301  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Be patient for your profit on: January 23, 2018, 01:33:24 PM
Yes, I completely agree with this. People are so restless that they can't wait for getting profits through investing. They should understand by now that bitcoin, ether, etc. are supposed to be a long term investments and they need to have some patience for it. I think such people who can't wait and want instant profits should just quit investing in cryptocurrencies.
302  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2018 good year or bad year for Cryptocurrency ? on: January 23, 2018, 01:29:17 PM
I think this year would be definitely good for cryptocurrencies, as alot of people got to know about bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies because of the huge price rise of bitcoins in december last year. Because of that, I think the number of investors in cryptocurrencies will increase, which would lead to rise in value of many cryptocurrencies.
303  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: KFC now accepts Bitcoin! on: January 23, 2018, 01:26:00 PM
Well I think this is a pretty good start for payments using bitcoins. People should actually use bitcoins to buy things using bitcoins now because if they actually use bitcoins for such payments, more and more people will start accepting bitcoins as payment. I think this will eventually increase and get better over time.
304  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin faces crash again. on: January 22, 2018, 05:07:31 PM
Well I think these crashes are just temporary and are happening due to the huge crash that happened in the later half of december. Such crashes might continue for sometime till bitcoin's value becomes a little bit more stable than it is now. We just need to give it sometime to recover its value. These crashes are happening because of the panic sellers, when they stop and people start investing again I am sure bitcoin will rise again and go even higher than it's previous value.
305  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrencies are the furture on: January 22, 2018, 10:13:31 AM
Yes cryptocurrencies are the future, however there are people who against this and try to do anything to prevent it happens. Most of them are from the banks. Jamie Dimon is an example.

Yes, I agree with this. Cryptocurrencies might be the future but there are innumerable people who arw trying to oppose this. Even the media shows just the bad things about bitcoins and it does not show the advantages of investing in bitcoins. Alot of people are getting influenced by the media and because of this, such people who oppose cryptocurrencies are increasing. But still there are alot of people who are interested in cryptocurrencies and are willing to invest in it and such people are increasing too. So, I think 2018 would be a good year for cryptocurrencies as the demand for it increases.
306  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin saving is not safe on: January 22, 2018, 10:04:13 AM
No, I don't think bitcoin can be easily hacked if you take the correct measures. The only thing that can make it risky is that it might crash. But even if it crashed it would regain its value in some given time, and then it might go even higher than that. I don't think there should be any other safety problems. But yeah, the risk in investing in cryptocurrencies might be more than investing in gold, etc.
307  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'm gonna sell my house on: January 21, 2018, 08:37:04 PM
No, just don't do that. Necessities come before profits and your house is one of your necessities. You should just invest your extra money in bitcoins/altcoins, which you can afford to lose. What if bitcoin doesn't go up and drop to even lower value instead?(I know that it would mostly go up again but still it is risky). You will suffer from a really huge loss. I think you should be more careful than that. Bitcoin might go up in future and I hope it does, but doing selling your house to invest in bitcoin is something like gambling and it surely is pretty risky.
308  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A bigger dip to come? on: January 21, 2018, 09:11:15 AM
No, I don't think there might be any possibility for even bigger price drop after this. I think the prices of bitcoin as well as other altcoins will continue to increase from now. As there were a huge number of people who don't care much about cryptocurrencies and a lot of them didn't even know much about bitcoins, had invested in bitcoins and the number of such people might have been reduced alot in this price drop. Therefore, the possibility for another price drop would be very low.
309  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Future of altcoins without Bitcoin on: January 21, 2018, 08:13:18 AM
I think the current drop is only temporary and bitcoin will of course regain it's value in time. It's price drop/rise surely does affect the values of other altcoins too as we saw the price drop of many other altcoins along with btc. I think if btc would cease to exist, some other good altcoin will be taking it's place. Still there might be a few people who will lose interest in cryptocurrencies if bitcoin dies and that might affect altcoins. But I think the number of people who would be switching to another altcoin would be more, so it won't matter much.

311  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people try to create their own coins? on: January 19, 2018, 08:11:42 PM
I think it actually depends on the individual/company that creates their own coins. Alot of the times their main motive is just to earn money and many of them don't care about anything else. Still sometimes people try to do something good and introduce new features which can make things more convineant. As people sa how succesful  bitcoin became, they wanted to launch their own cryptocurrency as they saw that people became so determined to invest into cryptocurrencies and ICOs.
312  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH VS BTC on: January 19, 2018, 11:33:15 AM
Yes, there is a possibility that it might replace bitcoins. As of now, investing in Ethereum can be more profitable than bitcoins as bitcoin's value is not stable and has dropped alot in the past few days. Of course btc's drop affected each and every altcoin but ethereum has started to rise again. Also there are many advantages that Eth has over bitcoin and one of the biggest reasons would be the transaction fee which is very less and transaction gets confirmed pretty fast. Bitcoin is the biggest coin currently but there is a chance that Eth would replace it.
313  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Crash! on: January 18, 2018, 07:58:34 PM
I think holding your bitcoins now would be the wisest option. As if you panic sell now you might suffer from a loss. But, if you had invested when bitcoin's value was even lesser than what it was now, and don't want to take even a little bit of risk you can cash out your bitcoins. Bitcoin's value would go up again for sure. This price drops are just temporary and people are going to come back and invest in bitcoin again, so holding would be a good idea.
314  Other / Archival / Re: Are you worried? on: January 18, 2018, 07:24:00 PM
No, I don't think this would cause much of a problem. If you panic sell now you'll definitely have to worry as you might suffer from a huge loss(depending on when you invested). If you would be a little paitent and wait you'll be able to think wisely. As bitcoin and other good altcoins would most probably go up again, they would recover their value and then go even higher.
315  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The price is dropping so when is the right time to buy? on: January 17, 2018, 07:36:38 PM
Yes it might be the right time to buy altcoins. I would suggest you to wait for a little time and observe the prices of altcoins you want to invest in currently and if it's price drop has slowed/stopped you should invest at that time. Even if it falls it will regain though and I don't think it might fall to much lower value as alot of altcoins have already had a considerable amount of price drop. So I don't think there is much risk currently.
316  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Swap bitcoin to alts on: January 17, 2018, 07:31:17 PM
If you already got some amount of bitcoins you can choose to swap them to alts. But even if you don't you won't lose much if you have patience as bitcoin would slowly regain and the value will go even further than what it was. You just need to have patience. Investing now can be really profitable too as it's price is pretty low currently. But, still invesing into altcoins/swapping bitcoins to altcoins might be a pretty good option as well, because there are really good altcoins like ethereum, so you'll just need to choose wisely.
317  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I think this crash is good on: January 17, 2018, 06:03:07 PM
Yeah even I think it would be good. Alot of people just blindly invested in bitcoins as they got to know the value of bitcoin is increasing and they might get some profit through it. This price drop might cause such people to cash out their bitcoins. Also now if the value will go up slow and steadily it would be profitable. As it grew so huge in such a little time it was sure to have a huge crash. And now the people who couldn't invest in bitcoin/couldn't get much profit by investing can hold theit bitcoins/altcoins and earn profits. So it would definitely be a good thing for investors.
318  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Die Because of China? on: January 17, 2018, 05:57:20 PM
No, I don't think a single country or a few countries banning bitcoin can lead to death of bitcoin. As you know there are alot of other countries that allows bitcoins. So there surely are alot of people willing to invest their money into bitcoins. Still, some countries banning it might affect its value as china has the worlds largest population. Only if alot of countries ban bitcoins it might die, but I dont think anything like that is happening anytime soon.
319  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Wtf is happening today for all altcoins?! on: January 16, 2018, 08:35:53 PM
I think as bitcoin's value went down to such a huge extent, the otger altcoin's values went down. I don't think it might cause much problem later on as people will start investing in bitcoins as well as other cryptocurrency which would lead to increase in their prices again. So if you are holding any good altcoins, I would suggest you to keep holding them.
320  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Worried about btc future on: January 15, 2018, 06:28:40 PM
Well I think if you are really worried about bitcoin's future you should try investing into some other coin/transfer your btc to some other good coin for eg. Ethereum. It has a good stable and slow and steady growing price suitable for long term investments. Also it's transactions are confirmed pretty quick and the fees are pretty low. But bitcoin is still the most popular coin and a huge no. people might start investing in it again anytime soon. So, I don't think bitcoin will die anytime soon.
