I think, Australia should have taken bowling first, but as per the current form of SA, its pretty tough to predict or guess anything.

I think when a touring side wins a toss they bat most times and maybe this time Steve Smith got it wrong however almost all the Australian batsman got starts but none went onto make that big hundred so I think there is something in the pitch for both the batters and bowlers. If Australia can make 300+ runs I think that will be a competitive total to bowl to as we know the Australia pace attack is one of the best in the world so SA will need to bat well against them. Day 2 will be an interesting day to see which team can come out on top because right now I think its even.

SA needs to bat well to save this test AUS got good bowling line up I don't know how SA batsman will face AUS fast bowlers. England secured a easy win against NZ.They bowled and bated well in both.NZ was out of the match after scoring just 223 runs.Also NZ missed some catches which were very important.I hope Nz will learn from their mistakes and will come back strongly in next match.

It was a decent match but a lot was left desired to be done I'm eagerly awaiting the next match as that should be a cracker of a match between these two these countries.

Australia vs Africa is one of my favourite series both so competitive, both want the victory so badly this shall be a hot match and I'm keenly awaiting its outcome.

The test matches between Australia and South Africa should be interesting. Although South Africa lost the ODI and T20 series against India, they did outplay India in the test matches. The first test match between South Africa and Australia is evenly placed. At the end of 80 overs, Australia are 234/5. They would have expected to be in a stronger position given that they won the toss and elected to bat, but Philander and Maharaj have bowled well.

There a good recovery and at the end, Australia managed 351. Spinner Keshav Maharaj took 5 wickets and Philander took 3. Let's wait to see that, 351 is more then enough for Australia?

Pitch looks like spinner friendly so it  would be very difficult to bat on 4th and 5th day.

South Africa lost 3 wickets for 57 runs. they lost 3 main wickets Elgar, Amala and Aiden and they trail by 294 runs. Now ABD and FDP are playing if AUS manage to take this 2 wickets then they will take lead in 1st innings it will become easy to win this test match. why SA is struggling on the home ground I am not understanding.

The Australian tail did well to get the total over 350 runs which I thought was a good enough total on this pitch and it turned out that it was more then enough as the Australia bowlers ripped through the South African batting line up bowling them all out for 162 runs in just over 50 overs. I can't see Australia losing this test match now unless they fail and get bowled out for less then 150 runs but even then it will be a tough ask for South Africa to chase down even 250 runs. That was an amazing bowling performance by Strac, the South African batters found him very difficult to play against and he deserved his 5 wickets, Lyon also bowled well to pick up 3 wickets.

Low score match but very close encounter especially last overs are very exciting. bad luck NZ lost the game in just 4 runs. both team bowlers bowled superbly but England bowled well at the end.

A dramatical win for England.After scoring 234 runs by England, it was looked like NZ will easily win this match.But England bowlers bowled very well and won by 4 runs.A brilliant game of cricket it was.But it was so frustrating for NZ.They came so near of the winning margin but couldn't seal the match.Williamson made a century but it didn't worthy of winning. Anyway, after this match England is ahead of the series by 2-1.

A dramatical win for England.After scoring 234 runs by England, it was looked like NZ will easily win this match.But England bowlers bowled very well and won by 4 runs.A brilliant game of cricket it was.But it was so frustrating for NZ.They came so near of the winning margin but couldn't seal the match.Williamson made a century but it didn't worthy of winning. Anyway, after this match England is ahead of the series by 2-1.

This is where NZ are still behind when compared to other top teams in the world . They have good team with talented players but fail to win easy matches and they often win close ones . It was an interesting contest though

It was a really close match,the pitch was really difficult to bat on and England just pulled off a good win in the end ,even with Williamson on the crease till the last over,they could not pull off the victory as Woakes bowled a pretty good last over and Moin Ali made the difference by taking three wickets and the run of Santner made the difference.
