Yah big property is cheap in Texas
I think churches may get a break on property tax, but normally its sky high there.  I pay 3% on my house in Frisco, TX.(live in Oklahoma now)  Adds up to quite a bit.

... next we hear about this new "Church of GAW"
523  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTB Block Erupter Sapphire on: February 05, 2015, 12:20:53 PM
i'm trying to work out exactly what a "Sapphire" version is, i have 3 working v3's
If it says 'Rev 3.00' on the board, then that's the Sapphire.  Beyond that there appear to have been 3 styles of heat sink production runs.

The Block Erupter USB series is the second major product of Bitfountain. Its experimental batch (Emerald) has passed all tests.

The Emerald Batch
12 in total. Used for internal testing/profiling and gifts for developers.

The Sapphire Batch
This is the first batch under production in quantity. Its lead-time is conservatively 15-20 days.

Which is why I'd be a lot more interested in an Emerald (or other early production) Smiley

hmm, 3 styles of heatsink eh? i know of the iodised bitcoin logo'ed heat spreader, and the one with fins on the original, whats the 3rd type?

as for the emerald ones, they have "ver:2" silkscreened on it?
524  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: 2 AVA4.1s Won! [5000 TH] CKPool (kano.is) from the cgminer devs [0.9% PPLNS] on: February 05, 2015, 08:10:26 AM
How often the pool pays? I'm gonna start one SP30 tomorrow.
Thanks.

After 101 confirmations on a block; providing kano isn't sleeping [which everyone has a right to].  Payouts are done manually as soon as possibly after 101 confirmations.

525  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTB Block Erupter Sapphire on: February 05, 2015, 04:39:46 AM
i'm trying to work out exactly what a "Sapphire" version is, i have 3 working v3's that i was going to hack to their deaths, if you want them though?

im happy to throw them at you, but you pay postage? (i think the postage is going to be a killer if you're outside Australia)
526  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: February 05, 2015, 03:38:39 AM
There are people who are willing to do extreme harassing on a reviewer who said something bad about their favorite video games *cough*gamersgate*cough*. Can you imagine what people will do in this case?

now i haven't been following that gamergate crap since its conception, but when you have people taking money, then stealing other peoples videos to make a slenderest accusation about the creators being sexist because it has females in it that you could hurt just like the male counterparts?
or claiming that an npc that works with you is just a "Damsel in Distress", yet proven to be the opposite by people that actually played the game? that go on there and claim that every SJW person on there is "sending death threats via twitter" because of falsely leading the public?

i guess you are right, its happening here its so #GAWsom with #GAWGate!
527  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: February 05, 2015, 03:15:59 AM

I wonder if they're affiliated with https://www.ehsminer.com/about/.

Both have the following in their ToS: http://lmgtfy.com/?q=%22is+entitled+to+make+deductions+due+to+any+deficiencies%22

ehsminer.com is based in Paris where Nasser of BFL lives.

Check this out: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=691836.msg7979261#msg7979261

Only a hunch.

529  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BitHashMiner 10TH/s Bitcoin Miner on: February 05, 2015, 02:13:10 AM
I'm understand that who are saying BitHashMiner is Scam they are self scam because they have no Legit Proof/Evidence about it and nor they have positive thinking, They think Every New Companies are scam but they have some proof about scam, I want to announce about How they comparison, They comparison with own negative thinking, They say we are saying it is scam Because it is scam, In simple word we can say their Thinking is Scam. Cheesy

Every time when Innovation comes then suddenly they say it is scam, When anybody ask them why are you saying it is scam Have you proof then they say yeah we are thinking it is scam it's a proof that it is scam,  Smiley

I want to disclosure that in this thread Nearby 94% who are writing against BitHashMiner and Mentioning that BitHashMiner is totally scam sending me private E-Mails that Please send me BitHashMiner, If you will send me BitHashMiner free then i will write Delicious and positive post about BitHashMiner,.... It's so Amazing  Cheesy, It's mean BitHashMiner is NO SCAM. Smiley

Very very thanks.

we are not going to put faith in your lack of product, we cannot prove that you are not a scam with the fact you have NOTHING

..and what is this? we scamming ourselves because we have nothing to say you have nothing? we are not dividing by zero here KTHXBI.

shitty site is shitty, only just made and no updates since going public; no hardware info; only renders of device; no info on who is making it;

and saying that "Every time when Innovation comes then suddenly they say it is scam" yep, we did that with spondoolie for the first few seconds, till we saw new hardware, we did that with Rockxie, till we saw new hardware, bitmain, drilbert, hasha, etc

it is YOU that has to show us something! not us proving to you that you dont
530  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS]Some old rare'ish CPUs: Pent Pro, 6x86L, amd-K5 on: February 04, 2015, 10:27:28 PM
maybe i should of shoved this in the goods section over hardware, since every man and their dog is selling asic here, and no one is interested in computer hardware...

Quick question, every time I refresh the pool page(any of them) red text flashes saying that I need to enable javascript, but it is enabled.  It does the same on multiple browsers.  I haven't noticed any functionality issues on the site, was just curious about it.

i think it might have something to do with the sync system, and what ever set plugins you have, eg no-scripts

i can reproduce the same thing too

Well, 1st time selling something, testing waters, seeing if anyone is interested in my trash

Some old rare'ish CPUs for for collectors with some odd museum/art setup.

i has this photo, sorry, forgot to put my glasses on:

forgot to throw my sig on a paper near it and a banana in my ear..

the pent pro seems to be going to $50-100au (depending on the cache and speed, etc) so about 0.3btc
the Cyrix made IBM 6x86L PR200+ not so much, strangely no one likes this oddity about $10-20, so about 0.06
but oddly, the K5 is going for about $40au, so 0.13btc?

so about 0.5btc? (that is negotiable price, i want someone to take care of them over me crushing them)  postage tba at sale
if no interest, its going in my gold scrapping pile, my ball mill like these ceramic type...

now for the people asking, the 6x86 and the k5 i had them working pulled, the pent pro, i have a dead mobo that fits it, so no idea, but i never abused it, so it may work, hence for collectors of some odd museum/art setup.

On a high note, after both winners had been announced the pool has maintained a hash rate of around 5TH! This give away was a big success.

Thanks for the opportunity to win some gear, it's a fun thing to be apart of and see mid level players get some goodies!

now for the low level players like me to get to get some goodies? like hell anyone under the 1THs mark would break a block

Yeah, I hear ya.  It has happened I am sure, just not likely. I only own 4TH myself and rent for a chance to win. None the less I have enjoyed my time here winner or not and am glad to see people stick.

its CKs fault, he got me onto his little project, i really don't mind the prizes going for the middle ground, its just going to take me some time to get there
