It seems that most of you posting here should read a trading book called " TRADING IN THE ZONE" by Mark Douglas. And you will find out why you lost all your money, its not about the house edge its about emotions. That's why its easy for whales to bet large sums of money without fear and they make big bucks.

I read that one, and I recommend it. I must agree that most of my losses were because of emotions and nothing else. And that goes for all gambling, not just trade. Although I always risked only what I was allowed to loose I'm pretty sure that some of my controlled losses could be lower or sometimes even turn in to profit if I had remain in control and used mu strategy and analysis instead of trying to recover from something I though it was unfair like a bad beat in poker or things like that.

If you will "definitely" become a winner, it's not gambling. As long as you are gambling, there is no promise that you will profit, regardless of your strategy. Also, as lotteries go, there is no strategy involved. It's nothing more than luck, and certainly not definite.

some people just give names to the luck they have had with some method they used. then they call it the winning strategy and stick to it. there is no definitely in gambling.

Exactly the correct attitude to have towards gambling bro. I can't stress enough that people should only wager sums that they can afford to lose. If you're gambling amounts that (if you lose) will leave you in financial difficulty then it's time to close all of your gambling accounts & walk away.

I think the problem is that too many people get beginners luck and make alot of money with very small risk. Then they risk a lot of money and get bad luck and lose it all.

That's why sometime the best gamblers are the ones who were the biggest losers at the beginning.

I must say i am quite satisfied with my betting experience, not that i won that much, quite opposite, my betting balance is negative. It tried everything and it's all just statistic, if you repeat some bet X times you will eventually lost everything, and you will bet X times cause you are driven by greed. The most fun i got is from betfair. Its gives you a feeling of control. Only seemingly.

that piece of advice is said so often, but no one follows it. never gamble what you cant afford to lose, but threads saying "i lost me life savings on bitcoin gambling" pop up here every now and then.
