Agreed! I haven't been in touch with the international media lately But it was sad to see how Modi declined the talks with Khan's Government. Guess its all about the election which is going to happen in 2019. We may see some real progress between the two countries once the elections have passed by.

Cocky? well, to get an answer to that we need to have a match between those two while PCB-BCCI dispute has always remained a hurdle. The cricket can actually play a key role in getting the peace talks between the two countries, but it seems like that it's not going to happen anytime soon, sadly.

Bilateral series is not going to happen anytime soon, as the relations between the two countries are not getting any better. The next match between the two sides may be in 2019, during the Cricket World Cup.

Yeah, That's the only indo-pak match coming up next year. I like how the ICC thinks, Making two Rivals play the opening match in a home away from home for both the countries, iykwim xDD Anyway I would love to see more cricket matches between them.

The last match of Pakistan vs. New Zealand T20 series is about to begin with Pakistan deciding to bat first after winning the toss (yes, another toss win for Sarfaraz! He has been so lucky with the toss for the past few months). Pakistan has made one major bad change ("a blunder" would be more appropriate IMO) by selecting Usman Khan Shinwari in the place of Shaheen Afridi; I never like the performance of Usman.

I mean they have won the series, They have got nothing to lose. Why not try the bench?

Though West Indies showed some resistance in the early innings, Pandya was incredible at the end. They did know that they havent made enough runs on the board and restricting India to less than that was an impossible task.

That was one of the worst batting performances by an Australian team on home soil in a very long time, that was the worst start to an Australia batting innings playing in Australia and it didn't get any better with SA winning by 6 wickets with 20 overs to spare. I'm telling you now if this is a sign of things to come this summer, I can't see people turning up to watch the cricket. The Australian cricket team is in a bad place right now and I'm not sure how they can get them self out of it.

Exactly you explained what happen in last T20 between Pakistan vs New Zealand, first off New Zealand did very well pot after first off it is very bad show from New Zealand Middle order batsman but Pakistan great back there and Pakistan won the series back to back.

Zim tour of Bangla have started and Zimbabwe won the toss and batting first in 1st test. Zim are now 85/2 in 31 overs of the match. Captain Masakadza is leading from the front with 52 not out and given a good start the team. Zim will need at least 350 runs in first innings to stay in the match.

This match is getting tough now as Zim made 282 runs and 181 in 1st and 2nd innings respectively. In reply  Bangla was all out for 143 runs in first innings and are now batting at 26/0 in 2nd innings. Still they require 295 runs and 10 wickets in hand.

As an Australian and a big fan of cricket I am very upset with the way the team has been playing lately and its all because of 3 players and the ex coaching staff making that huge mistake with the ball tampering which has now affected the whole team no matter whether its the ODI, T20 or the test team, they have all been affected. I'm really not sure how or when Australia will come good again as right now the team and cricket board are in a complete mess. I have already seen a lot of Australians posting on Facebook that they won't be going to watch the cricket this summer due to the team performing badly and with their star players not playing. I already said I expect to see the crowd numbers be down this summer but I am hoping that the team can come together and put in some good performances in the coming matches against SA.

In 2nd T20, WI won the toss and elected to field. India made 195/2 in 20 overs. Rohit Sharma made 111 not out in 61 balls and hit 7 sixes. This would be interesting if WI can fight back as 1st T20 was one sided. Also chasing such huge score means they are already under pressure.

Nothing majestic inspite of having the big players back in the team, WI could not do much and lost the match by 71 runs. WI board and team would not be happy with such big losses and they will have to sit together and make some plans as they have match winner players  and still if they lose like this it is a big question mark.

I'm really hoping Australia can pull them self out of this huge hole they are currently in. A win against SA in the next ODI can start the momentum but I just can't see it happening, maybe Australia need to bring in some young players and just give them a shot and see how it goes as the current team is in poor form.

@vella85 Yeah, a couple of wins can do magic sometimes. I think this is the time batsmen should step up and put some run on the scoreboard especially the senior players like Finch/Maxwell should anchor the inning in top/middle order respectively and give bowlers some chance to fight back. I would like to see Shaun Marsh in playing XI for the next game.

Right now Shoaib and Imam doing good recovery as these both put 62 runs in just 13.2 overs if they can able to stay on crease for some more time then surely its going to be very interesting match otherwise its New Zealand is going to take lead in this series very easily good and spirited play by visitors.

Obviously non-Indian players are at a disadvantage since anywhere from 60% to 80% of the cricketing revenue comes from India. The scene is not that bad in Englad and Australia, but in the other countries the players are not earning well.
