The whole issue comes down to greed my friend! When people win a bit, they start to think they are invincible, they LET math catch up with them. You need to be able to stop when you win some, if you cannot do this with smaller wins, you sure as hell cannot do it when you win big! Don't always look for the life changing win, it may cause you to lose everything you ever had. Even if i go to a real casino, i set myself a limit, stop loss if you will, once i lose that amount i walk out, otoh, i set myself a stop-win too, when i win so much i leave, irrespective of if i am having amazing luck or not!

There is no sense in fighting to try and win back what you lost and you live to fight another day. Of course, gambling for me is just recreational, i treat it like a night out at the movies or a party, where i would spend the said amount anyways.. so i don't take too much tension if i lose, coz it would have gone anyway!
Well I hope your lesson could open the mind of young gamblers here, what they should do and dont in gambling, so it wont be a mistake again for them to lose their bitcoin. I believe that they who thinking get into gambling as a mistake, still doing that.
It dosent matters ,sometimes people fter losing 70% of their balance get out with 10x their deposit ...
its just how you do it and plus maybe maybe LUCK ...
On PD many users won 100's of coins in one session ?what do u say on that ?

You missed the point of the whole discussion. Let me spell it out for you, citing an example from PD itself! How many people on PD have lost more in the greed of trying to win a bunch when they were up already? I am sure you do not have any stats with you. Sure, there are the odd lucky folks who win huge, tip huge and then stop! The key here is that they STOP. Sometimes when they lose 70% of their BR, they know that they are screwed already and say, "ftw, lets go all in in the hope of winning it all back", some of them hit it, most don't. Again, more often than not, you will see these big players lose, it is just not publicized the way big winners are publicized. Big winners become the blue-eyed boys because they are an important marketing tool for the casino, where lesser mortals and greedy whales get impressed and feel they can hit it too. I go so far as to say that some casinos employ their own staff and remove house edges for them so that they can show huge wins and entice other gamblers to part with their money. Tell-tale signs are when the gambler suddenly appears out of the blue, wins a huge bunch, does not chat and then you never see the guy again!

The worse mistake I made was to sell most of my Bitcoin when it was $50 Sad

No worries. Buy Bitcoin today while the price is low. Smiley.

my worst mistake I did with Bitcoin is buy at $280 USD
price is down and i hope it recovers

Hold on. You will be able to sell it at 560 USD in a few years time.

Altcointrading it was.  Roll Eyes Yeah, it is a risky field of trading and i should have avoided it. Or maybe i should have learned more about it before trying to get rich on there. *lol*

I have lost a lot with altcoin trading, but once you get how things work money can be made. You need a lot of luck to try to guess the right pump tho, but with patience the pumps arrive, so pick your favorite up and coming coin when its cheap as hell and wait for a pump.
This method is quiet common with newly released coins or Ninja launch coins.
When people know about those, their trading volume and demand increases and the prices also increase like hell.

Most of the new people will believe and loose their investments in trading because they just read about trading in any forum that they can become rich quite faster compare to any other method. People should know that 90% investors will fail in trading and only few % of people are successful so for but if they continue again in trading for long time then one fine day they also will loss all of their money in trading. So trading is quite dangerous game one should be very careful before investing in trading.

I dont agree that 90% of the investors will fail. Investing is unlike gambling. You have more control of where your money (in our case, Bitcoin) will do. You invest into something you trust will get your profit. Gamble is a luck based game - no skills needed.

So sad! This profile does not appear as the #1 result (on anonymous) Google searches anymore.

Trading it with scammer and fraduster. There is a guy who contacted me on skype and told me that he will buy bitcoins from me in bulk and will give me 15% margin over the bitcoins price. He made the payment and I transferred the bitcoins to his wallet. Next day I came to know that my bank account was freeze. Same guy has asked someone else to deposit the amount on behalf of him, and then the depositor claimed back the amount from bank. So at the last I have lost all the bitcoins and all the money  Cry

The offer was too good to be true. Although you said 'bulk' but I hope that it is not a big amount...

Have you try to contact the bank or track down the person identity?

This looks like the handiwork of a con team. Both parties are in on the scam already, they discuss among themselves and track targets like you, this seems to be a new trend on Localbitcoins. Both the fraudsters find targets like you, then one guy contacts you and sets up the deal, then transfers the money. Then he informs his partner in crime to call the bank and report that his account was hacked and funds were transferred from it. Banks are only too happy to oblige especially when they find that the funds were used to purchase bitcoin, which is a direct threat to the banking system. The conmen get their money back and get bitcoin for free, which they dispose off in the market and the poor seller is left licking their wounds. Be extra careful when dealing on Localbitcoins.

Exaclty but the majority of the people here have made that major mistake of putting their hard earned coins into gambling and I bet majority of them have turned up loosing as in gambling there is no control of individual on a  result as it is totally luck based, If you win you are a king, but if you loose, you loose everything in a single day.

You should stop gambling if luck in not favoring you, you would simply keep on loosing bitcoins in gambling, either you should find some other safe ways to grow your bitcoins and should keep it safe in a cold storage, we all want that our bitcoins should get doubled in quick time and that is the reason we choose gambling as it is the only way to grow bitcoins quickly, but at the end we loose  Angry
