Sprouts collapsed because dev is gone nothing else. Just hire a new dev (thundertoe takeover ?) and set a 500% yearly as it was voted in the other topic and it will be fine.

So just outta of curiousity is there still talk about lowering the staking % for this coin? I think that would help it out a whole hell of a lot in the long run and help get it back on its feet!!
