So if you believe he is just spamming forum,,, report him and move along Wink

But for anyone reading,,, my answer is a firm no.

Of course some people also consider that signature campaign is a form of bounty, in which case yes it is worth it. BUT the caveat is you need to wear a signature of a service you really use, also that you really like. Otherwise it becomes spammer heaven and your service loses money and stops paying anyway.

Congratulations to you both Tomahawk9 and sojourner  Kiss!!!

I'm thinking if it is possible to get the correct score for all the matches next week, what if I get the free bet 6-6 and I don't know if someone in the pool is thinking about this Grin
I know I will never get that 6-6 bet right. I don't think I ever had more then 2 or 3 correct there. My solid position in our pool (14) is a reuslt of consistency. I am in the top half every week but never even close to the yellow cap. I don't think I had a single one in 3 years of this pool and maybe just a few in other pools where we have a lot less people.

United actually looked good tonight in some moments but then they started giving out balls in their half like crazy, they can be very happy that Brendford did not punish them in those moments.

Yes, well done friends,,, this season I managed one yellow cap and that was enough for me, paid back the participation fee so absolutely great already!

Regarding Bet-6-6? I have never even got TWO right, so no need to dream of getting all six. It is way easier than winning Superbru 10 out of 10 and still, no one ever got it right or close,,, second prize is 10k$ for 5 out of 6 right?
443  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Semifinals! on: May 03, 2022, 09:11:02 AM
By risking everything because they should do it as they have no other alternatives they risk to get caught in counter attack and we all know how cynical Liverpool or any other Premier League team in general can be at scoring goals. There is a distinguishing factor that Premier League teams usually do not miss a lot of chances compared to the other major leagues teams in Europe and this tonight can be a deciding factor.Although the odd is little I have placed a bet on Liverpool to qualify further as this to me looks like the safest bet.

@swogerino that’s indeed a safe bet because I too expect Liverpool to qualify easily, and if Villarreal decide to attack then it’ll only make Liverpool’s job easier for scoring goals as Villarreal defence will be left exposed. Lastly Villarreal can only play for pride, but there is no way they can beat Liverpool and progress to the finals, hence wagering on Liverpool is a smart choice provided the odds are slightly decent because I expect them to be super low.

Liverpool have been the most 'killer' when it comes to scoring. They do show the most chances not converted true,,, but percentage wise they are converting their xG (expected goals) at a higher rate than most other teams, so that is definitely translating to more goals if you give them the chance.

Villareal must win this, so from the first half if they do not attack then they have no hope.

I would not say impossible for them to beat Liverpool though. Just whether it is enough to qualify?

It was a fantastic night for BTTS too,,, but again for odd reasons I chose to add the 0-0 Roma game to my multibet,,, always I find a way to remember Mourinho in the most special way ever  Grin
You know I caught it as well Smiley Ah well I think this is a bust on Serie A both to score after 11 wins in a row so I will not complain too much. It is just a shame I made such an effort to place the ticket while running to catch a connecting flight. I also had Barca BTS on that ticket which came out nice and one local game which busted as well.

11 wins in a row and I am guessing most of them were at least 5x to 10x if multibets,,, that is well worth busting even half of your bets, definitely not a cause to complaint  Cheesy

I took a long break from betting singles and doubles and even multibets on same day,,, now I am just sticking to making triples or doubles but making selections within one or two weeks. It seems I do a bit better and I am not rushing to pick every single game  Angry
445  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk bought Twitter on: May 03, 2022, 05:58:55 AM
I suppose it is not absolutely out of this world,,, a company that has probably over a billion active users (I am just guessing) might say each account could spend about $44 in the lifetime so there is a big amount of revenue to be got there and it is just the most popular crypto social media.

It is not like he cannot sell it back to someone else either.

Beyond us mortals for sure.
I wouldn't say there are a billion people using it, but a billion active accounts could be achieved probably. The reality is that there are about 300-350 million monthly users on twitter, which means that you would have to have a lot more.

But, you wouldn't need to make that money back in a single year, on average if you could have just 1 dollar per user (majority won't spend anything, I am just talking about average) then you would make 300+ million in revenue, so in 10 years you make 3+ billion in revenue. That's not too bad, not enough but not too bad, that would give Twitter a better valuation as well because the revenue is there and proven and people would want that revenue as well so he could flip it for 100 billion later on if he wanted to.

Maybe not a billion people with accounts but I also include people like me who are not (or rather,,, for me no longer) using an account but who know what Twitter is and actually still read it because it is shared a lot. Like take this forum for example,,,I am sure not many of us actually have an account of use it a lot but we cannot help but read it when shared here.

As you say even 1 dollar per person makes a lot of money I bet me clicking on a few Tweets already generates revenue without being a user!

congrats man
it is a 1st May, and it is a holiday here in Balkans, usually celebrated outside of home, with barbeque on open space Smiley
did not watch matches today, but followed Everton and an important win over Chelsea, would that be enough to save the season, who knows

back on topic, Lazio had a solid come-back last night, to win over Spezia, seven goals

It was a fantastic night for BTTS too,,, but again for odd reasons I chose to add the 0-0 Roma game to my multibet,,, always I find a way to remember Mourinho in the most special way ever  Grin

1st May is also holiday for us but Labor Day, and I always choose to get the triple pay for public holiday work since I would waste it sleeping late anyway.

@buwa has inside information so he knows I was in Tallinn on "Poker with Steve, second edition". Not sure if that falls under real life since I was meeting mostly people I know from this forum. Would recommend for sure, especially if you can make do with just a couple of hours of sleep in between drinking day long drinking sessions. Will probably write a bit more about it in main SB thread later.

Now I am back, so I can start to get active again and maybe grade our challenge in a day or two. Swamped with work at the moment.

Wow wow wow,,, so the forum was busy offline as well Wink A lot of pool people attended? I have no idea about that place in the world but I guess cold and snow all the time?
448  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: May 02, 2022, 10:11:47 AM
important win for us over Chelsea (hedged in the pool with Chelsea win, but hopped for the best), Richarlison scored, but it is on Lampard, he obviously had some good vibes with Chelsea, avoiding relegation is still far away, but this one keeps up in the race with Leeds, do think that Burnley is secured, with three wins in a row and good form

Just saw also that it was Azpi error that led to the goal, seems like he was also at fault a couple of games ago against Arsenal,,, and then of course there is the defensive error that led to other goals, like it seems to be a trend for their last few games now, the mark of a defence that is not at their peak of confidence.

Everton will most likely stay up as their other competitors are not exactly reliable. Good luck Smiley
449  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: May 02, 2022, 08:46:51 AM
United will host Brentford at Old Trafford. The game is really going be tactical match because Brentford on the other hand are just picking their best form when the season is about to end. Manchester United played a 1-1 draw in their last premier league game. United boss, Ralf ragnick may apply counter and a dominated game, while Brentford boss, Thomas frank would be expecting two of his key players who were injured in their last game against Tottenham hotspur that resulted to a goal-less draw. Luckily they may be featured in today's game. The table is quite a bit competitive for United as they are ranked 6th of the table.

Of course no surprises that Red Devils are the favorites and if I had to pick I go with them,,, but if I had to bet, I would actually feel safer with money on double chance Brentford.

United are absolutely in problem zone and Brentford play with no pressure, especially as you say if they get the missing key players put on the pitch. United should have 6th safe but they need West Ham to keep losing just for the chance at Europa.

Saw the amazing 200x Betbuilder from Champions League that Steve shared,,, I would never have dreamed to put all 3 scorers on the same game, much less Jesus who I was not sure even would play but well done!

I won freebets recently and hit one of them so here is my humble share  Grin

451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk bought Twitter on: May 02, 2022, 06:36:37 AM
Does anybody else feel like 44 billion is like kind of cheap for something as big as Twitter? I feel like there is nothing bigger,,, yes maybe Facebook has much more people but nothing is as relevant or as cool as Twitter, even though I do not follow it anymore or use it I remember it.

I would guess 44 billion was not all there was to it?
44 billion honestly is a really high valuation it’s already multiple times yearly income of some of the countries in this planet.
just imagine a digital platform that has no land, no real resources but digital resources getting valued that high it’s already such a tremendous valuation that only very few people could afford that
but well that’s just my 2 cents after all, i never really analyze this kind of massive humungous deal.

I suppose it is not absolutely out of this world,,, a company that has probably over a billion active users (I am just guessing) might say each account could spend about $44 in the lifetime so there is a big amount of revenue to be got there and it is just the most popular crypto social media.

arallmuus maybe you breached it by being too good with your picks  Grin but yes,,, do not worry about it. I think promotions also disappeared for me at one time either late last year or early this year. Steve sorted it out so easy.

Yeah Steve sorted it out for me and its all good for now. Well I knew that something must have happened especially when most of the promotions are gone, I thought at first it was geo-restricted or some sort but decided to talk to the live chat when the 4-3-free was gone on my account.

Im not gonna lie, I was kinda freaked out when the live support told me that I breached their terms&conditions and I tried to withdraw some of my balance but Sportsbet approved the transaction and I got them in my wallet. Top notch service from Sportsbet because some other sites would normally freeze all balances in an account that breached their terms  Smiley

See,,, I knew it would be good for you, this is the best thing about Sportsbet to me compared to everything else. I do love the promos, the freebets and the great prizes and all of that sure, but the customer support is the one I really care about.

Almost every other casino has either very very bad support or in the end you have to go back and forth 100 times to solve one issue. Here we have a guy who just understands and take care of it all. Amazing right?
453  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Dogecoin 🐕‍🦺 1$ possible in 2022 or not? on: April 29, 2022, 10:07:02 AM
I think it's no longer possible for Doge to reach a price of 1$ some time ago when Doge experienced a rapid increase due to the positive issue brought by a world celebrity Elon Musk also said that Doge would reach 1$ but that did not happen and gradually the price of Doge went back down and also many people will no longer be affected by positive issues and of course it will be very difficult for a big pump to happen to the Doge again.

Never say never. I always thought 100 satoshi was the limit, maybe 200,,, to imagine 500 or even 1000 satoshi was something like an impossible dream, especially as Bitcoin kept getting higher and higher.

Imagine me selling around 90 thinking I made a killing and then to see it hit even 1200 sats?

If Bitcoin goes to $100k,,, another 1000 satoshi brings it to $1 Smiley

I actually agreed with you if you read what I said,,, the danger is Newcastle could snatch a win, but they have to attack to do this and not concede first Smiley

Approaching the middle of the season, no one expected Newcastle United to survive the relegation trap.  Howe's arrival as new manager was the start of a change for Newcastle.  In the midst of the limitations that Newcastle still face, he was able to keep the squad solid.  Now, thanks to positive results in every match, the Magpies are successfully perched in 9th place in the standings, of course a very extraordinary achievement.

Really? I thought most people were agreeing they would surely fight to stay in but would win it,,, I mean, they were actually winning games too just at the point that when Steve Bruce took over, they were saying the club is not going forward just backward but SB always is good at keeping teams from relegation.

As I said though,,, Howe coming in was what changed things for them. He is good but he cannot get them to UCL if that is what they want.
455  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Sportsbet.io ⚽ Italian Serie A ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread on: April 29, 2022, 08:12:52 AM
I know Astro very well but if you support a club that's not so big you will not find all your games. Spurs is more shown nowadays but maybe still missing 25% of the games, especially if there are other big games, at the same time,,, Spurs is very bottom. So I don't pay for any channels actually instead I subscribe to online Spurs content, it is not live games but you get to watch inside content which is fine for me.

Here if you want to get great sports (football) you pay equal to about almost 10% of salary which to me is way too much money. I rather watch some stream and get annoyed by ads for one or two times a week.

I would like to thank for the Blackjack.fun management for listening to our suggestions and recommendations now they are undergoing the user profile it's more convenient we can use it for the full potential of the website itself. We are looking forward to more updates and surprises for the management for their loyal users!.

Allow me to add on to that,,, I was not very active in past week but now logging in I can definitely see the changes, plus the 3.0 version announcement I guess we will all be taken by surprise.

Keep listening and keep taking suggestions but remember also, not every suggestion is a good one;) I think there is a huge need to fix games actually working well,,, before improving all else. Stability > Fancy frills.
457  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: April 28, 2022, 07:00:16 AM
I just woke up from sleep and was very surprised to see today's UCL result Shocked, I think Villarreal can at least score 1 goal in their away game and repay it at home. Based on match statistics, Liverpool fully dominated this match, they managed to create a lot of goal opportunities (19 attempted shots, 5 of them were shots on goal), in contrast to Villarreal which only had 1 attempted shot and 0 shots on goal Roll Eyes

From this first leg match I think we already know who will go to the UCL final, we just have to wait for the second leg between Real Madrid Vs Manchester City.

I also predicted BTTS, but the result wasn't surprising. It was the approach that Unai Emery took which surprised everyone. He does defend well for sure but as we saw against other teams they do spring counters.

Against Liverpool,,, they weirdly parked the bus and a team who does not do that should not try to. Worse, after letting in 2 goals, they still parked the bus???  Huh
458  Economy / Gambling / Re: Another New Rule On Gambling Adverts Ban Celebrities and Sports Stars on: April 28, 2022, 05:25:27 AM
No the rules are clearly to protect under18s,,, not gambling addicts Smiley Not adults as they are responsible for their own decisions.

Of course there are also exceptions as I have met very mature children and myself,,, probably was still immature in my 20s as I remember ICO days hehe, but anyway moot point. Rules are rules and people voted for their governments.
The intentions behind the rule seem to be clear however it is the implementation of the rule that is going to be difficult to put into practice, after all there is not really a mention of what it means to be too popular with the people that are younger than 18 years old, does this means that a certain percentage needs to be reached for an athlete to be banned from promoting casinos, does it needs to be the majority group among his fans or will they use some other metric to determine this?

But honestly and really,,, so what if it becomes a blanket ban, right? What on earth do we lose if our favorite crypto brand in gambling cannot be associated with our favorite star or athlete? What do we lose? Are we less happy? Are our lives less enriched?

If I was an Arsenal fan,,, and I am so not. I would be so so happy if I saw my favorite sports casino on the jersey (which they are). I would probably be even happier if my favorite player had an exclusive deal.

But if suddenly he could not.

I would not be pissed or angry or sad. He is still my favorite player and my favorite casino is still my favorite.

And the price,,, protection of underaged kids from too early exposure to casino.

I think this is great!
459  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: April 27, 2022, 10:02:09 AM
Wow, what a game we had yesterday. City will feel disappointed even after winning the game, they played really, really well and should have scored a few more goals.
Then again - what to say about Real? They take even the smallest opportunities they can get - and while City is missing clear-cut chances Benzema needs only a half-cross to put the ball in the net.

City will feel that conceding 3 goals was too much - but using their chances is a trademark of Real's gameplay this season.

We can only hope that the second leg will be as good - the result will lead to an open game as well.

This is really what football is all about, and I just could not be more envious of anyone able to watch the game live,,, the scoreline also is not reflective of the whole game which some reports say City should also even have won like 8-2 or something. But clearly you only need to give Real Madrid a few chances and they will be able to convert them, unlike City who everybody knows has only one striker,,, but what a time of life to see him on form right?

Amazing game.
