Some site screenshots (debit card related): (data is fictional to show as an example) 'Your BIT-X Cards' on the Balance Page: 'Max. Sum For Transaction' is the largest transaction you could initiate at that moment (it updates in real time). 'Limits' shows the maximum card transaction sizes as per: https://bit-x.com/guide/bitx-cards. The 'Raise Limits' button allows you to increase. Clicking the gear icon brings up the card settings, shown below: Any questions, please do ask!

Unfortunately, the 0.5% commission just for withdrawing funds from my account will prevent me from withdrawing funds from my account. This was not how Bitcoin was supposed to be. It was meant to facilitate fast low fee money transfer. Not slow it down by 1 day and charge a commission for slowing it down.

This commission should disappear in the near future. Withdrawals under 0.5 BTC or so are processed immediately and the fee is from 0.0025 to 0.0001 (for a 0.02 BTC withdrawal). Larger amounts require manual approval (for security purposes) and are often approved within a few minutes.

Nice to see such a service. It's just too bad the fees are a little bit too high in my opinion. Especially the inactive fee of 0.05.. I'll consider it if I become a bitcoin-rich

So do the EUR cards only work at European merchants?
I was sort of hesitant when choosing between EUR and USD. I live in Europe but usually have plenty of euros but I occasionally go on the US military base and use my card to buy things there. I stopped at Taco Bell and tried to use my bit-x card (I chose the EUR option) and it was rejected. For both debit and credit.

They should work everywhere but there are additional exchange fees when spending USD or GBP with a EUR card. Just use the local currency and the card should be able to convert it without having to manually select a EUR payment.

Both cards will work anywhere in the world where the payment processor is accepted. Did you have enough balance to complete the operation?

Bit-X like some other exchanges uses shared addresses (Bit-X keeps track of all finances internally). This means that your deposit address may be used by funds that are moving around temporarily. The accurate number will always be the one in your balance once logged in!
