I think not, I do not quit my job. There are couple of reasons. The first is that you must be really dedicated and passionated about Bitcoin, which I am not. I am interesting in it, but not fanatically. The second reason I don't have enough knowledge about it. You need to have lots of time to learn. And to your comparison with Bitcoin millioners, I can say that there is only few of us who can clever enough and lucky enough and dedicated to the field, who can become one of them

As much as I think Bitcoin has a solid future, I can't do it, to me that is placing all my eggs into one basket. That is way to hard for me to do. I have a house and bills that I need to pay so I don't go bankrupt or anything.
I like this comment. But I have a situation to propose to you: if the job with bitcoin can give you ten times more the actual job, what it will be your behavior? Bitcoin actually is convertible within minutes in to many places. You can convert all your salary in your national currency and with 1/10 of those do all the things you did normally with your previous job and 9/10 can be saved where you find the best place to save those or maybe even invested; not all but part of those. You cannot tell no to this situation. At least me not. The moral of the story: Never exclude a priory any possibility without have the details of it. The details make and tell everything. Then what if it goes not that way? The moral of the story: Never exclude a priory any possibility without have the details of it. The details make and tell everything.

I am still a week to week person when it comes to my paycheck. While I believe in bitcoins it is still too much of a gamble for me to go all in. So i'll keep my daytime job for now.

Good things bots now are disqualified. They ruining our campaign.
Anyways back to topic, for those people who said they will go full time on bitcoin and leave their job, what method are you going to full time? Signature campaign are not forever. Trading? You need everyday spendings. Is trading can give you 3 times a day to eat more? Mining? Electricity sucks. What method you will do? Care to share as an inspiration lol.
I can tell you a kind of job which can be paid with bitcoins and can give you a lot (very much) bitcoins. If you are a programmer or developer (especially in specific fields which I don't know which are because I have not such kind of profession) you can be paid very well. With only one month of your wage you can live to many months without problems. In cities with normal (medium) level of cost of life. But this depends even from your ability to "sell" yourself and the business which will hire you.

Well my answer is in both flavour like if I am a student then yes cause job kill your life, with signature i can earn comfortably at home without paying any taxes on it, because i'm not selling bitcoin or anything, this is the best part of it being payed directly in bitcoin with those kind of activity is fantastic
And as a person or with family member's I have a family to feed and monthly expenses. I cannot quit a day job and pursue a bitcon dream. I would love working for a bitcoin related company and be paid regularly in bitcoin so now its on upto which carrier you r working wid as a student or as a family man

I don't think there s a single person among us not dreaming about sitting on some beach with a laptop in one hand and coctail in another. So, yes, if I would be able to support myself and my family, I would do it in a heartbeat.
I ve been trying to set some foundation for that scenario from the day one.

Quit our daily works/businesses is not the answer to getting more earning from bitcoin. If we want get success on bitcoin (or maybe fulltime as OP said), and that's mean we need to open some online business for selling stuff and services. Not by quit day job.

If you can earn bitcoins passively or you are a long term investor, then you can still work besides, depends how much money you make.
Say you have 10,000$ invested and make 5-10% ROI /month, it might take you are few years until you become self-sufficient.
In the meantime you can still do your 9-5 job (or 7-3 in europe) and look at your investment portfolio 3 times / week.

It's not the time to trust my future in Bitcoin. Yes it will kick the price in the future. But when? Everyday has spendings. There's no assurance that Bitcoin can cover all my expenses "today". So somehow I will save coins in the possible much more price kick in the future. There's no reason to leave one of them as it helping me in many ways.

I would not completely quit the job. Maybe if you can earn more in bitcoin i would still work at least part-time. And another part-time online, but completely it's a bit hard for everyone.

I will still do my day job. It is impossible to go full time on bitcoin and earn a living. Bitcoin related industry and business is still too small.

Let's say bitcoin job gave you 2BTC per month and your real job salary is 2BTC per month too in a value of your fiat currency. What will you choose? Let's see what others say.
