We have it on the timeline for Q3 2017. As we were not folking BTA to create POW/POS Hybrid, we were required to do multiple updates on the wallet to get ready for the change.

Apparently 15k out of 580k is a massive dumping of coins.

And doing it when there is a price trough... well, I don't know how that makes you greedy, but hey!  Everyone has opinions.  Some are worth something, others are not.
