I only have good experiences with btcjam, both investing and bitcoins loan. I think it is important to invest only in high quality loans (B+), get to know the person who you are investing in and keep a diversified portfolio.

~ Luc de Jager

I agree to the account of the positive experience, though I speak with the borrower.
And what about the ranking, like here you ask. The first loan was 0.5 - but I was delayed - was a working trip, where I had no access to the wallet - upon arrival I paid the debts repaid fines, and my ranking dropped to D +  Undecided I filed a new application with such a rating is not me who does not want to fund - it's bad, so I think it is now boost your rankings - can give advice on behalf of the investor?  Roll Eyes

amdismat - sorry to hear that you are having a bad experience. our average repayment rate is around 90%, so maybe you just really got unlucky.

if you tell me your btcjam username I'll be happy to look into what happened with your support request.

tell me you plan to do multi language support? that is, when in the course of the site, I could select the appropriate language to me.

And one more question by bitcoins you plan to enter other currencies - such as light coin?

Is there a way to see the total amount invested, including investments with "funding still in progress", so there is an idea of how much btc is in my account at any given time?

I want to rate a user that has repaid his loan. However I cant enter an  User Alias - this field keeps staying blank. But as long as it is blank, the site wont let me rate the user. Is that a bug or what am i doing wrong?

Hi Schnuber, I had the same problem in the beginning. It can be because he invested less than 0.02 btc (see also the FAQ).

Why am I unable to rate another user?
You must receive enough positive ratings and have your identity verified to be considered eligible to rate another user. If you are a lender trying to rate one of your borrowers, then you must have your identity verified and invested more than 0.02 BTC.

If not hard to tell how to use the "two-factor authentication"?

First time introduced the secret code and got the confirmation code, then the same is always asking confirmation code - and where to get the secret code?

 Huh

I recover the secret code if I did not recorded? or where you can see the image to scan program?  Huh Huh

Guys, how to contact the support site?   Huh

Very strange, I write about my problem and trying to attract the attention of the administration that would help me solve the problem, and in response, I see only delete comments unanswered!

scam scam scam scam scam scam i lost over 500gbp and when i email them they dont respond and they banned me from there facebook page i have invested over 2kgbp most of all my money and already 500gbp has gone never to be seen again avoid unless you want to loose all your money they are a scam scam scam scam scam scam scam

The same thing has happened to me. I've been having an issue with two-factor authentication for the past two weeks, and no one has been willing to at least reply to my support requests/emails. I had a support chat function on my dashboard, so I decided to use it. As soon as I submitted a question, that support chat function mysteriously disappeared. They are holding a decent amount of my bitcoin for no reason. While I won't outright say that BTCJam is a scam, I will say that it is a very shady operation. I hate being ignored and told to "f*ck off", especially when my money is involved. It's people like these that are stifling bitcoins success around the world.

Hi I'm looking for a last few investors for my second 180 days loan of 3 btc. The loan will be funded at 70% as I don't need the full 3 btc.
https://btcjam.com/listings/14441

Thank you all and I will not disappoint my investors!

Quick Question:

I'm trying to add funds, however the popup never resolves to an address.  It keeps showing a picture of 9 boxes with the outer boxes rotating.
