In my opinion, the fall of BTC price is a good news for the new investors and traders who's going to trade again. It's a good news since they're just starting, and if the price goes up in the next few months, it will be a huge profit for them. We are talking about "buying" bitcoin so, I think so too. Low value of bitcoin is not just a bad thing, it is also a good chance for people who wants to invest.
