Painful last minute goal disallowed on the Ecuadorian side. This is world cup should be on Guiness Book of World records as the world cup with the most controversial goals ever. It is just unfair.  Theu fought tooth and nail to get back in the game only for their goal to be ruled out. I just hope that Ecuador can turn the anger of the disallowed of their goal into more goals.
To me this looks fair and no one is harmed, just imagine when a goal that is disallowed is considered valid even though it has been offside, isn't this much more detrimental for the team that experienced it.

The second half took place, Memphis Depay came on for Bergwijn, Valencia managed to take advantage of the mental ball which was pushed over by goalkeeper Andries Nopert, so they were able to equalize. Statistics show Ecuador is very dominant, but football is all about winning, not possession. So far, Valencia has performed quite well and it is quite difficult to be escorted by the Dutch players, it is very difficult to predict who will come out as the winner.

Hmmm... , BTW, thanks for the point of view that you have given mate, I appreciate it. Maybe it's true that I should only bet small in this very hard to predict match. Too much risk. I have made my bet, betting $50 instead of $200 and opting for Qatar to win in 1X2 betting at odds @3.3, hopefully tomorrow is Qatar national team lucky day LOL.
I prefer Ecuador in the opening match, Even though Ecuador failed to qualify at the 2018 World Cup in Russia, La Tri has a pretty good young force at the moment, such as Piero Hincapie, Plata, and Moises Caicedo, although they do not look mature in the Ecuador Senior squad , with the player material owned by Gustavo Alfaro's team, the chances of victory for Ecuador will be much greater when compared to Qatar.

Quote
After the Qatar Vs Ecuador match, we will also see the England vs Iran match, what do you think about this match? Sure, England will win, but will they get a big win against Iran
We think it will look easy for England to secure full points against Iran, Iran's material is not comparable to English players, because generally England squad play in European leagues and are quite used to facing difficult matches. Risking England's victory, with a big score is more convincing, because the England striker has a chance to score more goals in that match.
1425  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does everyone want bitcoin to be stable in price? on: November 19, 2022, 06:36:29 PM
Why people want to be bitcoin stable in price? If bitcoin will be stable then i think, It's very sad for investor and traders. Bitcoin is a long term survive coin in crypto market. My experienced, bitcoin will never be stable. It will be always pumping and dumping. But i think, bitcoin market will be more high and need to more development in bitcoin value and volume.
It is difficult to make bitcoin stable, the law of demand can never keep prices stable for some products or services, this also applies to bitcoin because there is buying and selling in the market.
Since bitcoin was introduced to date, Bitcoin continues to experience a fairly rapid increase, the concept of developing bitcoin has a level of sophistication that is not owned by others, so bitcoin grows and experiences adoption so quickly. So to make the bitcoin price stable, it is much more difficult and impossible to happen at any time.

Not all workers have the same talent, but not all companies have the same compensation neither. I have been working for the same person for over 6 years now, do you know how that happened? I am a good employee I think, I do my best, and he is a great boss and we found an amazing pairing, you know how? Because I do my best, and he pays me accordingly and even then some, and keeps me insanely happy, I would never even consider working for anyone else.
That is why companies need to choose people who are suitable in their work, companies also have standards for the selection of employees they recruit, so they can work according to the duties charged, the company's compensation is different, if you have worked well according to the standards What is set, then surely the company will pay compensation that is in accordance with the employment contract agreement, it is the obligation of the company and cannot commit violations of compensation, because workers are protected by law and the company cannot ignore it.

Quote
Do you think companies pay their employees like that? How many companies are out there paying people so much money that people would not even consider working for another company? Not a lot, most companies pay 50% of what you should be paid, that’s the problem.
That should be done by the company and pay employees in accordance with the agreement, this cannot be ignored by the company, because workers can sue the company if they do not pay appropriate compensation. I don't understand what you mean most companies pay 50% that you should pay.
1427  Economy / Speculation / Re: What are the chances of FTX raising funds... on: November 19, 2022, 05:30:47 PM
I also see the FTX case which is slightly different from the cases that have happened to other exchanges in the past and yes Binance is still very good and is still very much trusted by many investors and traders as the best exchange that has existed and is still good until now. FTX is really facing a very different and big disaster at this time so I personally also don't know how FTX is able to solve its big problem at this time.
There are indications of fraud that FTX is trying to perpetrate through its tokens, the Alameda Research company actually filled the token value with a rather dubious amount and it is possible the asset was artificially strengthened, the doubts caused Binance to dump all of the token's value. This triggers others to panic and don't want to get into trouble, thereby simultaneously dumping the tokens on the market.

On closer inspection, this would be very difficult to recover from, and FTX is facing real bankruptcy, rumors circulated that FTX founder Sam Bankman Fried was beginning to be monitored by local police, for possible indications of his escape.
1428  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: November 18, 2022, 07:11:05 AM
With the lack of depth in this Arsenal team, next chapter of the season will be a tough one for them because of the World Cup and injuries and fatigue will definitely set in. Considering the position they’re in, I believe Arteta have seen why he needs to reinforce in January. Imo he needs to bring in more of midfielders and deputies for both the wingers; Gabriel Martinelli and Bukayo Saka. The other departments are okay for now but these positions are my concerns and I hope he uses his head this time around because they have to maintain that first position till the end of the season.
Still not necessarily the case with Arsenal, every player has to stay on the pitch to maintain the quality of his game, that's why it's important they have to play in any competition, regarding injured players is still a mystery because no one can confirm it. Another option Arsenal should also be active in the upcoming transfer market, by buying several players according to the needs of the team that Arteta needs.

Although it is true that the fear of injured players will have an impact on competition in the league. However, the Gunners have the option to buy players in the upcoming transfer window, as the team they currently have do not have a commensurate replacement in the starting line-up. The latest news Arsenal have prepared £50 million in the hunt for players in the upcoming transfer window, one of their targets is Youri Tielemans, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, Mykhaylo Mudryk and Danilo. So far there is no certainty about the four players, it is still a matter of Arsenal's interest and there is still a chance for other players to be targeted.

In recent times, Sadio Mane's injury has sparked a lot of discussion in the football world. Sadio Mane, a professional footballer from Senegal has quite a reputation in the football world. The 30-year-old suffered a right fibula injury last Tuesday. who plays as a forward for Bundesliga club Bayern Munich and the Senegal national team. Sadio Mane has been eliminated form the World Cup due to injury. Despite the injury, Mane was named in Senegal's 26-man squad for the World Cup but according to his present condition he is unable to recover from injury. This is really a sad news for Senegal. Where Senegal has to participate except Sadio Mane in the Qatar World Cup.
It is unfortunate that the Teranga Lions team lost an important player in coordinating the match, Sadio Mane suffered an injury while playing for Bayern Munich against Werder Bremen. A big loss for Aliou Cisse's team, as Sadio Mane is an important player who can motivate his teammates on the pitch.
Although Senegal have substitutes in that position, their quality is far below Sadio Mane. For now they have a few options, Ismaila Sarr, Bamba Dieng, Boulaye Dia, Famara Diedhiou, Ilman Ndiaye, Nicolas Jackson up front, but there has been no confirmation of a suitable replacement for Sadio Mane.

Senegal entered Group A with the Netherlands, Ecuador and Qatar, it can be said that they will face difficult matches against the Netherlands and Ecuador, Aliou Cisse must be able to play the role of another player as a substitute for Sadio Mane, so that the team can show quality in playing.
1430  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I want sell my house for bitcoin on: November 18, 2022, 04:56:15 AM
Selling house for bitcoin have turned to be common around the world. Even few months back a house got sold in Portugal. This purchase have been made directly without the involvement of any of the support platform like bitpay that converts the payment into dollars or the respective currency to the seller.
We also found several other people selling their houses as capital to invest bitcoin, this looks unique and the enthusiasm of the community is getting wider in the involvement of Bitcoin as an investment, regarding the technical aspects of direct involvement without using the supporting platform, it's just a matter of how the enthusiasts feel comfortable, but actually Adopt and the value of trust in Bitcoin investing is much more developed and into its two decades of success.

Quote
Here OP's decision to aell in his additional house in exchange for bitcoin or buying after selling the house is really good choice in the ongoing market condition. Here he needs to find all possible ways to post his ads, so to find the right buyer
If the OP includes the address of residence openly, it may make the transaction process easier for the sale of the house.
If at this time the OP managed to sell the house and directly enter the bitcoin market, then the amount of bitcoins that will be received will be much larger, considering the current Bitcoin price is still in the range of $16K.
1431  Economy / Speculation / Re: What are the chances of FTX raising funds... on: November 18, 2022, 03:40:35 AM
Binance will not be bad because of this case, because in the past Binance has also been hacked but is able to restore its trust in everyone by taking full responsibility for things that are not wanted by its users. But for FTX I still doubt whether the exchange will be able to restore its trust in everyone in the future.
Binance is a large exchange, they will not be involved in reputational affairs that will destroy the company they have built and it seems that unlike the Binance hacking case in the past with the case that happened to FTX, this is not affiliated with the case of Binance withdrawing from FTX. While FTX is really at stake and it is very difficult to restore its reputation.

Quote
Actually it's not complicated, but some people may not know how the law works there in cases like this. So that further investigation is still needed so that we can understand how the legal process is there for cases that occur on exchanges such as FTX which have gone viral in almost all media.
Talking about the law, there is a context to the two demands, the first is civil and the second is criminal. No one is able to explain which domain the FTX case falls into. What I understand is that if the FTX case falls into the civil category, then the payment of compensation will make them free from all charges, but it is different if FTX is faced with criminal charges.
1432  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: *El Salvador To Start Purchasing Bitcoin Everyday* on: November 17, 2022, 11:05:17 AM
The FTX saga caused bitcoin to drop to a 2-year low. In the midst of all of this, El Salvador's president just tweeted that his nation would begin purchasing one Bitcoin each day starting from tomorrow.
This is also part of a value recovery scheme, if at first people think they are losing money by buying bitcoins at high prices, then the current purchases will yield huge profits, although El Salvador will have to wait for bitcoin to strengthen. What confuses me is whether El Salvador buys bitcoins to trade, or just to hold long-term assets. Because if the purchase is for storage, it is not necessarily a value recovery scheme that can be achieved in the near future.

Regardless of why Nayib bukele bought bitcoin, I think he understands the concept of a state using a currency that has no impact on inflation. The real formulation of the state is only to protect, be it human resources or to keep the economy more stable.
1433  Economy / Speculation / Re: What are the chances of FTX raising funds... on: November 17, 2022, 10:11:45 AM
It is true that FTX still has a chance but the chance is very slim, no one will believe in SBF anymore. Even Binance, the biggest player in the market, refused to buy back FTX after learning that the debt FTX is carrying is too large even though the number is not too large compared to finance.
For FTX it may be quite difficult to restore trust, considering this case has been widely circulated in the media and I think people will have different levels of trust in Binance. Since it's related to reputation, in the worst case scenario, FTX will no longer run as it used to, even if someone is able to restore its reputation.

Quote
Like Dokwon's Luna, there is still no legal corridor in the crypto market so no one has the right to convict SBF. FTX is only registered to do business in the United States and the Bahamas, as long as they fully compensate users in these two countries, they will not bear any other liability.
Talking about the law will be much more complicated, because the exchange is affiliated in America and the Bahamas, so the legal process will be determined there, and if they compensate as you say, then it's true they don't have to bear any other obligations.
1434  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: November 17, 2022, 05:23:29 AM
The World Cup has been paused for quite a while, Serie A will start again on January 4, 2023. It is possible that this situation will cause the performance of a number of players to decrease slightly, except that Spalletti will continue to carry out training and trials to maintain player fitness.
A big advantage for Napoli because the rest schedule is rather long and not many players play for their respective countries, so the possibility of player injuries will not happen to them, but I think Napoli should play a role in next winter transfers. So that their attack and defense power is getting stronger.

Quote
I think Osimhen will still survive and will never be sold by the owner of Napoli even if he is offered a fairly high price. Osimhen has really made a big contribution to Napoli at the moment.
This is still quite complicated, because there is the possibility of an unexpected agreement, although there has been no specific statement from Osimhe regarding his future at Napoli and it is also possible that Osimhen will stay or maybe leave.
1435  Economy / Speculation / Re: I hope this Bitcoin dip won't be deeper? on: November 17, 2022, 04:38:14 AM
I dare not say what year the bull arrived.
Another right alternative at this time is to buy and save to the wallet but not in the exchange wallet then buy a plane ticket to go to Qatar to watch the World Cup football party. Think of it as taking a vacation and entertaining yourself from FTX news and other FUD news.
There is no need to say when the fortress run will arrive, we will enjoy any conditions with bitcoin at this time. But my advice, don't store bitcoins on online exchanges, as stated by (theymos) Reminder: do not keep your money in online accounts This is to keep bad things from happening and not ruin the vacation schedule that you plan to schedule.

Of course you can take advantage of your free time for holidays this year, the World Cup will be taking place in the near future, you can visit there while enjoying your holidays, because the world's sight and center of attention is currently in this rich country (Qatar).
1436  Economy / Speculation / Re: I hope this Bitcoin dip won't be deeper? on: November 16, 2022, 11:08:11 AM
A decline like the one going on could point to some of the questions some people are asking about when it's a good time to buy. Most of us answer when prices are low or when a decline occurs.
Honestly, I quite agree with answers like this, that low prices or a decline is the right time to buy. The investment concept does show a formula like this, although people can take any part of the buying choice.

Quote
Prior to the Bitcoin price at the time of writing, there were those who argued that Bitcoin would not cross $17.6K because it was the lowest point of support. Even I have also speculated like that. However, with the reality like the current market price, the sentence when the price is low cannot be guessed when, considering that when the cheap assumption is happening, there will be another price below that.
The truth is buy and hold for years to come.
Bitcoin is highly speculative, this is what makes it more interesting and it can be seen from the long discussion on the forums, realize it or not any opinion will never be accurate to predict, personally I am also part of the person who thinks that bitcoin will not touch the price of $17.6K, but reverse graph of what I said.
The most correct is Buy and Hold Bitcoin, this will be much more useful when the price returns to the green line or the next ATH hit.
1437  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: November 16, 2022, 10:37:10 AM
It's true that anything could be happened but I just express my thoughts. You took France , Germany, Spain  I also wanna add one more team on this group that is England they are also doing good at ranking. And if you look at it, it seems that this will be Messi's last World Cup game. I want him to get a FIFA Cup, and this is also possible because their performance is going very well.  Also I've put Brazil in because they've won most of the matches they've played recently.
The squad that is owned by England is still quite worrying, just look at Maguire's quality in the Premier League who performed quite poorly with United, but the coach still believes in him, even though the Three Lions have other player options in that position, if you are a fan of the English league then it's not hard to see Maguire's qualities, even though football isn't just about one player. For me England is still very doubtful to appear perfect.

Lionel Messi will do everything he can in this world cup, considering this will be the last world cup for the Paris Saint-Germain superstar, while France are also missing some experienced players like Paul Pogba, because it is still doubtful to appear in Qatar.
1438  Economy / Economics / Re: Is long-term employee retention a losing battle? on: November 16, 2022, 09:45:24 AM
Doesnt matter if they are making out active shuffling or replacing of their employees or not then its still their rights on what they should gonna do into their company. If they do look for it to be relevant or useful then
they would be surely be doing that even it would really be getting those bad feedbacks or negative impressions by others but if it turns out to make productivity to be effective then they would really be sticking into that. They are the one who do run the company then there's no choice but to deal up with their system. So as an employee then you dont have any choice but to deal with it.
Its sad if you've been thinking about long term relationship but it cant be possible for this kind of company set-up.
Basically, not all employees have good performance in the long term, therefore it is necessary to select according to needs. The company has certain standards in terms of achievement as a set target, for that they recruit employees who are competent and in accordance with their knowledge, in contrast to working in a government environment which is generally less responsible for performance, while companies have greater standards and responsibilities.

However, if you are not the type of person who likes to be managed and does not want to follow the company's standard work system, then this job is not the right place for us to go.
1439  Economy / Speculation / Re: The most stupid dip in Bitcoin's history - and why we can be happy now on: November 16, 2022, 04:33:26 AM
That's what happens if you are a bigger company. It would be more efficient to buy an existing business perhaps, 'coz it already has a name and target market population than to start a new one from the scratch right? Restoring the trust from FTX alone would be really difficult but if it would be balanced by another credible exchanger, then things would be somewhat easier. Anything under a good 'name' would be influenced or shared with one's charisma of being one with the bigger business or trade name, as an example. Things might have changed for FTX if Binance had it first, but it could also be worse to both Binance and FTX if the issue came first. Therefore stopping the plan, would be a better preventive measure for Binance and this industry as well.
To me this is still quite doubtful, Binance wouldn't sacrifice its reputation and do a little thing like this, because I understand they are quite easy to make other than buying FTX. It's true, typical growing companies have a desire to dominate, but there is a negative side that they will get if they do this. Let's say Binance actually took over FTX, then what pattern can they do to restore FTX's reputation, since they had previously acquired and withdrew as Investors.

On the other hand, one would think that Binance is not credible in cooperating and should be wary of the exchange. (my assumption)
1440  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: November 15, 2022, 02:52:13 PM
This is a world cup tournament, not a South American tournament. Brazil and Argentina can go unbeaten in their continent qualifiers league for the world cup but don't expect they will go unbeaten in the world cup cos they will be playing against the other continent's best countries.
How can you be sure that Brazil and Argentina will lose easily, these two countries have a good track record in the World Cup, wouldn't this be quite an important asset for both countries.

Quote
Brazil and Argentina are strong countries that are most likely to win the world cup but it won't come that easy cos there are other big countries like Belgium, France, Spain and Germany that have the same quality big players as they have . This makes the world cup more interesting to see the caliber of players that will give their best for their country to win the world cup
It's too early to say Brazil and Argentina will win the World Cup this year. Although these two countries are in a good position to compete in Qatar, on the other hand France, Spain and Germany are also well prepared for the World Cup.
