I've found from long term experience that at this point in time the amount of sprouts required for the stake on 5 days has been rising. You still have a chance with lower but if you want it to fire 95% of the time on day 5 at present you need around 750k-800k sprouts. A month ago it was 300k-450k

No matter how long it takes to stake, you get your 2% per day starting with the moment the coins are added to your wallet. With that said, it's always best to have your coins in one big block, rather than multiple smaller blocks. If everyone would combine their blocks, we'd all get faster stakes. Just leave your wallet open after 5Days and you could perhaps get lucky

Don't worry about it, doesn't mean anything, the separate source code update in the other thread fixes the message from popping up but no windows compile yet I don't think.

It is just cosmetic and doesn't affect the wallet as I staked with it myself.

No, nothing is wrong.
I now remember had the same Queckpoint too old message in my Bottlecaps (CAP) wallet and it went away from itself or with a wallet-update.


Just keep your wallet open, or you could wait until min. Coinage (before the coin matures and building up wheight for staking) and then start the wallet.

But i guess the electric is so low for let the wallet open and taking low ressources from you PC - so let it keep running.

And unlock it for staking , of course.

no the wallet dosent need to be open to gain age
once your block has been in your wallet for 7 days it will be elegiable for a 14% increase so just open it and enable staking once it reaches 7 days of age.  if its over 1 million then try to stake after 5 days

as for the checkpoint to old message just ignore it the problem was fixed before launch but the message was never removed we all see that message and we all staking like champs

Regardless of the coin, I always buy in and/or sell out in small amounts when the volume isn't very high for a given coin. It helps keep the market stable, and stability is good for everyone. If you want to buy a lot or sell a lot at once, you can also try and make a deal with someone off market. I've done that a few times and it worked out well each time.

It's true, the error was fixed in the beginning, but the message simply wasn't removed. I will try to compile a new updated Windows wallet with that removed soon. For now, don't worry about it, the wallet works flawlessly and stakes like a champ, as others have said.

About the price, Sprouts will not likely go to 50 sat, but if it does, grab it up while you can, because there are MANY of us who would LOVE to get it that cheap and it won't stay under 100 for very long if it does indeed go that low ever.

Sprouts is still young and now is a great time to get in and enjoy the great fun it has to offer!
