1101  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Can we expect new sanctions against Russia from the EU. on: January 08, 2017, 11:41:11 AM
Unfortunately, the population of Russia is under the influence of Putin's propaganda. In Russia there is no opposition no opposition to the Kremlin media. They don't know the truth and believe in Putin. Not only in Russia, even in the West, Putin's propaganda cripples the minds of people.

Every population is constantly bombarded with propaganda from their governments.  To think otherwise is naive.

Sounds like your government has done an excellent job on you  Grin Grin
1102  Economy / Economics / Re: Holdings of gold vs Holdings of btc on: January 08, 2017, 11:09:32 AM
Bitcoin is nothing but a 5 year old Alpha software test.

As soon as Governments are ready to move to digital currency it will be the end of Bitcoin.

comparing 5 yr old bitcoin to something that has held value for thousands of years and seen numerous currencies come and go is laughable.

The world has not has access to information for the last 5000 years as it has now. Gold is dead. No one wants it and everyone will soon want bitcoin. Just deal with the fact and sell your gold already because for the most part it will be useless and cheap and you'll be killing yourself in 5 years when your gold is worth $400 an ounce and btc is trading above 5k.
See ya.

Please post some actual facts to back up your statements.

You come across as a just a computer nerd wih all his pocket money in Bitcoin as you think its going to make you rich overnight.  I bet you hold no other investment instruments and have no diversification (alt coins dont count Wink )

The recent BTC price action has yet again shown it is China that controls Bitcoin pricing.  If the Chinese government decided to come down hard on bitcoin it would kill the price overnight.

Gold is finished, gold is dead. Everyone's money should be in btc, ltc doge and vidz.

You obviously have no concept of market cap sizes.

The gold market worth $22 trillion a year is now dead because RobertDeNiro says so  Grin Grin

That's correct. Gold cant be used for shit. It's got no real value besides to people who want to wear it and the newer generations are not like the old ones who just listened to what ever mom and dad and grandma and grandpa say.
In 50 years or less gold will be worthless and you can bet on it. Because Robert Deniro says so.

All typed from a device containing gold sent through an internet infrastructure laden with gold.

Gold is an element that cannot be copied.

Bitcoin is just lines of open sourced code that anyone can replicate or improve.

Gold is currently being hoarded by the tonne by Russia and China while Bitcoin is ignored.  No major hedge funds, financial institution or government has bought into bitcoin.  Some are interested in blockchain technology but not bitcoin.

How can a member be a escrow?
Whitch garanties can offer that way?
Why not pay with PayPal,there are no aditional taxes!

There are fees associated with Paypal.

It is a known scam where someone buys a miner with paypal, mines the shit out of it for 3 months then breaks it and files a claim for a refund.
1107  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: New scammer is Here ( Mixan ) on: January 07, 2017, 10:03:44 PM
This fucker is asking for me to pay $47 for bitcoin that is worth $37.80 compared to it now at current rate.
Explain to me now which one I will pay? $9.20 more to a scam artist here?
Give me a fucking break man! Roll Eyes

He is asking for you to :

a) Pay the price you agreed on at the time of sale.

or

b) Return the amount of bitcoin he sent you.

This is not unreasonable.

1108  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: New scammer is Here ( Mixan ) on: January 07, 2017, 09:39:48 PM

What fucking fees? It is a btc payment here.
What are you upset about losing $0.04 in transactions fees? Shocked
Give me a fucking break here.

I can send to you $37.67 IN PAYPAL because that is what it is worth on preev to end this fucked up day for me right now.

mixan I made the statement about fees as the wallet currently has zero bitcoin in it.   Hence if you send funds to that address which I then forward on to coinman1 it will be fractionally less due to fees.

Its called being open and transparent.

You need to take a time out and cool down a bit.
1109  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: New scammer is Here ( Mixan ) on: January 07, 2017, 09:30:45 PM
I have never acted as an Escrow here previously.

If both parties are happy to use me then ill do it on this occasion to bring the situation to a close.

Any transaction fees will be deducted from the amount received.

My BTC address : 16ihxp4pVzSSifMokkkCn74KBat8V1Gbku

Mixan please get coinman1's agreement before sending any bitcoin to the above address.
1110  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: New scammer is Here ( Mixan ) on: January 07, 2017, 09:10:57 PM
I would advise against sending paypal as the payment as it cannot be independantly verified unlike bitcoin with the transaction I.D

p.s. COINMAN1 randomly dropped me a pm asking to help, I have no connection or previous dealings with this member and at no point in time have I agreed to "paint anyone red" involved in this deal as was claimed previously
1111  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: New scammer is Here ( Mixan ) on: January 07, 2017, 09:02:56 PM
The whole situation is getting over complex for no reason.

COINMAN1 sent you 0.0416BTC you no longer wish to purchase.

Just send back 0.0416BTC to an address he posts in thread followed by the transaction I.D and its finished.

There is no risk to either parties.

It makes no difference if he's a scammer, its an alt account or anything else.

Price fluctuations are irrelevant, as you never paid for the BTC they were never owned by you so you are just returning what was sent.

Simple problem with a simple solution and everyone is happy.

1112  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin has gone beyond gold prices on: January 07, 2017, 08:56:41 PM
Bitcoin > Gold

Bitcoin you can sell 24 hours a day. Would be very difficult to sell gold in the middle of the night  Grin

Give me an example of why I would want to sell my gold in the middle of the night  Huh

Another pointless example as most people of any intelligence actually hold cash too.

Just like saying try selling your bitcoin during a power cut / EMP attack / Internet outage / Hardware failure / BTC network attack etc.
1113  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Can we expect new sanctions against Russia from the EU. on: January 07, 2017, 08:46:23 PM
The Federal office for the protection of the Constitution (counterintelligence) last year revealed the cyber attack on the computer of the Organization for security and cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and sees evidence that the attack was perpetrated by Russia
Russia is very poor country. I hope that all democratic countries will agree on and impose against Russia, the sanctions that this country will disintegrate into several smaller and cease to terrorize the world.

I would say out of the big players that Russia has done less harm than most.

Ill remove my neg feedback right after you explain the bitcoin address link to previous self proclaimed scammer :

Hot damn, even I almost fell for it
A friend wanted to buy some USB mining sticks for the heck of it, and that site was pretty much the first result on google. I wouldnt have fallen for fake presales of custom asics, but as a reseller of asicminer or bitfury usb sticks (the page I ended up on),  its not that difficult to get fooled - at least until you see they expect to send bitcons to a static address.

The scam is also working. They use 2 different addresses for all their "orders":

https://blockchain.info/address/1ibY2cWoEYFVM2bRXaNVm2brBD1uvrjUg
118.4 BTC

https://blockchain.info/address/1GW68rAn3h5nvwJeM4PNG4GHK2n277cpqa
64.5 BTC

Total of 182 BTC so far. Not bad for a scamsite that takes an hour to put together.

1115  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Is there another account of Wildkens on the forums on: January 07, 2017, 04:51:38 PM
This all seems like a lot of agro over not a lot of money.

If the deal has gone sour for whatever reason I would just return the 0.0416BTC to the seller and its job done.

Price volatility makes things a little more complex but that just comes as part of bitcoin.  If the price had risen 30% I am sure the seller would want the full 0.0416BTC back and not a reduced amount to match current price levels.

1116  Economy / Services / Re: [BRAND NEW SERVICE] on: January 07, 2017, 12:50:54 PM
