1) Money Laundering
2) Interstate Wire Fraud
3) Grand Theft
4) Receipt of Stolen Funds

Be sure you include everyone who has redeemed a Titan in your complaint - including yourself. Since all I did was redeem Titans that were in my possession same as many other coins have been done by many other people.

Maybe you can make it a class action lawsuit against the entire Titan customer base (again including yourself) who has bought and redeemed a Titan.

Yes, when there is a criminal and civil action against Tim, as the initial victim who has not yet been made whole, I will be requesting that any "redemptions" that happened after the initial police reports were filed, and people went public about having lost funds, be legally reversed and for those funds to be "clawed back" and redistributed to all victims equally (including the guy who is out over $2M), and in particular, I will be asking for felony charges to be filed against Mopar Mining LLC for knowingly receiving stolen funds and working together with the scammer to rob the victims. It's clear that Tim does not have the funds to pay everyone back, and is paying a few "redemptions" out of the funds he stole, from the earlier victims.

I have filed a police report against Mopar Mining LLC, for felony receipt of stolen funds, interstate wire fraud, and felony grand theft, and conspiracy to commit those crimes along with Tim Fillmore, and I have referred the Florida police that this is an ongoing crime and referenced the FINSEC case number and referred them to the FBI Cybercrimes Unit, to help investigate, the "Titan Mint" bitcoin scam.

I have read everything posted here over the years and I have to say I cannot follow what you are up to at all. I see no way that Mopar is your enemy and have no idea why you are so adamant in attacking him. I have not said anything in the forum on this because it's just not smart. Why interject yourself in a conversation that is irrational (which now I'm doing against better judgement)? Given that Gox payouts are starting  (next month ?) ....
Is the process of reimbursing remaining folks with titan coins starting back up ?

Been out the loop a while, so unsure how all has progressed previously, and the thread above is just too noisy to filter anything useful out now.

My assumption is that not all took the early payout (me included), so this is still a live issue for many (and as such should be for Tim)
Tim should be getting the gox payout as he previously communicated
Those gox funds will be made available for reimbursment of remaining Titan holders, at a rate better than the previous payout round

If Tim can respond (I will also DM, email, and message through the Titanmint.com site), and communicate the anticipated schedule moving forwards ?

Thanks for bringing this up. Remember Tim still owes MILLIONS OF DOLLARS to scam victims. So we will continue to work with the California and Florida police to come after anyone working with Tim and processing "refunds" outside the legal process involving state and local police and the FBI, including MoparMiningLLC. I still consider him an accessory to this felony fraud and theft, and I have filed police reports against Tim in California, and MoparMiningLLC in Florida. Beware if you take money from EITHER Tim or Mopar in relation to "recovering" 2FA coin funds outside the legal recovery and court process, your funds could be subject to civil and / or criminal court "clawback" in future proceedings.

I believe his Mt Gox story about as much as I believe in Santa Claus. Either way, he was fractional reserve banking with everyone’s coins, secretly , at best.

We are working together to link police reports and FBI complaints together, against both Tim Fillmore in California and MoparMiningLLC, in Florida, as accessory who has received stolen funds. Mopar your right to own a gun won't be affected until after you are convicted, in a felony fraud and theft case. I don’t have time to read all your messages but exactly what are you accusing Mopar of?   From what I’ve gathered cursorily , it seems you are upset that he settled with Tim and was made ‘whole’ or at least settled on his own which is causing you to get angry because he didn’t join your attempts at a class action.  If this is correct; it would appear at first blush that you’re whining.  No offense.

You NEED to stop listing me in this - I am no accessory. I redeemed valid coins (as did dozens of others - are you also listing them as an accessory?).  And buddy you have filed no report against me - not one any agency I have contacted has record of.

Also, had you filed a legitimate case against me, it could definitely affect my rights to purchase firearms (just picked up another one today) took all of about 10 mins to come back clean on the background check.

 

What I would like you to do is to give me your information so I can now press charges against you for defamatory statements, libel, making false statements against myself and others on here that you have also wrongly and falsely accused (knowingly).

Or are you going to hide your details? Making lies from anonymity? Or are you man enough to own your false statements?
