how can people control themselves in gambling? while those already addicted to gambling They can be controlled if they stay busy in some other work, and if they start other games and rely on other entertainment then they can be controlled from gambling. It can do both that is right, but the fact is that it can make your life good but it can also make you homeless, that are 2 both very diffirent things if you ask me.
Gambling is unpredictable due to the point you need a lot of luck to win a lot of money, it can do both at once because if you like gambling for fun its maybe a sort of fix for your life even if you lose money.
What do you mean? Playing for fun or not doesnt guarantee that it will fix your life because all gambling is depends on your luck to win something good so you can fix your life using that. If you want to gambling make sure you are do it for real, what is the point of spend your money without gaining anything? For those who gamble for fun will never care about the result whether win or lose, it is not about gaining money but as what its topic "for fun". People do gambling for fun is just to spend their spare time, it may give them a happiness just like what a hobby is. When people are happy on gambling whatever the results, means that it is fix their life. What is the point then to keep on playing with gaining anything? It doesnt make any sense though. Wasting your spare time like that without getting anything but losing every single money you have. Is this worth enough to do? Although it is a hobby you will not spend on something like this one because this is gambling which is will lead you into addiction |

Gambling has neither fixed or wrecked my life, my life's in balanced state. (not sure for how long  ) You may have a good knowledge and skill about playing at there that is why you are balanced with it, but some other people who don’t have skills are wrecked with playing there, and are remained with nothing. |

gambling didn't have any major effect on my life!
i have just won some small amounts and lose some small amounts (bigger loss in total) but there was not effect on my life that i can mention.
maybe someday i hit a jackpot with my small bets and that changes my life but till then i stay hopeful.

I think it will wreck your life because a lot of people get addicted to it because of the fact its enjoying and without that you realize it you lost all your money in a short period.

Most of the people post here and their experiences when they gamble. Most of them are actually very disappointed for the amount that they lost and saying that they will never ever gamble again. When gambling you just have to play and have fun only with the limited amount so that you will not loose everything and became broke, then your life at stake. Play smart with limits..

I never heard and saw that gambling can be fix your life. but if you win many times in gambling and you can bring your self into rich i think it can fix your life if you win lots of money you live without work if you win lots of money
i think nobody here considers gambling will fix their life even you win a lot and rich doesn't mean gambling will do it but as long you can considers gambling for fun and entertainment that's very good enough i guess |
