Could you please add GP to the list of supported currencies when you have time?

MMH and CryptoDatabase: do you think we should run a GP ONLY version of Dragon Knight or should we use another game? There will be bounties for both of you for your work. Myself and someone else has been looking into A LOT of different MMORPGs / strategy games and I will be playtesting them soon. IF we use Dragon Knight I want to replace Dragon Points with GP completely, and have them earned at a slower rate than Dragon Points.

I'm looking forward to working on this. I was thinking maybe something retro-themed, mostly because those older games (like Mario Bros. and Legend of Zelda) make me think of playing for goldpieces.

I had a thought for the future, could there be any plans for making a game like these into the Play Store/iTunes Store so people can play them on their tablets or phones? (I don't know anything about programming those, just curious if it would be something to shoot for?)

Edit: Besides an RPG for a phone/tablet, maybe a casino app too, for slots?

i would stay away from casino style games where you can gamble and win actually currency. both the play and istores have strict rules on them. It's ok to buy fake coins with real money, just not the other way around. sense crypto is not fake. making games for androids and ios is not anymore hard then pc or mac. Unity has output for many platforms. just have to make sure its light weight in assets.

I agree that we should not do gambling games for iOS / Android. I actually have an App developer on standby who can make gaming apps for us but I can't afford to fund the whole thing myself. When PICISI launches maybe we can do a crowdfunding campaign for an iOS / ANdroid app that uses GP so we can hire the developer I have in mind

This is entirely possible but would require someone going in and rewriting all of the code to make it responsive to whichever device is running it.

We already have one lined up for HYPER and there is no reason we can't sketch one out for GP as well There is just the funding issue when PICISI launches we can raise funds from the community to sponsor projects like this.

Yes, Coin Quest: Dark Stakes will accept GP as a way to purchase Crabcakes, Which is the currency system in game. Just like Dragon Knight 2.0, they got the Dragon Points.

This primarily for the benefit of GoldPieces, however it could help many others it it gets more visible attention I encourage everyone to go to the article and make a comment.

The people that published that article are not likely BCT members, probably don't own any cryptocurrency, and probably never heard of anything in the CC space other than bitcoin.  So it is incumbent on us, those who own GoldPieces, those who support HYPER or PICISI and especially those who anticipate doing a crowdfunding campaign to use bridge as an opportunity to reach a very large audience.

My GP wallet is syncing fine though and super fast - please try leaving the wallet on and it will start syncing after a little while. The first time you open the wallet it may need a few minutes, up to 15 minutes even or more, to find the nodes.

Do you have other wallets on your PC as well that are working? If it doesn't start syncing after being open for 15 minutes your firewall may be blocking GP.

I will get some more nodes up soon as well, not that this is 100% necessary as the network is fine but it will help people connect to the nodes and network faster.
