 When I attempt to download the Windows version of Energycoin 1.6.0 (zip) from the links provided, as soon as I download from MEGA windows scans the file and then deletes it saying that a virus was detected.  Actually it states it is a Trojan ( WIN32/fuery.A!cl ).  Any thoughts on why Windows Defender might think that the Energycoin wallet is infected with a Trojan?

Just disable temporaly and start EnergyCoin-qt. Then the system accept shall accept it.
There is no Trojan in the wallet.

Unfortunately ENRG is today not longer in Market Capitalizations Top100.
No reason to sell and I see also BlackCoin on #98 so we are not the only losers today.
I aspect this week EnergyPartry that can be used as webwallet as first application.

Not really following all the development the way I should have, because of other activities since I last bought. I just have eyes on price at the moment and no intention to unload in short term at all. That's why the gap sometimes last few days to stay awy from the thread to see what is new. It is still long termed to get well profit on my investment from this.

Projects are coming and going.
I think we get a last wave of ICO and than that is over.
We do not ICO but slow and sustainable development.
For more than one year we working on EnergyParty and I hope this week we have it on mainnet

We have the install procedure for RPI ready!
Steps I made:
1 Create txt file and copy pase the script code into that file.

Code:

wget --no-check-certificate https://www.dropbox.com/sh/mnibp0vrqdaw528/AAAs1E2tyGLem9gu12IdNYJTa/UbuntuMate.sh -O UbuntuMate.sh; chmod +x UbuntuMate.sh; ./UbuntuMate.sh

2 Put the txt with script on an USB
3 Put the USB into your RPI
4 Open file manager and start Terminal
5 Open Pluma editor
6 Goto USB with file manager and drop the txt with script into pluma editor
7 Copy the script line and paste into Terminal see picture

8 You have to give your passw in the script
9 add swap -> yes
10 remove old blockchain <return>
11 wait for download and Unzip
12 ready and klick old EnergyCoin icon and then you see after 15-20 minutes your wallet:


I shall also try a fresh insetall but priority is that all users are using v1.6 blockchain before the fork!

EnergyCoin is a PoS coin so you need some saldo to get rewarded.

Maybe a typo?
Check again your address but with 3000 it will take some time to get Pos-reward.
Your Mac is also not 24/7 online I think?
For maximum profit of your weight (saldo) you need te be online 24/7.
In the beginning of PoS the weight was growing and with small wallet more change to get Pos-reward.
The downsite was that the network can be unsecure because with a small wallet you could you take over the chain.
We now have for that reason fixed reward and max coinage of 1 day.

With Raspberry you can easy stake 24/7 but that will cost you about $50,-
With the current exchange rate of ENRG takes a long time to earn that investment back with a small wallet.

I wish you luck with staking and I hope the reward will come soon.
