We could watch a very competitive game between Juventus and Atalanta in Turin. There is a four-point difference between these teams in the league standings now. Maybe Atalanta are the team ahead but we never know what will happen here in this game. After seeing that Juventus got a surprising win by 2-0 in the away game vs Lazio, I started thinking that Juventus are going to start getting much better results from now on. This was their second consecutive league win. And I won't be surprised in case they defeat Atalanta too. But I'm not believing them to win that much so maybe I can bet on both teams to score.

you are absolutely right about that where we can see that at this time Juventus still haven't found their best performance where in the previous match they were slaughtered by Chelsea in the champions league even to this day they are still stuck in 7th position in the Serie A standings how are they 11 points adrift of the leader of the temporary standings Napoli and AC Milan where in the next match they have to face a strong team Atalanta especially at this time the old lady team is not doing well where Leonardo bonucci and his friends still haven't found an impressive performance like the big teams in Serie A

Well after 10 years dominating the league i think that's more than enough.

there will be a moment like this , the one who get used to stay on top have to get struggle.
i do believe so , juventus might had a difficult years in the coming few years .. as it never easy to stop an onfire clubs like napoli , inter and ac milan at once , at least people get entertained with these kind healthy & more competitive league.

My expectation from the Juventus - Atalanta game is that Juventus would win by one goal in the worst case. Juventus won their last two games in the Serie A. And this should have been helpful for them to be motivated to play more effectively than ever before. Besides, their big loss against Chelsea could leave a bad affect on them. But I still expect to see a thriving Juventus for getting a win. Atalanta are a tough team to defeat this season. And they haven't lost in the league for a long time. It can be a very challenging game for Juventus. But my favourite will still be them here.

The only way for milan to be consistent is to bring in some new players to back up other players, especially their strikers who are indeed quite old and also prone to injury, so far giroud, ibra and leao are their mainstay in the front lines, and we know that ibra and giroud are players who have a long history of injuries. Milan are currently approaching Pietro Pellegri to become a substitute for ibra and giroud but reportedly only as a loan player without a permanent purchase agreement by Milan.

I would say that getting subs is always a good idea even if you have young players. I mean for example Liverpool has one of the meanest wingers in the entire world (and so does PSG) but does that mean they have no subs for salah and mane? Of course they do. It is more about the heavy schedule, it is looking more and more like teams are playing a ton of games, it is possible that teams could actually have a lot more games in the future as well because more games equals more money and that will require a deep roster.

However for just time being, if we go back to Milan situation then I could say that they are doing fine so far and I do not see a reason to worry. They have 2 old players that's true, but what are the chances of both of them getting injured at the same for a long period of time? I suspect it could happen but that would be for very little amount of games most probably. A loaned player is WAY more than enough.

I agree with you. I don't think Juventus will be able to win the Serie A title for the next 3/4 season. Their team is not strong enough now. If they want to win the title, they have to reorganize the team. The team will have to take new star players. At the same time, the defense needs to be strengthened. There is a lot of competition for the title in Serie A. It is almost impossible to win a title without a strong squad and an experienced coach.

+1 I also think the same thing ,Napoli Inter and Milan on the other hand there is Atalanta who want to keep their position ! statistics show that juventus has a difference of 11 points quite far from the first position which is napoli/milan I don't think juventus will win the SCudetto ,Milan will probably win it but it's too early to talk about that ,there is still an Inter in bottom that will be ready to go up

For me I still think Inter Milan will win this season title, Milan is a good team but they always mess up when you expect much from them,same thing with Napoli they don't have big enough squad to challenge for the title for the majority of the season.inter has that experience as the defending champions and they matain there winning squad of last season so they are the favourites,they sold only Romelu Lukaku and hakimi which they brought in Edin Dzeko which is a proven goal scorer

I think the match between Juventus and Atalanta will be an important match for the top of the league.  Atalanta is fourth and Juventus is eighth.  Juventus want to climb to the top by winning.  However, Atalanta is not an easy team.  It could be a game that could end in a draw.

Well for the very top it wont be much . I think we will only have a fight between Milan,Napoli and Inter. Juventus and Atalanta will only fight for 4th place. I think they dont have a quality or enough points to fight for the top 3 places. They would need a huge winning streak to try and get those places.

Interested match on this week because Juventus still out from top position, but posiyive result hot from many match before after success defeat Lazio and keep going on with winning way. I think Juventus should win on every match if want to be competitive for Napili or AC Milan have bigger chamce as scudetto, how ever both team loss three points last week after lost Napili defeat by Inter Milan and AC Milan loss from Fiorentina.

I can't even imagine how this match can end, the outcome can be any. The only bet that seems acceptable to me on this match is that both teams have score goals. Juventus is in a pretty fever this season, what can be said of the club where the full-time penalty taker is the center-back. I do not mean that Bonucci is not worthy of a penalty kick, I mean that this is a clear sign that the team does not have a good striker. But besides this, there are plenty of problems in the club.

I don't quite agree with you about the position of a full-time penalty taker. As banal as it might sound, but the penalty should be punched by the one who does it best and it makes no difference what position this player occupies on the field, because the history of football knows the penalty shooters of goalkeepers. A player who constantly punches a penalty should not have outstanding speed qualities as a striker and simply must have a well-placed kick and a strong nervous system. And if Bonucci has all these factors, then there is nothing reprehensible for Juventus. Which of course does not negate the fact that Juventus has problems in the offensive line, which is still evident during the season.

Matches with appearance of Atalanta usually have many goals. I think this match will not be different. Atalanta don't like to play defensive or Catenaccio, so they will do attacking and it will bring more goals. Because Juventus have enough good players to score goals if Atalanta can not defense too good.

It is not fair to underestimate Juventus like this. They lost Ronaldo and have problems with ageing in their squad but their quality is at top of Serie A. Max is very experienced with Serie A and he will be able to help Juventus to rebuild their squad and improve overal strength. I think they will come back to challenge other clubs in Italy for Scudetto, if not in next season, they will do it in next 2 seasons.

I believe it because of their current quality and their healthy finance. In Italy, it's not easy for you to find another club with healthy finance like Juventus. They got troubles with Ronaldo transfer and with the pandemic but no serious issue and they will come back stronger

I'm a Juventus supporter. But even I don't think that Juventus will be the winners in this match. Because they are not in good form at all. They are not playing the right kind of football that we expect them to play.
On the other hand, Atlanta is really playing well and in really good form. Their strikers are scoring really frequently and I think they will score against Juventus too.
