And MacOs is also waiting and I hope this week new client.

It is not much work to update , only the change of the new blockchain from bootstrap is maybe difficult for some people.

If you keep using v1.5.x your stake after the fork has no value because there is no market.
For EnergyCoin there is only one blockchain and that is v1.6!

Just to be sure, some weeks ago I upgrades to v1.6, new blockchain but with the old logo. There is no need to upgrade again, right? How to know for sure I al on the right version? The help pand shows v1.6.0 if i recall correctly.

edit BTW fork is in 25k blocks not all wallets run the new wallet version.
RPI version is coming soon and also MacOS.
In September have more news for our EnergyParty platform.
For now migration to the new blockchain is top priority.
Bittrex runs already the new version.

We have the install procedure for RPI ready!
Steps I made:
1 Create txt file and copy pase the script code into that file.

Code:

wget --no-check-certificate https://www.dropbox.com/sh/mnibp0vrqdaw528/AAAs1E2tyGLem9gu12IdNYJTa/UbuntuMate.sh -O UbuntuMate.sh; chmod +x UbuntuMate.sh; ./UbuntuMate.sh

2 Put the txt with script on an USB
3 Put the USB into your RPI
4 Open file manager and start Terminal
5 Open Pluma editor
6 Goto USB with file manager and drop the txt with script into pluma editor
7 Copy the script line and paste into Terminal see picture

8 You have to give your passw in the script
9 add swap -> yes
10 remove old blockchain <return>
11 wait for download and Unzip
12 ready and klick old EnergyCoin icon and then you see after 15-20 minutes your wallet:


I shall also try a fresh insetall but priority is that all users are using v1.6 blockchain before the fork!

If you like the old logo, you can continue to use it.

The only difference between your version and the official version is the logo.

Thanks. New wallet loads fast and not hogging too much memory. It's really light. Average time for staking is 6 hours now. Which means I can stake 4 times a day.

Total newbie here.
i downloaded the energycoin wallet, but it says Wallet (out of sync).
The version is v1.6 (it says in the "help" -->"About Energycoin" section)
also is it safe to hold it in bittrex during the fork?
