Mixers are even more strange because they itself are not criminal acts.
Are not criminal acts? Thats not how government been looking or does have impression about mixers thats why we've seen some mixers/tumblers had been seized because they do really strongly believe that criminal funds or something like that do really goes first on this place which means they are part of the crime which is wrong or isnt correct. There would be always that good and bad side but overall it is just the users or the community are the ones who had been really taking advantage its bad side. This mixer hunting would really continue on future years to come because government wouldnt definitely stop. Yes,,, I do not think mixing is a criminal act in itself right? They look at mixers not because mixing is a crime but because criminals use mixers. Dealing with criminals is the crime. It is like in a casino,,, they have to do extra money laundering steps because the goverment believe criminals use casinos to wash their dirty money. So the casino itself is not illegal,,, but knowingly allowing criminals to wash money there is. Mixing has to stay ahead of enforcement and this encourages even more advanced mixing.

Thanks for the updates and I would not know about the specials as I rarely take them unless I have freebets from the competitions and clubhouse,,, they are rarely the clubs I like or know about. BUT my weakness is to see Spurs and Kane/Son in them. Itchy fingers like to bet money on my favorite people and club, I guess bookies know that for sure

As I was commenting in an earlier post,,, as long as BSC continues development and keeps making sure it gives what people want, then yes, it can grow, but it will never reach the security or dev superiority of ETH. This is a longterm problem but can be solved if it works smart and moves away from marketing and into serious development. That's okay for BNB. I don't think people really invest in BNB and believe that it could overthrow ETH anyhow. ETH now has become BTC tier. Yes, many projects will try to follow its step but will never be able to cross it. I do not think many people invest in coins because they believe it can kill ETH. Ethereum killers were all TRON and EOS and those coins are now even further behind in development, lagging behind BNB/BSC. I think most people learn their lessons that you cannot just kill ETH and BTC by making faster transactions and cheaper fees. There is more to it than fast and cheap

Steve is this the same guy who managed to win 1+ million dollars so far? Getting maybe over 2+ million total by this now if he is him. I do not understand how he has made that much money constantly and never had a loss... I am sure he has a lot of loss as well, however we are only seeing his wins, is it okay if we see his losses as well, is it possible to have a profile for each user so that we could be seen by other people and we could be basically "sportsbook social media" that way we could literally just not be getting these big wins omitting all the huge losses that come along with it.
This dude gambles on big games a lot and that means he must be losing tons as well. Nobody makes nearly 2 million dollars and lose under 100k, that guy probably lost a million dollars by now and we should be acknowledging that as well in order to make it more believable.
I think this is the same guy who likes to pick 0-0 on his betslips,,, if you scroll further up you can find those bets. And he is very wise too, not just picking 0-0 but also looking at other markets like clean sheet and 2nd goal scored (yes/no). If he uses superboost on correct scores though he might get even more money but I guess he knows what he is doing! Anyway nothing wrong with sharing big wins. Nobody said he is in profit now,,, everyone is just celebrating his big wins:)

Being not in a prize spot, I would go for Top 10 prizes,,, I just like the idea of more people winning and do not think I have a chance.
I do like the top yellow cap prize though as it is a big sum of money to tempt people to make exact predictions and get lucky. We should not count double rounds and I remember last season we had it and we discounted that week's score right? So no problem there.

A lot of people who locked their tokens in pools there got their money stolen, including wrapped eth and usdt IIRC. There's your issue. They may call themselves a DEX, but they are requiring people to deposit their coins to centralized pools or other smart contracts which have been poorly written and are filled with bugs, and the people depositing their coins either can't or don't review the code themselves. There are far too many projects out there which call themselves decentralized when they are nothing of the sort, simply as a marketing gimmick. And you said a real DEX would never make this happen which is true but which DEX is real in the space now right? I would repeat what I said above: Bisq and LocalCryptos are the two best DEXs at the moment. I totally agree and think Bisq and Localcryptos are the closest that you can ever get to a true DEX,,, but to be fair to Uniswap and Pancakeswap, they are also non custody DEXs and their coding is mostly (to my understanding) open source anyway,,, so if the smart contracts are poor, then anyone who knows coding should be able to discover it but the fact is that Localcryptos and Bisq have probably far better devs. And we can never say for sure if they cannot be hacked, like most hacks, they lie in place for years and only until the hacker gets a good volume or a hack that is worth it does he/she trigger the theft. I cannot review code myself and have no idea and I am sure most people are like me. So for majority of people, we cannot understand and never can make a true comparison from DEX to DEX (by name or by trait).

Sorry,,, cannot even be bothered to open up and dig up the password to my Twitter. Left it long time ago and no regrets ever,,, and about the question of when 5000?
When it happens it happens. IF it happens is the most important question right now, and for the time we must admit that it is only when BTC makes a new record above 70 or 80k that we can see ETH also move up. This is the reality!

It has been more competitive than "normal"actually since about 4 years ago with the rise of Napoli and attacking football,,, and AC Milan coming back from the ground, and even to look at teams like Sassuolo and Roma where actually Salah also began his rise. I wish I followed it more carefully from there but now to watch them play is quite interesting too. Hope to see a Leicester there one day!
Italy was not so long ago considered the Juventus-League only. But things have changed within a very shoprt period of time. We are seeing the rise of AC Milan from the dead and Inter and Roma are also gradually playing well. And nothing to say about Napoli, they have been phenomenal this season. I kind of regret not following Italian League so much last 2 or 3 seasons. Kinda of like how England used to be Manchester United and Liverpool,,, but yes over the years the shape has changed a lot and made it much more diverse, which for me is always good. AC Milan going back up is nice but I think they have to be careful they make it a sustainable rise to the top rather than to win a league once and then be done. Me too regret not following much but now it is so,,, beautiful to see:)

A friend of mine sold all his AXS tokens, about 7000 of it, when it was a little above $2 usd, and this was this year, if am not mistaken, if not mistaken, around June or July, today when he chatted me up, he was full or regret as to him, he never imagined that the project would worth this much today.
Crypto currencies are highly unpredictable, and for axie, I think the reason for the surge in price is due to the fact that NFT gaming is currently a trend right now in this space, and I personally think axie is leading in this trend.
Trust me,,, he will not feel regret that he has $14000 now because nobody playing Axie comes from a rich country I know this. Use that money to buy something good or put into pension fund. AXS could go higher but once the hype dies down it will become just another token trading below the high and never going higher. It will get replaced and not survive.

But I agree DEX (or non custody swaps are more accurate) are really good, but I always feel like a big hack or breakdown is coming.
Why? A real DEX in which you never deposit your coins to a centralized wallet and which you never have to part with your KYC details are significantly safer than centralized exchanges. They cannot be hacked for your coins or your data when they don't have access to either of them in the first place. Well,,, there was an example of Polygon network (not Polygon Matic another one) a few months back that got hacked, it was running its own dex and layer2 I was not exactly sure but in the defi space. A lot of people who locked their tokens in pools there got their money stolen, including wrapped eth and usdt IIRC. That is the security or hack or whatever it is called I worry about. And you said a real DEX would never make this happen which is true but which DEX is real in the space now right? Uniswap is not a true DEX and definitely Pancakeswap is not. In theory they can all block or delist tokens from their exchanges, making it 0 value.

Something to think about for sure. I like the look of a multi with Grant Dawson in lightweight category to keep his undefeated title together with Paulo Costa. On the paper with boost you can get 2.83 for this. Vettori is the favorite but he is 3 seeds down from Dawson so it looks like that is pretty good odds,,, what do you think?

If I am not mistaken the Indian cricket management already blocked some NFT ideas last year when some famous personality sold his photograph as an NFT and it caused a royalty issue. So is this not going to get people in trouble again? Now we will see all the rich Indian crypto holders come to get this one I guess

As already answered,,, Tether is backed by actual USD which is supposed to be 1 to 1. Many accusations have come over the years that they do not even have this although supposedly there are annual audits and the audits pass. Who is to say the audits are not true,,, we have to trust the US government.
@davis196 But his questions are valid,,, and I think I learned new things here although I would still ask: "who decides and controls issuance".
By the way Federal Reserve is the one that prints money without backing, literally they print on demand.

Some "DEXs" are also much easier to use. I remember Waves DEX from before, you could use it in blink of an eye,,, unlike Binance even now can be so hard to use with 100s of options.
Controlled as in KYC, I am sure he didn't mean controlled by government as in exchanges. You give your KYC, then that exchange will that KYC to government or put it on a database or something just in case you are a bad person, and then government will control that. All in all swaps are good but they are not enough, CEX will always survive as long as we need to deposit fiat or withdraw fiat to our bank accounts. Without CEX there is no way I could turn my crypto to fiat and get it in my hands, and sometimes we need that as well. Don't get me wrong, swaps are getting bigger and bigger, it is something that is amazing and I support them, but it doesn't mean that they are "enough", they are great at what they do, but they have stuff they do not provide which we need. But that is not true. The government has no deal in this KYC business,,, you should understand that as your right. Exchanges do KYC because financial law requires them to identify their customers and make sure that they are not law-breaking people or people the country they operate in does not recognize as unlawful. They will report people they find to the government but the identities of their customers are not automatically given or controlled to their governments. In some places like Europe this is even illegal. Control of KYC data now is a very touchy subject and the government has no right to control or even access it without a justification. But I agree DEX (or non custody swaps are more accurate) are really good, but I always feel like a big hack or breakdown is coming.

But I always feel like the enforcement seem to think too short term and announcing such things lengthens the work they need o do later on.
There's nothing we can do if they do prefer that way.For me it doesnt matter whether this one is fake or showoff or real but still these kind of seizing is very common.FBI or regulatory bodies could really make out such decision on everything which doesnt abide with the law or totally against with the basic principle. They would really make out corresponding actions or move if they seem that it is really having violation or being a threat or something connects or correlated to that. I always believe that in general,,, enforcement works well and does what it is supposed to do to protect people,,, but over the years after reading and seeing stuff even in my own country, I now believe that enforcement is sometimes doing only what their salary-payer tells them to do. Sometimes arrests are arranged, because if we talk about law-abiding, they do not need to look at crypto. Fiat dealing crooks are plentiful in the sea Mixers are even more strange because they itself are not criminal acts.

Consistency of not losing is still not as good as consistency at winning but losing every now and then. Just like Juventus almost every season. They can lose 3 or 4 games but win the majority of the rest. 2 wins and 2 losses is still 50% better points than 4 draws Considering how they have started the season I hope they can be consistent throughout the season. Italian league this season has been very competitive with the likes of teams like Roma, Napoli, Inter, Lazio playing very well. Even Juventus after starting the season badly have found their rhythm back. So if Napoli coach tries to progress match by match and if they can win the away games against the big 4 or 5 teams, not all of them but if they can win the majority of them, they might have a chance to be the titleholder.

Let us wait and see them beat a few top teams first and talk again in January however!
I personally don't believe Napoli will be able to be consistent until the end but indeed, their unbeaten run so far is something very impressive. I believe when the team is on fire and can at least show consistency, at least Napoli should be able to show good results in different tournaments. But the fact is, Napoli still doesn't look good in the EL tournament which I think the imperfect result is still very possible for him to receive in Serie A in the next few matches. Because of the last match yesterday against Torino, the fact is that the victory that Napoli won did not come easily and I am sure that when Napoli will play against a stronger team, maybe a draw and defeat will come soon. Looking at how early all the big teams lost their first game,,, yes, impressive, but counting that it is only 25% into the season, it is expected that 1 or 2 good teams should still get away without a loss. Consistency of not losing is still not as good as consistency at winning but losing every now and then. Just like Juventus almost every season. They can lose 3 or 4 games but win the majority of the rest. 2 wins and 2 losses is still 50% better points than 4 draws

Per Coindesk ATH is 64800+ so now we are not quite there but we almost touched 64500. I know Coindesk is not the best but it is the most followed mainstream crypto media for market. And as Charles-Tim also says same being used for CMC. It is still coming today of course
