So far there is rumours linking Pogba to Juventus, PSG and Real Madrid.
AFAIK, Real Madrid doesn't seem to be very interested in Pogba as it was rumoured in the last transfer window since they want to get Tchoameni from Monaco but once PSG will stole him then I suppose they might try to pick him if he doesn't sign with Juve in the meantime.

Real Madrid's main goal is Tchuameni, but it seems to me that even if they don't get him, they won't try to get Pogba. In my opinion, this player carries with him too many risks. Bayern Munich and Bundesliga is not bad option. It is another league for Lukaku to explore. Luciano Spalletti is a great manager for the Serie A, but not for UCL. So, my bet is that Napoli will do its 2nd 3rd place in serie A the next year, about UCL we'll to see if we'll see naples between the first 16. Naples is not a team that is born for win, but only for let his president have his earnings.

Real Madrid Football Club is a business and has limitations due to the fact that it spends what it earns. PSG is the plaything of the sheiks, behind which the state stands, so Real cannot compete with PSG for Mbappe. The fact that Real did not spend unreasonable money on Mbappe is in my opinion more of a success than a failure.
