- 72M premined
- centralized
- still not updated to POS which is needed to work as it is advertised
- most 99.9999% don`t even understand it at all but they hype it with no moral ground
ETH concept HAS nothing in common with Bitcoin at all!
If the PoW mining finishes two years after the start, the premined coins will be diluted. I hope PoW can last longer. You know 72M premine is over 1 000 000 000 $ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The mining rate is almost over/dead and its only mined 7+m! So we need to have a few more years of mining to dilute the premine coins. That will make the distribution better. |

I noticed there are about 31,000 new ethereum generated every day, or 11 million each year, that is lower than the proposed 18 million every year.

The distribution is pure SCAM, but who cares while the price was/is going up everyone is happy! But be sure ppl are not stupid as soon the dump start it will be magnificent to watch and eat popcorn  |

But be sure ppl are not stupid as soon the dump start it will be magnificent to watch and eat popcorn You see what I see here regarding ETH in some stocks. If people put a lot of money down, then part of that "investment" is used to pay pumpers or bashers, depending which side is causing the manipulation. In the case of ETH they made many, many millions this year alone, so they pay pumpers and then use some of their gain to create the DAO. The hype around the DAO causes the price to go up more and brings in more "investors". It will be interesting to see how this ends. I am not one of the tech folks here, but it does seem as if something like Ethereum could be a good concept if done well. Correct? |

If the block size problem is solved, the price of bitcoin will rise a lot. This issue has affected the price a lot. |

Does it indicate they are not very competent? The programming of software is very difficult, there is always bug. So the software has to be tested throughly. |

Just make sure if you invest into anything ETH related that the foundation guys are also in on it. If there is an issue they will just push the fork and you will not lose anything. Pretty safe coins knowing if anyone messes up you get a do-over!
