The thing is, it seems like the jambler site admin didn't follow any advice i've given them... The site still uses cloudflare's MITM SSL, security headers are still missing, google analytics are still used, cookies are still missing flags,... Even worse, it seems components like jQuery have not been kept up to date, and are now lagging behind, exposing potential vulnerability's... [...]

BitMart > inbox x info@bitmartcn.netNov 17 2023. 11:37 AM (2 days ago, Dear BitMart users Hello, your withdrawal application has been rejected by the blockchain node. Your account - has been temporariv frozen After appraisal by the Ministry of Justice of the exchange, you are required to pay 100% of the account assets for verification to unfreeze the account (74089.31USDT*100%=74089. 31USDT). After the freeze is lifted, the verified funds will also be included in your account balance. After passing the verification, you can perform normal operations such as buyina coins, sellino coins, and withdrawina funds! Please complete 100% verification of account assets before 24:00 on November 20. 2023 to unfreeze the account se your accoun will be permanently frozen If you have any questions, please contact online customer service. I wish you a happy life. Thanks " After appraisal by the Ministry of Justice of the exchange" WTF is that? It's a joke? It's obviously a scam, there is no "Ministry of Justice" at any exchange(only into governments). In addition the email address is an obvious fake one. Bitmart domain is bitmart.com not bitmartcn.net. But if they don't provide a Bitcoin address to send the funds, it means they are in control of your account. It could be hackers quietly operating onto the legit exchange, or more likely a phishing website. What URL are you using to access the exchange precisely?

By my question everyone will understand what I mean, what and which are custodial and non custodial wallets.
A custodial wallet holds your private keys with them, this also means that the access keys required to use in getting hold of your bitcoin on the blockchain is with the exchanges. A none custodial wallets is just a direct opposite of what I've been just explained here, you're in charge yourself in having access to your private keys with you. So how do you call a wallet that give you your private key and let access your funds and do whatever you want through this way but which is also managed by a company able to access your funds and your private key? I mean blockchain.com is an online wallet, managed by company but they give you the seed of your wallet and the private keys of your addresses too.

Bitcoin harsh? What is that? It's the first time I heard about this term. Everyone knows that learning how Bitcoin works is harsh though . I think you mean hash or hashrate IMO. The hash is what is calculated by miners with a nonce in order to win the reward of a block and to mine it. The hash has to start with the minimum amount of 0 required by the difficulty. The hashrate is number of hash calculated by miners in one second.

Hello dear members of BitcoinTalk
I do use Blockchain wallet to make Transaction as it has lower fee but recently the fees are very high so i have to pay around 15-20$ per Transaction even if i send 10 $
What is your solution to pay less Fee ?
thank you for your time if you do help me
The best solution to avoid high transaction fees with Bitcoin is to use Lightning Network, so you can download Electrum for example on your device, send your funds on your new wallet and open LN channels. Another solution, could be to convert a part of your Bitcoins into a well known and accepted altcoin with small fees. Some people mentioned LTC and BCH but DOGE is also widely adopted and provide cheap transactions too. The last solution is to use a custodial platform like an exchange or a casino, with low or free withdrawal fees and to use it as wallet. You will need to take care of minimum withdrawal amounts though.

“Even if approvals don’t arrive this month, we still believe there’s a 90% chance of approval by Jan. 10” https://archive.is/dKeqL https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2023-11-09/bitcoin-trades-past-36-000-on-possible-etf-investment-approval

Except few in-house games casino usually use third party providers. And streamers generally play well known slots. So if you were right, it would mean that large and reputed third party providers are also cheating people while they are supped to be certified and monitored by serious organizations. I don't think casinos need to do such conspiracies. They just need to fill streamers' balances with fun money and streamers just need to buy bonuses and play enough time to win some jackpots or high multipliers winnings.

Hey, I wonder what other gamblers consider to be the most important aspect of a betting site. In my case, it's the speed of approving and processing withdrawals. Knowing that all withdrawals go smoothly, without delays or issues, makes me trust the betting site... even if it may not have the best games, the biggest odds, or the most attractive interface. In the end, it's all about the money. In general, if a betting site makes excuses to delay withdrawals, imposes limits on the amount you can withdraw per day/week/month, or requests an excessive number of documents for a $50 withdrawal, then these are major red flags, at least for me. So, what's the number one thing on your list? I agree with you, the safety and availability of user's funds is the most important thing far ahead of other things, especially if you are a high roller or a good bettor making good winnings. Excessive number of documents for $50 withdrawal shouldn't exist, because casinos should never ask additional documents in order to accept a withdrawal, they should only ask documents for accepting deposits eventually and instantly returning funds to customers if they don't accept this extra KYC. That's why I prefer using decentralized casinos and sportsbooks, your funds stay safe there.

You should open a poll or a thread in self-moderated mode and delete inappropriate answers because many people reply to your topic while they obviously don't want to answer your question. Some of them because they are ashamed to say they've lost or won money, some because they don't gamble but post for their campaign. Personally YES I think I'm currently in profit on the overall but the volatility is high at gambling so tomorrow I could be at loss.

My account with Bitmart amounting USDT 74k was frozen due to suspicion of money laundering. I was trying to withdraw $4k and the withdrawal was rejected. Then I received an email from customer support that my account was suspected for money laundering.
I was given 72 hrs. to deposit a 100% equivalent of my assets ($74K) to verify my account which is obviously a scam. Instead of asking me to provide proof of source of income, they want me to add more money.
How did you try to contact their customer support? Through the live chat of the exchange, through mail or through social medias accounts? You should look carefully at the email address which sent that email and check if it's the real one because only scammers would ask money to unfreeze an account, no matter the reason why it has been locked. Many scammers impersonate exchange customer support on social networks, especially on Twitter and Telegram and steal money from desperate users trying to fix their issue.

I did not forget 🫡 my point was, their custodial arm was established at a much later time [than 2011] so op's they've been here since 2011 has a catch in this case.
I do think they're a bad one to avoid though whether you wanna use it as an exchange, wallet or for gaining interest.
1. For wallets or exchange, there are better options out there for most use cases. 2. For gaining interest, op just has to look at all the custodial services who got hacked, exit scammed, had poor funds management or whatever reason they come up with. If there's something to learn, it's that we shouldn't let our coins sit on their custodial wallets for long periods hence this earn thing is a no-go.
A much better alternative is to hold bitcoin in a wallet that op control's and preferably in a non-hot wallet too.
You should read more carefully OP's posts, in his second post, he mentioned that he was only interested in stable coins investments because he wasn't looking for volatile investments like Bitcoin leading to severe losses when you need to cash out during bear markets. In addition current rates on this platform are very low for Bitcoin : 0.65% APR, which doesn't cover the risk to leave funds there, neither on any custodial platform to be honest. Currently only 7%+ investments worth it IMO, and you can only find them for stable coins or small cap altcoins right now.

Kraken has been around for a while, I've never had a chance to complain about them even though its been a while since I used their services but feedbacks are not to be joked with. If multiple people have complained about their accounts and their complaints aren't subject to a particular thing then I suggest the reviews have to be taken seriously by users, but if the complaint borders around a particular reason then chances are, they are yet to get it right or maybe they are from the same region and they have some restrictions.
From what MAAManda said in his post above, he only found few comments about unwilling closed accounts fortunately. So it doesn't seem to be a very widespread practice if he is right. In the two comments he mentioned only one of them was complaining about not returned funds and it was "only" one week after the closure. So they don't seem to scam people like dubious exchanges and casinos, and to stay rather professional despite some complaints.

I don't understand why Kraken keep datas for such a long time, 2016 it's 7 years ago, if they really didn't want to collaborate with US agencies or other authorities, they should have offered an option to customers to allow them to delete their histories. Most people don't need to keep an history older than 2 years, and many of them are not even aware their old datas are stored by the exchange.

I think every user who has won a big prize on freebitcoin would prefer to receive the equivalent in sats rather than a physical product. I mean, physical prizes are not particularly attractive as a user is likely to incur additional costs such as shipping fees and customs duties. Depending on the user's jurisdiction, such costs may be too high, given the value of the prize.
I'm not sure about that, because in some countries taxes are very high for cryptos, in few countries they are even illegal, so if someone living in one of those countries finally win, I think he would certainly prefer to choose the Lamborghini. In addition, big high rollers are playing there, if they don't mind to have more Bitcoin they could opt for the car, because when you have too much cryptos it could be difficult to convert them in cash without getting troubles with banks.

Some sports/events are very boring for that because only a few competitions take place during the month like Formula 1 or the year like the Oscars or even the decade for the elections. One time I read an article about someone who was only betting on Eurovision, as it was once a year he was obliged to take out loans and to mortgage his house to be able to generate sufficiently interesting winnings. Soccer is certainly the sport driving the bigger flow of betting money around the world so I don't understand why main european leagues don't spread matches across the whole week like american leagues instead of scheduling dozens matches at same time during week-ends.

I will not be surprised if they will decide to suspend temporarily Bitcoin withdrawal since the current is insanely high while they use a much higher fee than the average suggested fee on the mempool. This might put them in a bit disadvantage for small amount withdrawal since they have free withdrawal feature. Current fee is now 8$ which is insanely high. I'm not sure they can suspend or remove BTC withdrawals because Bitcoin is still heavily used by people despite its expensive mining fees. The minimum withdrawal amount is currently 2mBTC (0.002 BTC) they could rise it if they can't face the current fees. Has anyone won a 99mbtc wagering prize recently? Each time I won the 7 USDT prize in Free Chips on Baccarat I got an error while I don't undergo this issue when I win the 2 USDT prize on the same game. I wonder if I'm the only one experiencing this.

I think maths could help you to manage efficiently your bankroll in most if not all gambling games, and then to avoid going bankrupt quickly but they can't help you for pure luck games of chance like lottery, slots and casino table games. How maths could help you to predict the next number or even it's colour drawn at the roulette? It's different for games involving humans such as Poker where your opponent is not the randomness but other human beings or sports betting where you bet on humans or eventually animals.
