Paling tidak kita perlu melihat bagaimana tugas yang mereka jalankan kedepan, mudah-mudahan ada perubahan yang menjadi lebih baik dari sebelumnya, sehingga maksimalitas fungsi dan tanggung jawab dapat mereka berikan lebih baik dan nyata. Oleh sebab itu perlu kita berikan kesempatan untuk mereka membuktikan sumber daya yang di miliki. Wajar itu terjadi, dengan semakin banyak terungkapnya perilaku para pemangku kepentingan di lembaga besar (kasus terbaru orang perpajakan) itu membuat saya semakin tambah yakin pasti ini terjadi juga pada lembaga besar lainnya termasuk bisa juga OJK saat ini atau nanti.
Tidak memunafikan kasus yang pernah terjadi sebelumnya, namun bagi saya itu lebih bersifat individual bukan lembaga secara kolektif, karena bicara lembaga negara dan tanggung jawab terkadang akan dilimpahkan secara kolektif meskipun yang melakukan kesalahan satu atau dua orang. Selama negara mampu mengatur sistem keuangan ini dengan baik, tentu tidak perlu dikhawatirkan. Pasal 33 Bab X Ketentuan Pidana dalam UU Mata Uang, dikatakan bahwa seluruh transaksi wajib menggunakan mata uang rupiah. Jika melanggar maka terancam pidana.

Saya sedikit ragu dengan kredibilitas dan tanggung jawab dari OJK, berkaca pada kasus asuransi jiwa sraya dan beberapa asuransi yang gagal bayar namun disini tidak ada peran sama sekali dari OJK untuk bertanggung jawab sekedar menekan pihak yang bersangkutan untuk membayar para nasabah.
Saya rasa untuk cryptocurrency saat ini sudah ada wewenang dari Bappeti dan tidak perlu adanya kehadiran dari OJK, saya sedikit memiliki reputasi yang buruk dengan kinerja OJK yang seolah - olah hanya lembaga biasa saja tidak memiliki kemampuan sama sekali saat ada kasus besar yang gagal pembayaran.
