I think Milan vs Torino is a balanced opponent and Milan is currently in a bad state so this is parallel to Torino's degree.

Things become more clear that lazio both in coppa Italia and serie A looks like have some helps from the third party  .
That was really dirty game , lazio could take the advantage by executed that penalty and playing against 10 men napoli since 20' but lazio gets the red card too at 25' .

If Lazio win against Roma and Inter Milan lose to Cagliari then the position of Lazio will shift Inter Milan will be easy and of course the points will be safe.
