gemologist, Cryptsy is open for PXC trading now, so you can sell if you want. A big buy or sell wall is something like 100K PXC. Smaller quantities like a few K are not a problem for the market. P.S. I see PXC at Altcoin Dice is getting popular

By the way, a native 64-bit Windows build with an integrated Qt v4.8.5 is available now.

The new data directory sucks... move it back please.
If it sucks for you, change one line of the code and compile the client for yourself or use -datadir to point anywhere you like. Most users like the new location.

Xorxor, please update the PXC name to Phoenixcoin and change the link to my takeover thread. JohnCar, iamatrix and Joerii are no longer involved with the project.

Please vote for PXC to CoinPayments, the largest altcoin payment processor: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=360706There is a bit of irony though. CoinPayments was supposed to be a direct competitor to the UNOCS Bridge which never happened thanks to the previous developer. I'm more comfortable with supporting CoinPayments rather than creating my own payment processor and competing with them.

add worldcoin! Worldcoin was one of the first few coins we supported... lol Please add Phoenixcoin (PXC) to the list.
Where were you before the vote started? lol. We'll add it to next vote. Come on, you've said PXC is in your list 2 months ago. Just add PXC to the poll and let it ride! http://forum.feathercoin.com/index.php/topic,3479.msg31256.html

I see Coins-E just relaunched. Any thoughts about relisting this exchange?
Their reputation leaves much to be desired and many coins haven't been listed back. I'm thinking of removing their link from the Phoenixcoin site.

Where is the wallet.dat file located? I'm looking in Users\Username\AppData\Roaming but I can't find any PXC directory there?
In the data subdirectory of where you have installed Phoenixcoin. README.txt explains it well.

I thought the LKY fork did not take effect until block 100,000 Yes, they have 18K blocks to go until the actual hard fork becomes effective, but they also seem to have activated the ACP already which makes a big difference. Might result in a network split.

PPC and XPM are very different.

Other than Bter that doesn't allow english deposits on purchases of the coin how can you trade the CHNCoin?
Someone can ask Cryptsy to re-list it. CHN getting resurrected, PXC getting resurrected, you guys should just let them stay dead.
Isn't The Pheonix supposed to rise from the ashes? Not sure about CHN though... It's rising and feeling very well lately. The last hard fork is a total success. The price has doubled over this week.

Sal, I've noticed Network Hash Rate and Avg Hash Rate Past 24 Hours are stuck at 6.28MH/s for PXC while they're much higher in fact. Profitability % Adj for Stales also seems a bit low for the block target of 90 seconds (was 45 seconds before the last hard fork). The orphan rate isn't 10%, it's 4% according to my calculations.
I upgraded PHP on my system and things started not saving since I wasn't expressly setting the timezone (gotta love PHP). As far as hashrate - that was left over from when I could get the daemon to work and I just cleared it out. Since I can't get the new coin daemon to work, I can't get that stat anymore. If you tell me in PM what issues you have with the daemon, I'm sure we can work them out. You're the 1st person to report any serious difficulties with it.

Titan, that's good to see you know how to pull the code from the Feathercoin repository and to integrate it into your code base. I'm talking about Sunny King's commits on Advanced Checkpointing and network alerts as well as my fix of getnetworkhashps. Have you missed the licence under which the Advanced Checkpointing code has been included in Feathercoin? I'll remind you. https://github.com/FeatherCoin/FeatherCoin/blob/master/src/checkpointsync.cpp// Copyright (c) 2012-2013 PPCoin developers // Copyright (c) 2013 Primecoin developers // // A perpetual use license of this advanced checkpoint technology is granted // to feathercoin by Sunny King on behalf of PPCoin developers and Primecoin // developers. // // Permission is hereby granted to any person obtaining a copy of the advanced // checkpoint technology, for perpetual use in feathercoin network, including // the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, subject to the // following conditions: // // a) This license is not transferrable, no sublicense, and applies to // feathercoin only. // b) The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included // in all copies of source code distributions. // // Feathercoin is waived from displaying the above copyright notice in // 'About' for the inclusion of advanced checkpoint technology. Reference // in file 'COPYING' is appreciated but not required.
That's what you have put instead: https://github.com/LuckyCoinFoundation/Luckycoin/blob/master/src/checkpointsync.cpp// Copyright (c) 2009-2012 The Bitcoin developers // Copyright (c) 2011-2013 The PPCoin developers // Copyright (c) 2013 The Luckycoin developers // Distributed under the MIT/X11 software license, see the accompanying // file COPYING or http://www.opensource.org/licenses/mit-license.php.
Not to mention the Bitcoin developers have nothing to do with synchronised checkpoints, but you have even added your copyright to the code where your only "contribution" is a pair of public keys. I doubt you have talked to Sunny King on this matter, so the whole thing is a theft in fact.

Doubling back - this is the API call I use from Cryptsy - http://pubapi.cryptsy.com/api.php?method=orderdata. As you can see, PXC only is listed for its BTC trade data, not LTC. I think the API isn't set-up properly to show currencies that are traded in both markets. Seems so. Hope they will fix this issue some day.
