41  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin could be used to pay for Bills, load and for travel in the Philippines on: March 03, 2019, 06:08:13 PM
It is good to know that how open the Philippines is to cryptocurrency hope my country would also become that open to cryptocurrency use. But actually seeing how the market is for Bitcoin currently and how scarce it is I wouldn't be spending my Bitcoin at places where fiat could be used.
42  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as a better store of value than gold on: March 03, 2019, 05:56:55 PM
Gold in my country is largely used as jewellery and not as an asset but we also consider our gold jewellery as a type of investment and I don't think we have to give any paperwork on the gold that we buy here the only thing here is that we have to pay taxes on gold jewellery purchases. People might say that the profit earned on gold could be less but is also safer than bitcoin investment.
43  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin matured as a currency? on: March 03, 2019, 05:43:28 PM
There is a long long way for bitcoin to be accepted as a matured currency. For a currency to be accepted as a matured currency or as an accepted currency a currency should not be volatile or I should say that the volatility should be very less or even stable. Currently, bitcoin prices are between 3500$-4000$ some people would say it is not that volatile but imagine your country's currency going 500$ up and down.
44  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to keep the BitCoins Safe? on: March 03, 2019, 05:30:25 PM
I have heard about this case where the owner of an exchange site was found dead and with him went all the million dollar bitcoins. Now even I'm sceptical about keeping my coins on an exchange site or something similar. The only thing I can think of keeping bitcoins safe is cold storage or Ledger wallets.
45  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Warren Buffet statement again on: March 03, 2019, 03:26:19 PM
Very similar to when JP Morgan Ceo had his statement against bitcoin saying " Bitcoin is a pyramidal scam " and I guess it was found that many of his employees and himself had investments in Cryptocurrency. Maybe Warren Buffet is doing the same or maybe he is not he is considered to be one of the best investors and is also an ideal for many including me.

Here is the link to his statement to CNBC:
Warren Buffett explains one thing people still don’t understand about bitcoin
46  Economy / Exchanges / Re: what are the things to consider when looking for a good exchange? on: March 02, 2019, 05:44:56 PM
The very first thing I never fail to check about an exchange is their reviews or basically popularity amongst the people. The second thing I see is the security provided by the exchange then trading and withdrawal fees charged by the exchange and one of the most important thing is their customer service and support.
47  Economy / Marketplace / Re: $1000 to spare each month, how would you invest it? on: March 02, 2019, 05:37:20 PM
Currently I really wouldn't invest heavily in cryptocurrency, I will but not that much I will focus on other investment areas but will divide it into long term and Short term investment where I would put my cryptocurrency investment in my long term investment. Rest I'll divide the rest into many good investments.
48  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which one do you choose? on: March 02, 2019, 05:20:38 PM
I would seriously prefer buying stuff directly from online shops but where I live there are no online shops or normal shops who sell products in exchange of Bitcoin so the only choice I am Left to is exchange my bitcoins on an exchange website to convert it into Fiat money and then buy or use the money wherever I need.
49  Economy / Services / Re: [OPEN] MoonTrade Signature Campaign | Member > Sr. Member | Trading Contest! on: February 26, 2019, 12:06:29 AM

51  Economy / Speculation / Re: A chance for Bitcoin to rise! on: February 24, 2019, 06:22:00 PM
First rule while investing in bitcoin is to only investment that much money that you are prepared to lose and not worry about but sad you lost that much of money. But don't get hyped up you never know when the prices start dropping again so keep an eye on the current trends.
52  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best new way to pay with Bitcoin on: February 24, 2019, 06:16:00 PM
Happy to see a big company company like Samsung supporting cryptocurrency maybe this wouldn't help the market value go up a a bit. Apple's iPhone might be the next to have such wallets and maybe slowly many other brands would start doing the same.
53  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dominos now accepts Bitcoin via LN on: February 24, 2019, 06:07:45 PM
A good step to promote the usage of Bitcoin but I still wouldn't use Bitcoin on buying a pizza and c'mon everyone knows the story of the pizza that costed someone millons today or basics someone actually bought pizza and paid with bitcoins which were equivalent to a lot of money someday ago when the market value was good.
54  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk calls crypto “quite energy intensive” on: February 24, 2019, 06:00:46 PM
I agree with Elon musk that the blockchain structure is amazing and also that Bitcoin mining cosmumes a lot of energy as of now. But maybe with time the energy to consumption might reduce quite a lot compared to that of now.
55  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to Invest Safely in Bitcoin on: February 24, 2019, 05:50:28 PM
According to me the only safe way to invest in Bitcoin is to only investment that much money that you can bear risking or losing because I don't see any other method of safe investment as we all know the volatile nature of Bitcoin or even other cryptocurrenies.
56  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin to replace fiat on: February 24, 2019, 05:39:40 PM
Like how can blockchain pay back State debts ? Were you stoned while making the Post xD? And Bitcoin isn't replacing Fiat anytime soon ,sorry not in a very long time. Bitcoin isn't very stable and the prices fluctuate highly and can't be used as Fiat money is used.
57  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin investors now moving to gold on: February 24, 2019, 05:35:04 PM
I'm sure that some of this investors were the once who said Bitcoin is better than gold and now moving to gold lmao xD. But coming to the main point that gold is actually a more safe investment than Bitcoin but the profits aren't huge and also loses won't be huge too.
58  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New type of scammers in telegram! Keep your bitcoins safe! Watch out! on: February 24, 2019, 05:13:43 PM
LoL this method is so so old and yet people fall prey to it , even I had been contacted by a I'd having a picture of a really hot girl but that day I wasn't in such a good mood so I didn't pay attention and I was like so what ,like what should I do if your name's l**a and I heard no reply just hope that wasn't a real profile xD
59  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Cryptocurrency One Big Ponzi Scheme? on: February 24, 2019, 04:54:47 PM
I don't think your definitions are quite Right here because Ponzi scheme means something really different and Bitcoin or cryptocurrency doesn't seem to be falling in it . Being volatile is that what you call Ponzi? Better get a check on your definitions. Of this is your definition then the share market also falls under Ponzi scheme doesn't it? It is also quite volatile, isn't it?
60  Economy / Speculation / Re: Many cryptocurrency players have gone bankrupt on: February 24, 2019, 04:51:30 PM
Not sure about bankrupt or not but yes people might have had great losses in cryptocurrency recently after buying cryptocurrency when cryptocurrency value was on an increase and then suddenly the market started to crash that might've actually caused losses to many people in my opinion.
