Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter?

I collect bitcoins,all days i take a look at the value but nothing besides those as my bitcoin im avoiding use it as it will get better value then todays,but i dont wanna to spend my coins anywhere.Soo for me bitcoin price will matter when bitcoin being worth more then 1000dollars on that time i must choose to convert the bitcoin to fiat or to hold it.

Without a price,there is no way to determine a value and thus spend your coins.

Like ALL things used in trade, a value is mandatory.

It matters a lot, as that's what drives what it's worth day to day.
If it didn't, I don't think most of us would be here including myself.
The ones that would be left would be seeing it as an experiment and waiting for it's result.

you're right, the price is an important point in the money, as well as bitcoin, so I think bitcoin will actually die when the price is not important anymore

That's not the question here, of course ''A price'' is needed but the real question was if 800$ bitcoins would be better than 400$ and the answer is: depends. If they are worth 800 but not stable then no, if they are stable, which is what matters then yes any price is good.

If people used Bitcoin as they use their credit card or paypal, value wouldn't be very important since they would only hold it short term.

When you see Bitcoin as a long term investment, the current price is not so important. Sure you look
at it and hope the price goes up, but you have to look at it a longer period and not the daily price changes.
In a few years prices will be much higher Grin

yeah price is important for the sustainability bitcoin, if bitcoin does not have a price, of course a lot of people will go out and look for more value than bitcoin

Yes, the price of bitcoin matters in that it should reflect its value and utility in being capable of transferring unlimited amounts of wealth anywhere anytime for almost no cost.

Yeah all the people who are earning bitcoins are surely keen to look at the price at a regular interval, as they don't want to miss opportunity to buy or sell their bitcoins at a right time, and people who have invested their money in bitcoin as an investment, for them the price really matters, and the price of bitcoin also matters for the regular users.

For those who are believing in better world bitcoin is just the beginning!
For investors this is yet another game.
For me it all together! Price is very important lm not early adopter..

Especially unemployed people that look for earning opportunities online , bitcoin price attracts them. I can even see them rejoicing on social medias whenever the price goes up but when it goes down, they will be saddened, some will panic, some will say its dying and other negative thoughts about it Cheesy

It's interesting for normal people and investors. But without a price it would not be interesting at all.
No price means no usage which means it has no use for most of us.

right now it does matter as a lot of people actually think that the bigger price the better so then they start buying, but if people would start using bitcoin as the only currency i think that it wouldnt be important

Price matters because according to the price only we will get our earnings or profits. If there is no variation or growth the attachment towards bitcoin gets deviated over other cryptcurrencies in the market

For me that im collecting bitcoin only without anything in mind besides lend them to others,i dont bother if bitcoin is worthing 400 or 900dollars,in the future,sure the price would change my mind about the price matters.One thing is sure the most of us love bitcoin because it has worth and its value its what some always check,i may say i havent check the value of it over a week ,but the thing is i earn bitcoins worth 400 or 500 value no bid diference.
