Sia Coin (SC) added to votelist cryptopia.  More reach the better folks!  HELP VOTE

https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Vote

coin vote round ends in 4 days and current top Dot coin vote is at 2200 Dots = 127,600 sat

end of coin vote round should be easy win for (SC)

Good news!  Someone put Sia Coin on the top of vote list Cryptopia.  In a couple days Sia Coin will be exposed to Australia and New Zealand.  More decentralization and distribution!  make sure you help invite others to join the network and sell SiaCoin at Cryptopia!

The attacker doesnt seem to be able to steal coins if you mine localy...  Roll Eyes

P.S. If the hacker is reading this - I hope you give those 90SIA for medicine for your dying children someday!!! Wink

Hello,

really great and safe storage coin!
short question:

the Sia website states "Depending on the card, each video card can expect to mine between 2 and 10 blocks per month, with very high variance."
Is it possible to solo mine siacoin? How (any link/guide)?

Can someone tell (like in the case of bitcoin) how much the reward is for mining one block? And how is the reward algorithm evolving (halving like in btc?)?

Many many thanks guys!

Block reward = 300,000 - block height, so ~240,000 SiaCoin per block now. It plateaues at 30,000 I believe.

This withdrawal of coins? Wallet 0.5.2, just wondering the correct colored heart in front of the transaction below. The time of confirmation and acceptance on the wallet 24 hours?

How is it the developers fault your coins were stolen? When used properly the wallet is secure.

Are you a miner? Did you run a prebuilt binary from a trusted source? Did you publicly expose your API port?

I just installed the wallet from here... https://github.com/NebulousLabs/Sia-UI/releases/tag/v0.5.1-beta .. but was the version 0.5.2, now link can't find. Then I just started mining, ports not opened. The wallet was unlocked, as it is necessary for mining. The problem is not just me alone, on the Russian thread here https://forum.bits.media/index.php?/topic/13566-siacoin/page-44 write that problem have MANY users.

Ok, that is the correct wallet.

Where did you get your miner? There's been word of a malicious miner floating around.
