It doesn't block more sales since the coins were purchased out of the ICO.  If it wasn't available at 7877, it'd still be available at 7878.

Those coins already sold once and have to be sold again before any new ico sellwall sales happen when people do that. Unless you mean those coins will be burned too if left unsold.

All remaining coins will be verifiably burnt. You wont need a wallet in order to send coin from ccex to bittrex.

Yes the remaining coins will be brunt and this process will be verified on the blockchain. Trading is set to open on a few major exchanges shortly after the PO, which ends on 05.11.2015 at 1Pm PST or when the remaining coins are sold. Whichever comes first.
