141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fear for empty balance in future.. on: April 02, 2018, 08:39:41 PM
Well it completely depends on which coins you have in your balance currently. If they are among the good, top 10-15 coins, you can just hold them. If they are comparatively newer coins and they're going down, you might just want to sell them. You should hold the good coins as they should be going up again soon. After such drops, the market would need some time to recover.
142  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Greetings, A little help please ? on: April 02, 2018, 08:29:41 PM
Well i think you might be on the right place for that. There are always a lot of signature campaigns, bounty campaigns, translation campaigns etc. You can try searching some under the services tab under marketplace.
For joining a signature campaign you'll need to be an active quality poster and be at least a Jr. Member on this forum.
143  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Face up to reality: The game is over on: April 02, 2018, 08:25:06 PM
I don't think that the reality would be 'The game is over'. Bitcoin has had numerous drops before, but it has always recovered and gone even higher. It should be going up again this time as well. Buying in the dips would be the wisest thing to do, as you'll see btc going up again soon.
144  Economy / Speculation / Re: end of March 2018 became a bitcoin rest place. on: April 01, 2018, 08:04:27 PM
Well bitcoin might fall till 6000 USD but I don't think it would be replaced by ethereum, ripple or any other altcoin. It would still be the coin with highest price. Also, I don't think this would be a 'rest' time for btc as it should start going up again in a few days. The reason I think othe coins won't be replacing btc is because  their condition is not that good either, even their prices are low.
145  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin rising to $12,000 beginning April on: April 01, 2018, 06:49:38 PM
Exactly, this is the perfect time to buy and people should not be panic selling their bitcoins/ other good cryptocurrencies right now. Bitcoin would start to increase again real soon and if people hold their btc patiently, they can get a lot of profit. Bitcoin's price would surely go up, but I think it might take a little more time than this month for it to start going up. As we see the price is very low currently and it might drop further down for sometime before starting to go up
146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: fate is getting lost! on: March 31, 2018, 09:27:55 PM
Well I think this would be too early to lose your faith in cryltocurrencies. If you are new to cryptos you should try seeing the price graphs from the beggining of bitcoin. You'll see how the price has always gone up after dropping and crossed it's previous milestone. Also, most of the wise investors would buy during this timd and hold, as the price should go up again soon. We just need to have patience.
147  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What do you mean by HODL? on: March 31, 2018, 09:24:12 PM
Well HODLING is pronounced sams as holding as far as I know and it has the same meaning as well. This term is mostly used in crypto related investments, I think. It means long term investment and keeping on holding your money rather than panic selling.
I don't think it has any other specific meaning afaik, even I was confused by it in the beggining.
148  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is this the biggest discount sale?? on: March 31, 2018, 08:49:20 PM
Exactly, now is the buying time when the price is on the lower side. But, people are scared and a lot of them won't invest. And , when the price goes up, they'll regret not investing in the good coins. I think this cycle might keep on repeating for a lot more times, only then people would start believing that the price would go up again and would invest accordingly.
149  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is really good but not right now ! on: March 31, 2018, 08:45:41 PM
Well bitcoin's price might not be too stable at this moment as it had a few drops recently. But, there are various factors that cause bitcoin's price to drop and the drop might be caused as a price manipulation done by whales. They'll cash out big and then invest after others panic and the price goes down. So, currently, as the price is pretty low, ot would be a wise decision to invest.
150  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hold out or sell Bitcoin? on: March 29, 2018, 08:26:21 PM
Well a lot of short term spikes/ drops may occur but you need to have patience and keep holding your bitcoins. As bitcoin is supposed to be a long term investment, these short term spikes/drops should not affect you so, you need to ignore them and you'll just need to see the price after a very long time.
151  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is the future rightly. on: March 28, 2018, 09:23:40 PM
Well even I think bitcoin's price is going to rise up again as it has done each and everytime in the past. We just need to have more patience and keep holding our bitcoins.  Also, by seeing the condition of cryptos now, as it is being used in some places as payments, I think it would be used a lot more in the future. So, I think the probability for it to crash would be very low.
152  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: felling depressed for holding bitcoin :/ on: March 28, 2018, 09:19:44 PM
Well I think you should have a little bit more patience to keep holding it. As of now, you say you already lost around 5000$, so if you sell out your btc you won't be able to recover it and when the price goes up again you'll regret selling it.
If you see the history of btc, it has already gone up after dropping, so we just need to give it some time to go up again.
153  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What factors can affect to price of bitcoin? on: March 26, 2018, 09:00:13 PM
Well there are various factors which can affect the price of bitcoins. First of all, the media has a big effect in the price drop/rise of bitcoins. When the media tries to spread negativity about bitcoin/there are some fake or half-true news, the price goes down. Market manipulation by whales might cause people to quicksell, which leads to price drop. The demand-supply ratio also affects btc's price a lot.
154  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banks are now sending mass mailer to create negativity about cryptocurrency on: March 26, 2018, 08:51:31 PM
Well that is definitely true, these things might make it hard to attract new people to invest in bitcoins or any other cryptlcurrencies. The banks already know that bitcoins and other cryptos are a threat to them as they are a very good investment, which are very profitable and as the number of people investing in cryptos increase, the number of people investing in the banks would decrease. So, they are just trying to spread negativity about cryptos. But, I think as time passes people would come to know about the truth and the number of investors in cryptos would keep on increasing.
155  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I sell house to buy bitcoin if it drops below $ 5000? on: March 26, 2018, 08:40:00 PM
Well, I don't think selling your house and investing all the money you got from it in bitcoin would bd a good idea at all. There is always a chance of market crash, etc. so you should never be taking such a hige risk. If you want to invest, you should invest an amount which you can afford to lose. Investing the money you'll get from selling your house might be a huge gamble, so just don't so it.
156  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the price be stable or increase 2018 midle to last? on: March 26, 2018, 06:49:30 PM
Bitcoin is surely going to recover this year but to reach a value as high as 26,000 USD would not be possible. As we see, currently the value of bitcoin is around 7.9 K USD, which is almost 1/3rd value of what you think it would reach till mid-year.
I think it might take around 3-4 months for bitcoin to get to 15-20K USD again and even more time to cross it. But, I think it would have crossed 20K before this year ends.
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: hold or sell? help me on: March 25, 2018, 08:24:01 PM
Well suggesting would be pretty hard if you do not give more information about what coin you are holding. If you think the coin is good, try holding it, if it is an older coin. Of it is a new coin of any recent ICO and it's price is going down, I would suggest you to just sell it off as new coins definitely can't be as dependable as coins such as bitcoin, ethereum, etc.
158  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will touch 20K USD end of 2018. What you think ? on: March 25, 2018, 08:19:20 PM
Well I think bitcoin might actually cross 20,000 USD mark before the end of 2018. As of now the value growth rate of bitcoin is pretty less and I think it might increase with time. When it starts getting higher, the number of people investing would keep increasing as well and then soon it would start rising like last year.
159  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Passive income from Bitcoin? on: March 24, 2018, 08:57:46 PM
Well cryptocurrency trading mighy be a good option for income in such a case, but you need to have a lot of knowledge about cryptocurrencies for it. Also, even if you have a lot of knowledge, you might still suffer from a loss. So, the safest possible option would be to invest in a good coin and hold it for a long time.
160  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in College??? on: March 24, 2018, 08:46:49 PM
Well I think 'cryptocurrencies' might make a good optional subject for the students who are interested in it. If it does, the number of students who would opt for it would grow larger as the time passes. As cryptocurrencies might soon get used as payment for various goods and sevices, knowledge about them would be a must in the future.
