybody can do it with a cheapest smart phone as well.
Yes, exactly even the people with cheapest budget smartphones can do alot of things related to bitcoin. I think alot of people who are not getting a job are getting income due to bitcoin and some other cryptocurrencies. This also would be a great opportunity for students to earn money through bitcoins. But the main problem I think with cryptocurrencies is that alot of people are still not aware of it.Also alot of them feels it is risky and just ignore it's existance
379  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can any government ban Bitcoin? on: December 25, 2017, 02:55:45 PM
Yes, I think any government can ban bitcoin in their countries, as they have the power required to do so. As you may know there are some of the countries where bitcoin is not legal. But I don't think there would be much of a reason to do so for any government, bitcoin is growing and the number of people who want to invest in it keeps on increasing. So, even if it gets banned I think there would bs a huge number of people still owning btc.
380  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Future of altcoins without Bitcoin on: December 24, 2017, 03:20:32 PM
It is true that the other altcoin values dropped too, but it won't always be like that I think. If bitcoin drops I think people will shift their bitcoins to some other altcoin , for example ethereum, which is pretty well suited for long term investments. If bitcoin dies due to alot of countries banning it or something then there is a huge chance that people lose their hope on cryptocurrencies. But if it is undertaken by some other cryptocurrency, people would still want to invest in cryptos.
