761  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Prediction for March!! on: February 28, 2022, 12:52:10 PM
Worrying will only makes us fear with the current market.

Much better to focus with how you understand the current condition, if you feel buying and holding then go for it, if you are
not feeling any potential and choose to hold from the market then do it.

Tomorow we will see if there's any market sway either rise or fall, the directions is still unpredictable.

Do your home work and deal with better research as alawys.

Why are you wasting time on giving advice to people? I hope a lot of people worry and fear,,, I am personally sick of seeing every cycle people all come out and buy shitcoins and then show off how rich they are and how easy life is just by investing in stupid memecoins and nfts.

I want them to fear, worry and sell. Time to push out the speculators once again and allow the industry to perform naturally.
762  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you lend your cryptocurrencies? on: February 28, 2022, 12:15:21 PM
I would still not lend my crypto for a long time even with a valid collectral. Since bitcoin prices increases over time, there is a chance that after a year or so, the price of bitcoin may increase and the value of collectral may remain same or in some cases, decreases. Therefore i may not be comfortable in risking my value bitcoin and crypto currencies for few percentage of interest.
For short term like a week to a month, you can lend but still be careful you have valid collectral in case the persons who borrows plans to scam.

Well you guys obviously do not really pay attention as almost the overwhelming majority of people who are borrowing money from these platforms are putting collateral of crypto or even NFTs as that is popular now.

So you will be getting their collateral of crypto and not fiat necessarily,,, which is why you are paid out in the same currency you lend.

Anyway, no way to prove collateral on these platforms so you are anyway going in blind.
763  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: February 28, 2022, 10:19:28 AM
When everybody was expecting Milan and Inter to win their respective games against weaker teams they got and equalized each.It looks like Inter that played after Milan and after saw Milan not winning they took the game with Genoa extremely softly and they end it up 0-0 against one of the weakest teams of Serie A this year.Inter with this draw put a big question mark if they will become the Champions of Italy this year as even if they win their game that they have less than Milan and Napoli that will only give them one point advantage. How can a team like Inter not score against one of the teams that has conceded the second bigger amount of goals is out of my reach.

Two games in a row actually that AC Milan played first, dropped points, and yet were saved on each occassion by Inter who also dropped points. It is pretty amazing that after 2 draws, they still managed to climb 1 point closer to Inter.

I think you are right, we have to ask if Inter is really cut out to defend their title,,, but after all, we all were expecting this after the big letting go of stars and coach right?
764  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Sportsbet.io ⚽ Italian Serie A ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread on: February 28, 2022, 08:44:16 AM
Today for the first time in a long time I put on my multibets many games below 1.5. So sick of seeing 1.5 odds draw or lose I thought okay,,, Atalanta are 1.46 so that means they are even bigger favorites than I usually bet on.

I had to find a way to finish all my freebets and since I threw them away on losing bets from draws,,, I thought I should as well switch things around.

766  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ FOOTBALL: EFL Carabao Cup 2021/22 Season (English Football League) on: February 28, 2022, 06:55:22 AM
I protested the introduction of Kepa.
Kepa once or twice has been good in catching pk, but pk is more of a thing of luck. Meanwhile, Mendy during the just concluded AFCON saved Pk and he should have been given some benefits of doubt.
I really knew that Kepa will be disastrous. It is disappointing that Kepa could not catch 1 out of 11 pk taken and to crown it all, he send his own pk to the fans.pw
Come on man, there's no need to cast blames to the keeper, and we can't know better about the players IMO than the coaches and technical staffs that trains them. If the coach had seen kepa to be a good choice, then i think he was right. There were a lot of missed opportunities, there was this particular clear Chelsea chance at goal that came off the bar, the moment o saw that, i knew it was hard luck for Chelsea and Liverpool was going to win. Both teams played their best, but there is always going to be a winner and a loser.

It worked before for Chelsea too against Villareal,,, he saved 2 penalties and won them the shootout in Europe, so I would definitely argue that this was a good strategy. Penalties is all about luck,,, and I guess nobody can predict keepers will be forced to take the penalties and in the end you cannot prepare for every single outcome.

Get on with it Chelsea fans Smiley
767  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: February 27, 2022, 09:48:02 AM
I've always said I'd love to have Son here at Liverpool, fantastic player which I'm surprised Spurs have been able to keep a hold of. I actually think despite Kane being a decent player, I think Son complements him in such a way, that I think he would struggle in other teams without him. I'll be honest I was slightly worried about Man City getting Kane, but I do think he wouldn't have the same effectiveness without Son going with him.

@buway @Welsh I totally understand the hate for a team in the same city. I do not even live or go near London but I hate Arsenal for no reason (I have to tolerate them for Sportsbet  Grin ). It is the way football is and I never feel nice to see people using scarves with both teams on it. So feel free to hate Everton!
I'm all for unity between the fans, I think there's a difference of hatred, and rivalry. However, I've seen a few Liverpool fans suggest they pity Everton, I definitely do not when it comes to their league position. We are rivals, we are suppose to banter each other. Although, I think it goes without saying if I was offered the league title or Everton getting relegated, I'd obviously prefer the league title. I'm not obsessed with Everton's demise, it would just be hilarious if they did get relegated, especially with the players they have at their disposal. They're by no means a bad team, they're just going through a rough spot.

Besides, I'd expect any Everton fan wanting to see us go through a rough patch again, and for a few decades bar a few competition wins sprinkled in, we've been pretty bad at times to watch. I remember when we had Voronin, and N'goo leading our lines, those were the days.

I totally get you. I know we have St Totteringham which is what every Arsenal fan supposedly dream of, but I cannot think of any football team whose main objective is to topple their rival before getting to a title or objective themselves. Getting both is a nice bonus Smiley

I guess I used the word hate a bit wrong,,, I can still cheer for Sportsbet big time it is not like I would throw stones and injure players like always happens, but you are so right, without rivalry, there is no fun. So it does seem weird for football teams who are rivals to be supporting each other's side in FOOTBALL results. Things like uniting behind racism and war, that is not about football rivalry.

Voronin I remember the name but the other guy I totally do not.

We always had good people at front but we always failed to keep them until now. Berbatov, Bale, then Kane. When I see Salah, I remember Mido  Grin

And you are right about Son, 100%. I think Kane is magnificent for sure, but he is more replacable than Son. What the South Korean does,,, work rate, enthusiasm, spirit. Kane sometimes looks like he is so depressed and it makes the team dispirited but Son is forever positive or angry in a good way and always driving the team. And he loves the club. I am so sure if Kane goes to City and,,, I am prepared to lose him since last season, he would struggle but Son will continue to be great as long as they get a striker at least one or two steps below Kane's finishing.

Dream for me come true! Kane and Son both scored,,, but funnily enough I lost my bet today because I chose Spurs and BTTS,,, I mean I know we can score goals but we also know how to let other teams score against us, and Leeds is so aggressive I was 100% sure we would give them at least one goal but still, a win is a win, I have to say I never mind losing bets if they win.

Nexo and Ledn also not available for US users anymore. Both are restructuring their product to better comply with regulations.

Still lots of other options available though (comparison here: https://extracrypto.cc/interest-rates/all-cryptocurrencies/), but they might also discontinue service to US users.

I did not know these things were even available to US customers before,,, but if I am not mistaken the last time I looked at Nexo licenses they bore the license for several US states already. So is this now because those banks have withdrawn their licenses or simply just overall Nexo does not want to dig themselves into a problem in the future?
774  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto prices are starting to strengthen again on: February 25, 2022, 10:28:07 AM
I did not need CMC to tell me that  Grin ,,, generally if BTC recovers, everything else in top 100 also moves up but seriously,,, are we getting excited about 8.2% increase for a low cap altcoin?

We still cannot breathe until Bitcoin recovers past 40k, this could all get worse if things in Russia/Ukraine escalate and I guess it is happening already.

Cryptocurrency continues to fall. But still, now many people believe in cryptocurrency. A lot depends on how useful is the project.
For example, cryptocurrency can be used for shipping industry like this https://twitter.com/CoinNexum/status/1492571253336588292

Seriously,,, show me ONE actual use case where some alt like that is used daily for an actual purpose,,, I lived through ICO era where 1000 coins were supposed to disrupt 100 sectors. I saw shipping logistics coins like that, I even poured a lot of time into a REIT coin,,, waste of time as nobody wants to switch from existing fiat systems to do stuff like that.

Well done BitcoinGirl.Club! You see,,, the guys you mentioned here have been saying it every single time to every single person who at some point or other that it is never about giving up. And that is the beauty of playing every week, there is always something to win.

Plus,,, for guys like us we can go for crazy scores who knows? We hit 10 correct in a strange week and jump up 20 positions. Imagine you get yellow cap again next week, and the next, not impossible.

By the way,,, this is me trying not to feel bad because of Spurs loss. I think Conte heart is totally broken.

780  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: California senator filed a bill to allow payment of state services with Bitcoin on: February 24, 2022, 06:37:47 AM
Without this bill,,, it was not illegal anyway to do that right? Or do I understand that actually for state services, it was only possible to accept us dollar? Because it does not make sense Coinbase is legal in USA and advertising everywhere including on Wall Street and yet you need to legalize allowing to pay for state services in Bitcoin.

It was just not possible, you would have to first sell Bitcoin for USD, and then pay the tax with that USD.

This bill basically streamlines that process, as you just send Bitcoin directly.

Think of this as a place that now accepts credit cards, and before only accepted cash.

So even with Coinbase app which it seems on Twitter and reddit a lot of Americans are doing, when they are paying for it,,, this is actually all just allowing them to sell Bitcoin for USD and then using the dollars to pay? I all the time thought people were paying Coinbase with BTC. I know it is not even real Bitcoin as in not on chain,,, but I thought so.
